摘要 通过测试分析青年女性穿着不同鞋跟高度的皮鞋时下肢肌肉的肌电信号,研究鞋跟高度对人体下肢肌肉活动的影响,为女性选择高跟鞋提供建议.24名健康女大学生分别穿着鞋跟高度依次为1、3.5、5.5、7.5、10cm的女鞋,以2.5km/h的速度在跑步机上行走,采集分析腓肠肌内侧头、胫骨前肌和腓骨长肌下肢3块肌肉的表面肌电信号.结果表明:鞋跟高度的变化会显著影响下肢肌肉活动水平,随着鞋跟高度的增加,腓肠肌内侧头的肌电信号先减弱后增强,胫骨前肌逐渐减弱,而腓骨长肌则逐渐增强.随着行走时间的延长,肌肉表面肌电信号逐渐变弱,表明长时间穿着高跟鞋行走会引起下肢肌肉疲劳,踝关节损伤的风险也相应增加.建议女性选择高跟鞋的鞋跟高度不高于5.5cm. The effect of heel-height on lower limbs muscle activity of young female was studied by testing and analysis the electromyographic signals(EMGs) when subjects walking with different heel-height shoes. Thus provides suggestions for women to choose high-heeled shoes. 24 healthy female college students were recruited to wear shoes with different heel-heights and walk on a treadmill with the speed of 2.5 km/h. The heel-heights were 1 cm, 3.5 cm, 5.5 cm, 7.5 cm and 10 cm respectively. The surface EMG signals of medial gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior and peroneus longus of lower limbs were collected and analyzed. Results show that the change of heel-height will significantly affect the lower limbs muscle activity. With the increasing of heel-height, surface EMG signals of the medial gastrocnemius decrease first and then increase, the tibialis anterior weaken gradually, while that of the peroneus longus increase gradually. With the extension of walking time, the surface EMG signals of muscles gradually weaken. It shows that walking with high-heeled shoes for a long time can cause lower limbs muscle fatigue, and the risk of ankle joint injury increases accordingly. Women are advised to choose shoes with the heel-height no higher than 5.5 cm.
