轮滑鞋质量检验标准及方法探讨

Discussion on quality inspection standards and methods of roller skate

产品标准能否控制产品质量水平,不是看产品标准中有没有规定技术指标和检验规则,而是看设置技术指标是否齐全、检验规则是否合理.产品标准GB 20096-2006《轮滑鞋》用出厂检验与型式检验方式对轮滑鞋质量进行控制,但是由于验收设置的内容与方法搭配不合理,为质量水平低下的轮滑鞋出厂提供了方便.通过分析产品标准检验规则存在的问题,并对如何控制轮滑鞋质量水平提出了3点建议,使产品标准更好地发挥指导生产与控制产品质量的作用.

Whether products standards can control quality level or not depends on the technical indexes are complete or not and test rules are reasonable or not, rather than technical indexes and test rules are set in product standards or not. Product standard GB20096-2006 <Roller skate> controls the quality of roller skate by factory inspection and type inspection. However the inspection rules and methods don’t match reasonably, thus providing an excuse for low-quality roller skate manufactories. The problems existed in test rules of product standards were analyzed and three suggestions on how to control the quality level of roller skate were put forward, thus making product standard a better guider and controller.
