摘要 目的 统计优势菌种为表皮葡萄球菌的例数分别在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者、健康人中所占比率,对比两组表皮葡萄球菌体外培养后细菌生物膜产膜率以及产膜强弱.方法 分组采集在临床确诊为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者、健康人中鼻道分泌物,对分泌物送检进行优势菌种鉴定,将优势菌种为表皮葡萄球菌的菌株分别进行分离、保种;通过刚果红平板法筛选生物膜阳性菌株和结晶紫染色法半定量检测生物膜产膜强弱程度.结果 共收集39例中鼻道分泌物,其中CRS 20例,健康人19例;刚果红平板法生物膜阳性菌株有11株,其中CRS 9株,健康人2株;结晶紫染色法半定量所得结果与刚果红所测结果相同.结论 表皮葡萄球菌在CRS需氧菌种中所占比率最大,CRS患者表皮葡萄球菌菌株体外培养成膜率明显高于健康人,CRS患者表皮葡萄球菌临床菌株体外培养生物膜产膜能力强于健康人. Objective Calculating the proportion of superiority strains for staphylococcus epidermis cases which are respectively in patients with chronic nasal sinusitis (CRS) ,and healthy people.compared the two groups after staphylococcus epidermis aureus in vitro bacterial biofilm production rate and production membrane strength.Comparing the two staphylococcus epidermis groups whose rate of bacterial biofilm production and the strength of biofilm after cultured in vitro.Methods Packeting nasal secretions of chronic nasal sinusitis patients and the healthy people.Identifying superiority strains in secretions.The advantages of strains for staphylococcus epidermis strains will be separated,storaged respectively;By Congo red plate filtering biofilm positive strains and by crystal violet staining semi-quantitative detecting biofilm production strength.Results There ere 39 cases of nasal secretions,among them including 20 CRS,19 healthy people;Congo red plate method measure biofilm positive strains 11 strains,including CRS9 strains,healthy people 2 strains;Compared with Congo red plate the results of crystal violet staining semi-quantitative are the same.Conclusion the staphylococcus epidermis account for aerobic bacteria the largest proportion in CRS.The proportion of CRS staphylococcus epidermis clinical strains cultured in vitro are obviously higher than healthy people.The ability of biofilm production of CRS patients staphylococcus epidermidis clinical strains which are clutured in vitro is stronger than heslthy people.
