目的:观察益精方对腺嘌呤法不育症大鼠睾丸支持细胞中紧密连接蛋白表达的影响。方法:选用48只健康的SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠,2月龄,体质量(180±20)g,按随机数字表法,平均分为空白组,模型组,复方玄驹组,益精方组,每组12只。除空白组外...目的:观察益精方对腺嘌呤法不育症大鼠睾丸支持细胞中紧密连接蛋白表达的影响。方法:选用48只健康的SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠,2月龄,体质量(180±20)g,按随机数字表法,平均分为空白组,模型组,复方玄驹组,益精方组,每组12只。除空白组外,其余各组均以腺嘌呤1 m L/(100g·d)的剂量连续灌胃12 d;从第13天开始,空白组及模型组用等量生理盐水灌胃,复方玄驹组以复方玄驹胶囊水溶液灌胃,益精方组以益精方汤剂灌胃,每天1次,连续20 d。实验结束后处死大鼠,摘取睾丸和附睾,采用计算机精子分析系统计数精子密度和精子活动率;采用免疫组化技术测定大鼠睾丸支持细胞中紧密连接蛋白claudin的表达。结果:与空白组比较,模型组中精子活动率、精子密度、claudin蛋白表达均降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,复方玄驹组精子活动率、精子密度均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),claudin蛋白表达升高不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),益精方组精子活动率、精子密度、claudin蛋白表达均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益精方能够提高腺嘌呤诱导的肾阳虚模型大鼠的精子密度和精子活动率水平;同时使claudin蛋白的表达增多。展开更多

The results showed that in the process,in appropriate polymerization condition, the nucleation mechanism was dominated by the agglomeration nucleation of graft polymers, and then the stable dispersion system could be prepared.After the nucleation period,the number of particles kept constant and particles swelled by the action of monomers and grew by the polymerization of monomers in the dispersed phase and kept stable by adsorbing graft polymers formed in the continuous phase.展开更多
