To construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of undergraduate teachers’ teaching ability is of great significance for improving teaching quality and training outstanding talents. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive teaching ability of undergraduate teachers. Based on the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching ability of college teachers, this paper aims to explore the perspective and elements of teaching ability evaluation, the construction of teaching ability evaluation index system and the quantitative standard of teaching ability evaluation system. Through the analysis and research of innovative teaching methods, the cultivation of students’ subjectivity, the necessity of undergraduate education reform, the challenges faced at present and the innovative strategies in practice, this paper puts forward a series of feasible reform suggestions in order to provide new ideas and methods for the development of undergraduate education in our country.展开更多
