The results on high power injection with the ueutral bean, injection (NBI) system for the Large Helical Device (LHD) are reported. The system consists of three beam-lines with two hydrogen negative ion (H^- ion) sources installed in each beam-line. In order to improve the injection power, a new beam accelerator with a multi-slot grounded grid (MSGG) has been developed and applied to one beam-line. Using the accelerator, a maximum power of 5.7 MW was achieved in 2003 and 2004, and the maximum energy of 189 keV was reached. The power and energy exceeded the design values of the individual beam-line for LHD. The other beam-lines also increased their injection power up to about 4 MW, and the total injection power of 13.1 MW was achieved with three beam-llnes in 2003. Although the accelerator had an advantage in high power beam injection, extracted beams expand in the short side direction of the ground-grid slot. The disadvantage has been resolved by modifying the aperture shapes of the steering grid. 展开更多

肉鸡与蛋鸡胚胎发育期产热与脂肪代谢的研究

试验通过研究蛋鸡和肉鸡胚胎发育期体增热等的差别,比较蛋鸡和肉鸡胚胎发育期利用脂肪的异同。每鸡种各选50个蛋测定产热量,80个蛋测定0、14、18胚龄和0日龄雏鸡的卵黄囊重,40个蛋测定14和18胚龄时与脂肪酸代谢相关的血浆组分浓度。所... 试验通过研究蛋鸡和肉鸡胚胎发育期体增热等的差别,比较蛋鸡和肉鸡胚胎发育期利用脂肪的异同。每鸡种各选50个蛋测定产热量,80个蛋测定0、14、18胚龄和0日龄雏鸡的卵黄囊重,40个蛋测定14和18胚龄时与脂肪酸代谢相关的血浆组分浓度。所有鸡蛋均为新鲜鸡蛋在同一孵化器中孵化,且孵化前单独称重、照蛋剔除裂蛋和破蛋。受精蛋在温度为37.6℃,相对湿度为58%-68%的条件下孵化,每小时翻蛋一次。结果表明,两鸡种的胚胎重随发育阶段逐渐上升,差异极显著,且肉鸡胚胎重大于蛋鸡;胚胎期耗氧量和CO2产生量随发育阶段极显著减少,肉鸡耗氧量显著低于蛋鸡,但肉鸡CO2产生量与蛋鸡无显著差异;肉鸡18胚龄时体增热值大约为0.008 KJ/min,即每只蛋每小时产热0.480 KJ,两鸡种体增热随发育阶段增加而逐渐减小,差异极显著,且有肉鸡低于蛋鸡的趋势,但体增热值必须经代谢胚胎大小校正;肉鸡呼吸熵显著低于蛋鸡。以上各指标不同发育阶段与鸡种间无明显的相关性。肉鸡与蛋鸡卵黄囊重与不同发育阶段表现出极显著的相关关系,且卵黄囊重的减少表现为肉鸡极显著地快于蛋鸡。14和18胚龄肉鸡与蛋鸡间血浆TG浓度在各发育阶段无显著差异,但有肉鸡低于蛋鸡的趋势;血浆NEFA的浓度在不同发育阶段差异极显著。综合试验结果可知,脂肪代谢不同可能是肉鸡与蛋鸡胚胎期生长速度不同的原因之一。 展开更多

Summary We examined the effects of dietary Japanese millet protein(JMP)and Korean foxtail millet protein(KFMP)on lipid metabolism and type 2 diabetes in rats and mice.When type 2 diabetic rats were fed with JMP for 20 days,plasma glucose levels lowered,whereas those of HDL-cholesterol and adiponectin rose significantly compared to the control group.Then when type 2 diabetic mice were fed with KFMP for 20 days,plasma levels of insulin lowered greatly,whereas those of HDL-cholesterol and adiponectin rose remarkably compared to control group.Considering the role of adiponectin,insulin and HDL-cholesterol in diabetes and atherosclerosis or obesity,it seemed likely that JMP and KFMP might improve insulin sensitivity and cholesterol metabolism through an increase in adiponectin concentrations.Therefore,these proteins might serve as another beneficial food component in obesity-related dis-eases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. 展开更多

We have developed an event mixing technique to observe Bose-Einstein correlations (BEC) between two identical neutral pions produced in photo-induced reactions in the non-perturbative QCD energy region. It is found that the missing-mass consistency cut and the pion-energy cut are essential for the event mixing method to effectively extract BEC observables. A Monte Carlo (MC) simulation is used to validate these constraints and confirms the efficiency of this method. Our work paves the way for similar BEC studies at lower energies where the multiplicity of emitted bosons is limited. 展开更多
