Proton transfer plays a key role in the applications of advanced energy materials as well as in the functionalities of biological systems.In this work,based on the transfer matrix method,we study the quantum effects o...Proton transfer plays a key role in the applications of advanced energy materials as well as in the functionalities of biological systems.In this work,based on the transfer matrix method,we study the quantum effects of proton transfer in a series of one-dimensional(1 D) model potentials and numerically calculate the quantum probability of transferring across single and double barriers(wells).In the case of single barriers,when the incident energies of protons are above the barrier height,the quantum oscillations in the transmission coefficients depend on the geometric shape of the barriers.It is found that atomic resonant tunneling(ART) not only presents in the rectangular single well and rectangular double barriers as expected,but also exists in the other types of potential wells and double barriers.For hetero-structured double barriers,there is no resonant tunneling in the classical forbidden zone,i.e.,in the case when the incident energy(E_(i)) is lower than the barrier height(E_(b)).Furthermore,we have provided generalized analysis on the characteristics of transmission coefficients of hetero-structured rectangular double barriers.展开更多
With the expansion and implementation of rural revitalization strategies,there is a constant need for new energy sources for the construction of new townships.Consequently,integrated energy systems with the interconne...With the expansion and implementation of rural revitalization strategies,there is a constant need for new energy sources for the construction of new townships.Consequently,integrated energy systems with the interconnection and interaction of multiple energy sources are developing rapidly.Biomass energy,a renewable green energy source with low pollution and wide distribution,has significant application potential in integrated energy systems.Considering the application of biomass energy in townships,this study established an integrated biomass energy system and proposed a model to optimize its operation.Lowest economic cost and highest clean energy utilization rate were considered as the objective functions.In addition,a plan was suggested to adjust the heat-electricity ratio based on the characteristics of the combined heat and power of the biomass.Finally,a simulation analysis conducted for a town in China was discussed,demonstrating that the construction of a township integrated-energy system and the use of biomass can significantly reduce operating costs and improve the energy utilization rate.Moreover,by adjusting the heat-electricity ratio,the economic cost was further reduced by 6.70%,whereas the clean energy utilization rate was increased by 5.14%.展开更多

Carbon capture,utilization and storage (CCUS) is considered as a very important technology for mitigating global climate change.Carbon dioxide (CO2) injected into an underground reservoir will induce changes in its ph...Carbon capture,utilization and storage (CCUS) is considered as a very important technology for mitigating global climate change.Carbon dioxide (CO2) injected into an underground reservoir will induce changes in its physical properties and the migration of CO2 will be affected by many factors.Accurately understanding these changes and migration characteristics of CO2 is crucial for selecting a CCUS project site,estimating storage capacity and ensuring storage security.In this paper,the basic principles of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologies are briefly introduced in the context of laboratory experiments related to CCUS.The types of NMR apparatus,experimental samples and testing approaches applied worldwide are discussed and analyzed.Then two typical NMR core analysis systems used in CCUS field and a self-developed high-pressure,low-field NMR rock core flooding experimental system are compared.Finally,a summary of the current deficiencies related to NMR applied to CCUS field is given and future research plans are proposed.展开更多
