The utilization of iron coke provides a green pathway for low-carbon ironmaking.To uncover the influence mechanism of iron ore on the behavior and kinetics of iron coke gasification,the effect of iron ore on the micro...The utilization of iron coke provides a green pathway for low-carbon ironmaking.To uncover the influence mechanism of iron ore on the behavior and kinetics of iron coke gasification,the effect of iron ore on the microstructure of iron coke was investigated.Furthermore,a comparative study of the gasification reactions between iron coke and coke was conducted through non-isothermal thermogravimetric method.The findings indicate that compared to coke,iron coke exhibits an augmentation in micropores and specific surface area,and the micropores further extend and interconnect.This provides more adsorption sites for CO_(2) molecules during the gasification process,resulting in a reduction in the initial gasification temperature of iron coke.Accelerating the heating rate in non-isothermal gasification can enhance the reactivity of iron coke.The metallic iron reduced from iron ore is embedded in the carbon matrix,reducing the orderliness of the carbon structure,which is primarily responsible for the heightened reactivity of the carbon atoms.The kinetic study indicates that the random pore model can effectively represent the gasification process of iron coke due to its rich pore structure.Moreover,as the proportion of iron ore increases,the activation energy for the carbon gasification gradually decreases,from 246.2 kJ/mol for coke to 192.5 kJ/mol for iron coke 15wt%.展开更多
In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data silos.Vertical Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach...In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data silos.Vertical Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training data.However,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the client.This vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation systems.In this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in VFL.Specifically,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information contained in shared embeddings.By reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the embeddings.Extensive experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of SensFL.Experiment results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning task.These results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security concerns in collaborative learning environments.展开更多

Methods Forty-six patients with malignant tumors underwent WB-DWI examinations between April 20...Objective To evaluate the value of whole-body diffusion weighted imaging (WB-DWI) on detection of malignant metastasis. Methods Forty-six patients with malignant tumors underwent WB-DWI examinations between April 2007 and August 2007 in our hospital. Before WB-DWI examination, the primary cancers of all the patients were confirmed by pathology, and the TNM-stage was assessed with conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography (CT). WB-DWI was performed using short TI inversion recovery echo-planar imaging (STIR-EPI) sequence. Abnormal high signal intensities on WB-DWI were considered as metastases. The results of WB-DWI were compared with other imaging modalities. For the assessment of the diagnostic capability of WB-DWI, WB-DWI were compared with CT for demonstrating mediastinal lymph node metastases and lung metastases, and with conventional MRI for demonstrating metastases in other locations. Results WB-DWI demonstrated 143 focuses, 14 routine imaging. The number of bone metastases depicted of which were diagnosed to be benign lesions in on WB-DWI and routine imaging was 85 and 86; lymph node metastases was 17 and 18; liver metastases was 14 and 14; lung metastases was 4 and 8; and brain metastases was 6 and 8, respectively. WB-DWI failed to detect 12 metastatic lesions including 3 osteoplastic bone metastases, 4 lung metastases, 3 mediastinal lymph node metastases, and 2 brain metastases Four metastatic lesions including 2 deltopectoral lymph nodes and 2 rib metastases were detected with WB-DWI alone, all of which evolved greatly during clinical follow-up for more than 6 months. WB-DWI had higher detection rates for metastatic lesions in liver, bone, and lymph nodes than those in lung and brain ( X^2=30, P〈0.001). Conclusions WB-DWI could detect most of metastatic lesions that were diagnosed with conventional MRI and CT. The limitations of WB-DWI might be had high false-positive rate and low efficiency in detecting mecliastinal lymph node, brain, and lung metastases.展开更多
Objective:Laparoscopic resection is increasingly performed for gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs).However,the laparoscopic approach for GISTs located in the esophagogastric junction(EGJ-GIST)is surgically challeng...Objective:Laparoscopic resection is increasingly performed for gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs).However,the laparoscopic approach for GISTs located in the esophagogastric junction(EGJ-GIST)is surgically challenging.This study compares the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and the open procedure for EGJ-GIST through the propensity score weighting(PSW)method.Methods:Between April 2006 and April 2018,1,824 surgical patients were diagnosed with primary gastric GIST at four medical centers in South China.Of these patients,228 were identified as EGJ-GISTs and retrospectively reviewed clinicopathological characteristics,operative information,and long-term outcomes.PSW was used to create the balanced cohorts.Results:PSW was carried out in laparoscopic and open-surgery cohorts according to year of surgery,sex,age,body mass index(BMI),tumor size,mitotic rates and recurrence risk.After PSW,438 patients consisting of 213 laparoscopic(L group)and 225 open surgery(O group)patients were enrolled.After PSW,the following measures in the L group were superior to those in the O group:median operative time[interquartile range(IQR)]:100.0(64.5-141.5)vs.149.0(104.0-197.5)min,P<0.001;median blood loss(IQR):30.0(10.0-50.0)vs.50.0(20.0-100.0)mL,P=0.002;median time to liquid intake(IQR):3.0(2.0-4.0)vs.4.0(3.0-5.0)d,P<0.001;median hospital stay(IQR):6.0(4.0-8.0)vs.7.0(5.0-12.0)d,P<0.001;and postoperative complications(10.3%vs.22.7%,P=0.001).The median follow-up was 55(range,2-153)months in the entire cohort.No significant differences were detected in either relapse-free survival(RFS)[hazard ratio(HR):0.372,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.072-1.910,P=0.236]or overall survival(OS)(HR:0.400,95%CI:0.119-1.343,P=0.138)between the two groups.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery for EGJ-GIST is associated with the advantages of shorter operative time,reduced blood loss,shorter time to liquid intake,and shorter length of stay,all without compromising postoperative outcomes and long-term survival.展开更多

This study aimed to assess whether oral SH ingestion improves the moisture content of the upper layer of the stratum corneum, which is susceptible to changes in environmental humidity, using the Skicon 200EX. Design: Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study. Participants: One hundred healthy Japanese men and women aged 20 - 64 years. Interventions: Oral ingestion of one 119-mg SH or dextrin (placebo) capsule once daily for 8 weeks. Evaluations: Measurement of water content in the superficial stratum corneum of the face and upper extremities using the Skicon 200EX. Results: Overall facial stratum corneum water content changes were significantly higher at 8 weeks in the SH group compared to the placebo group. Conclusions: In healthy Japanese adults, oral SH ingestion improved skin moisture by increasing the stratum corneum water content. Low(LBW) and normal birth weight(NBW) piglets were compared as they might react differently to stressors caused by artificial rearing. In total, 42 pairs of LBW and NBW piglets from 16 litters suckled the sow until d19 of age or were artificially reared starting at d3 until d19 of age. Blood and tissue samples that were collected after euthanasia at 0, 3, 5, 8 and 19 d of age. Histology, ELISA, and Ussing chamber analysis were used to study proximal and distal small intestine histomorphology, proliferation, apoptosis, tight junction protein expression, and permeability. Furthermore, small intestine,liver and systemic redox parameters(GSH, GSSG, GSH-Px and MDA) were investigated using HPLC.Results: LBW and NBW artificially reared piglets weighed respectively 40 and 33% more than LBW and NBW sowreared piglets at d19(P 〈 0.01). Transferring piglets to a nursery at d3 resulted in villus atrophy, increased intestinal FD-4 and HRP permeability and elevated GSSG/GSH ratio in the distal small intestine at d5(P 〈 0.05). GSH concentrations in the proximal small intestine remained stable, while they decreased in the liver(P 〈 0.05). From d5 until d19, villus width and crypt depth increased, whereas PCNA, caspase-3, occludin and claudin-3 protein expressions were reduced. GSH,GSSG and permeability recovered in artificially reared piglets(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest that artificial rearing altered the morphology, permeability and redox state without compromising piglet performance. The observed effects were not depending on birth weight.展开更多

Method: The GEO gene chip public database in NCBI was used for data retrieval, and the chip data GSE17674 and GSE16088 were selected as the analysis objects. DEmRNAs were screened by R language limma kit, and the data were standardized. The common differentially expressed genes were screened by Venn diagram. The R language clusterProfiler package was used to perform GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on the common differentially expressed genes. The String database was used for PPI analysis, and the results were imported into Cytoscape software to obtain PPI interaction map, core module and Hub gene. Result: In this study, 1482 differentially expressed genes were screened from GSE17674 and 933 differentially expressed genes were screened from GSE16088. The Wayne diagram analyzed 335 common differentially expressed genes. GO/KEGG analysis suggested that the above common differentially expressed genes were mainly involved in cell cycle, ECM receptor interaction, sister chromatid separation, ossification, etc. Five core genes NCAPG, MAD2L1, CDK1, RRM2 and RFC4 were screened from the PPI network. The five genes were highly expressed in sarcoma. Conclusion: The five core common differentially expressed genes and related signaling pathways screened by bioinformatics analysis are helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of OS and ES pathogenesis, and are related to the prognosis of patients. They may become potential biomarkers for future research on OS comorbid ES, provide a basis for early diagnosis of OS combined with ES, and provide new ideas for clinical drug treatment research.展开更多

In clinical practice, the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics has become increasingly common, but this has also led to the problem of antibiotic abuse and irrational use, which in turn has spawned the emergence of multidrug-resistant bacteria, making the treatment of lung infections more complex and difficult. In the human immune system, γδ T cells play a crucial role in defense against foreign pathogens and regulation of autoimmune responses. These cells act as a bridge between innate and adaptive immunity and can be rapidly activated in the early stages of infection to produce inflammatory factors and chemokines that attract other immune cells to the site of infection. Recent advances have shown that γδ T cells not only play a direct role in the innate immunity of pathogen infection, but are also involved in regulating the subsequent adaptive immune response. The aim of this review is to explore the mechanism of γδ T cells in lung infections and to summarize the current progress of clinical research, with the aim of providing new scientific basis and therapeutic strategies for the treatment of lung infections.展开更多

Means: The GSE17674 dataset was selected for analysis, obtai...Purpose: Bioinformatics-based approach to screen and analyze differentially expressed genes associated with the biological characteristics of Ewing sarcoma. Means: The GSE17674 dataset was selected for analysis, obtained by data retrieval based on the GEO public database. The R language limma toolkit was used to screen DEmRNAs. After the data were normalized, the Metascape online analysis software and the R language clusterProfiler package were used to analyze the GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment of DEmRNAs lines, respectively. The string database was selected for PPI analysis, and the results were imported into Cytoscape software to derive the core modules and predicted core genes. The genes selected above were analyzed for tissue localization specificity. Results: Through the analysis of GSE17674, differentially expressed genes were screened out, and GO and KEGG analyses were performed on the differentially expressed genes. The GO functional enrichment analysis was mainly enriched in the process of muscle system, muscle contraction, myocyte development, contractile fibers, myogenic fibers, myofibers, myofibrillar segments, actin binding, structural composition of muscle, and actin filament binding. KEGG pathway analysis showed that the core pathways associated with the development of ES were the core genes for myocardial contraction, congestive cardiomyopathy, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Five Hub genes were obtained based on Cytoscape prediction. Tissue localization specificity analysis of Hub genes was performed, and a total of 2 Hub genes with tissue specificity were screened;MYH6 was specifically expressed in cardiac cells and MYL1 was specifically expressed in skeletal muscle cells. Conclusions: The differential genes screened will help to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying the highly invasive and metastasis-prone biological characteristics of ES, as well as provide new ideas for clinical drug-targeted treatment of ES.展开更多

Due to differences in economic and medical c...Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is a global problem that affects about half of the world’s population and requires sufficient attention in clinical and scientific work. Due to differences in economic and medical conditions among countries around the world, there is currently no unified treatment plan for anti-HP. In China, empirical quadruple therapy is mainly used. With the abuse of antibiotics, many patients face the problem of secondary eradication after failure, and the resistance rate of HP is gradually increasing. After eradication failure, drug sensitivity cultivation is carried out to choose sensitive antibiotics for treatment. A new strategy is currently needed to address how to improve the eradication rate of HP during the first eradication. This article aims to discuss the first-line treatment plans and research progress for eradicating HP based on drug sensitivity testing before eradication. Compared with traditional empirical therapies, treatment based on drug sensitivity results can effectively improve the eradication rate of HP, and reduce drug resistance rates, and adverse reactions, among other benefits. .展开更多
Memristor-based neuromorphic computing shows great potential for high-speed and high-throughput signal processing applications,such as electroencephalogram(EEG)signal processing.Nonetheless,the size of one-transistor ...Memristor-based neuromorphic computing shows great potential for high-speed and high-throughput signal processing applications,such as electroencephalogram(EEG)signal processing.Nonetheless,the size of one-transistor one-resistor(1T1R)memristor arrays is limited by the non-ideality of the devices,which prevents the hardware implementation of large and complex networks.In this work,we propose the depthwise separable convolution and bidirectional gate recurrent unit(DSC-BiGRU)network,a lightweight and highly robust hybrid neural network based on 1T1R arrays that enables efficient processing of EEG signals in the temporal,frequency and spatial domains by hybridizing DSC and BiGRU blocks.The network size is reduced and the network robustness is improved while ensuring the network classification accuracy.In the simulation,the measured non-idealities of the 1T1R array are brought into the network through statistical analysis.Compared with traditional convolutional networks,the network parameters are reduced by 95%and the network classification accuracy is improved by 21%at a 95%array yield rate and 5%tolerable error.This work demonstrates that lightweight and highly robust networks based on memristor arrays hold great promise for applications that rely on low consumption and high efficiency.展开更多

Based on the fuzzy set theory and Euclidean space distance, this paper puts forward a method for customer requirement weight calculation called Euclidean space distances weighting ranking method. This method is used in the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process that satisfies the additive consistent fuzzy matrix. A model for the weight calculation steps is constructed; meanwhile, a product innovation design module on the basis of the customer requirement weight calculation model is developed. Finally, combined with the instance of titanium sponge production, the customer requirement weight calculation model is validated. Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic ...Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic spinal cord injury in China have mostly been regional in scope;national-level studies have been rare.To the best of our knowledge,no national-level study of treatment status and economic burden has been performed.This retrospective study aimed to examine the epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and economic burden of traumatic spinal cord injury in China at the national level.We included 13,465 traumatic spinal cord injury patients who were injured between January 2013 and December 2018 and treated in 30 hospitals in 11 provinces/municipalities representing all geographical divisions of China.Patient epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and total and daily costs were recorded.Trends in the percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department and cost of care were assessed by annual percentage change using the Joinpoint Regression Program.The percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department did not significantly change overall(annual percentage change,-0.5%and 2.1%,respectively).A total of 10,053(74.7%)patients underwent surgery.Only 2.8%of patients who underwent surgery did so within 24 hours of injury.A total of 2005(14.9%)patients were treated with high-dose(≥500 mg)methylprednisolone sodium succinate/methylprednisolone(MPSS/MP);615(4.6%)received it within 8 hours.The total cost for acute traumatic spinal cord injury decreased over the study period(-4.7%),while daily cost did not significantly change(1.0%increase).Our findings indicate that public health initiatives should aim at improving hospitals’ability to complete early surgery within 24 hours,which is associated with improved sensorimotor recovery,increasing the awareness rate of clinical guidelines related to high-dose MPSS/MP to reduce the use of the treatment with insufficient evidence.展开更多

文摘Objective:Laparoscopic resection is increasingly performed for gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs).However,the laparoscopic approach for GISTs located in the esophagogastric junction(EGJ-GIST)is surgically challenging.This study compares the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and the open procedure for EGJ-GIST through the propensity score weighting(PSW)method.Methods:Between April 2006 and April 2018,1,824 surgical patients were diagnosed with primary gastric GIST at four medical centers in South China.Of these patients,228 were identified as EGJ-GISTs and retrospectively reviewed clinicopathological characteristics,operative information,and long-term outcomes.PSW was used to create the balanced cohorts.Results:PSW was carried out in laparoscopic and open-surgery cohorts according to year of surgery,sex,age,body mass index(BMI),tumor size,mitotic rates and recurrence risk.After PSW,438 patients consisting of 213 laparoscopic(L group)and 225 open surgery(O group)patients were enrolled.After PSW,the following measures in the L group were superior to those in the O group:median operative time[interquartile range(IQR)]:100.0(64.5-141.5)vs.149.0(104.0-197.5)min,P<0.001;median blood loss(IQR):30.0(10.0-50.0)vs.50.0(20.0-100.0)mL,P=0.002;median time to liquid intake(IQR):3.0(2.0-4.0)vs.4.0(3.0-5.0)d,P<0.001;median hospital stay(IQR):6.0(4.0-8.0)vs.7.0(5.0-12.0)d,P<0.001;and postoperative complications(10.3%vs.22.7%,P=0.001).The median follow-up was 55(range,2-153)months in the entire cohort.No significant differences were detected in either relapse-free survival(RFS)[hazard ratio(HR):0.372,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.072-1.910,P=0.236]or overall survival(OS)(HR:0.400,95%CI:0.119-1.343,P=0.138)between the two groups.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery for EGJ-GIST is associated with the advantages of shorter operative time,reduced blood loss,shorter time to liquid intake,and shorter length of stay,all without compromising postoperative outcomes and long-term survival.
文摘Objective: Few studies have evaluated the effect of oral sodium hyaluronate (SH) ingestion on the moisture content of the superficial stratum corneum. This study aimed to assess whether oral SH ingestion improves the moisture content of the upper layer of the stratum corneum, which is susceptible to changes in environmental humidity, using the Skicon 200EX. Design: Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study. Participants: One hundred healthy Japanese men and women aged 20 - 64 years. Interventions: Oral ingestion of one 119-mg SH or dextrin (placebo) capsule once daily for 8 weeks. Evaluations: Measurement of water content in the superficial stratum corneum of the face and upper extremities using the Skicon 200EX. Results: Overall facial stratum corneum water content changes were significantly higher at 8 weeks in the SH group compared to the placebo group. Conclusions: In healthy Japanese adults, oral SH ingestion improved skin moisture by increasing the stratum corneum water content. Clinical Trial Registration: The study protocol was preregistered with the Clinical Trials Registry System (registration no. UMIN000053322, January 11, 2024).

文摘Background: In this study the physiological implications of artificial rearing were investigated. Low(LBW) and normal birth weight(NBW) piglets were compared as they might react differently to stressors caused by artificial rearing. In total, 42 pairs of LBW and NBW piglets from 16 litters suckled the sow until d19 of age or were artificially reared starting at d3 until d19 of age. Blood and tissue samples that were collected after euthanasia at 0, 3, 5, 8 and 19 d of age. Histology, ELISA, and Ussing chamber analysis were used to study proximal and distal small intestine histomorphology, proliferation, apoptosis, tight junction protein expression, and permeability. Furthermore, small intestine,liver and systemic redox parameters(GSH, GSSG, GSH-Px and MDA) were investigated using HPLC.Results: LBW and NBW artificially reared piglets weighed respectively 40 and 33% more than LBW and NBW sowreared piglets at d19(P 〈 0.01). Transferring piglets to a nursery at d3 resulted in villus atrophy, increased intestinal FD-4 and HRP permeability and elevated GSSG/GSH ratio in the distal small intestine at d5(P 〈 0.05). GSH concentrations in the proximal small intestine remained stable, while they decreased in the liver(P 〈 0.05). From d5 until d19, villus width and crypt depth increased, whereas PCNA, caspase-3, occludin and claudin-3 protein expressions were reduced. GSH,GSSG and permeability recovered in artificially reared piglets(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest that artificial rearing altered the morphology, permeability and redox state without compromising piglet performance. The observed effects were not depending on birth weight.
文摘Purpose: This paper aims to explore the genetic correlation between osteosarcoma (OS) and Ewing’s sarcoma (EWS) by bioinformatics, and to find the common differentially expressed genes between the two in order to provide reference for early clinical diagnosis. Method: The GEO gene chip public database in NCBI was used for data retrieval, and the chip data GSE17674 and GSE16088 were selected as the analysis objects. DEmRNAs were screened by R language limma kit, and the data were standardized. The common differentially expressed genes were screened by Venn diagram. The R language clusterProfiler package was used to perform GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on the common differentially expressed genes. The String database was used for PPI analysis, and the results were imported into Cytoscape software to obtain PPI interaction map, core module and Hub gene. Result: In this study, 1482 differentially expressed genes were screened from GSE17674 and 933 differentially expressed genes were screened from GSE16088. The Wayne diagram analyzed 335 common differentially expressed genes. GO/KEGG analysis suggested that the above common differentially expressed genes were mainly involved in cell cycle, ECM receptor interaction, sister chromatid separation, ossification, etc. Five core genes NCAPG, MAD2L1, CDK1, RRM2 and RFC4 were screened from the PPI network. The five genes were highly expressed in sarcoma. Conclusion: The five core common differentially expressed genes and related signaling pathways screened by bioinformatics analysis are helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of OS and ES pathogenesis, and are related to the prognosis of patients. They may become potential biomarkers for future research on OS comorbid ES, provide a basis for early diagnosis of OS combined with ES, and provide new ideas for clinical drug treatment research.
文摘Lung infections are usually caused by pathogenic microorganisms and are a disease with high morbidity and mortality. In clinical practice, the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics has become increasingly common, but this has also led to the problem of antibiotic abuse and irrational use, which in turn has spawned the emergence of multidrug-resistant bacteria, making the treatment of lung infections more complex and difficult. In the human immune system, γδ T cells play a crucial role in defense against foreign pathogens and regulation of autoimmune responses. These cells act as a bridge between innate and adaptive immunity and can be rapidly activated in the early stages of infection to produce inflammatory factors and chemokines that attract other immune cells to the site of infection. Recent advances have shown that γδ T cells not only play a direct role in the innate immunity of pathogen infection, but are also involved in regulating the subsequent adaptive immune response. The aim of this review is to explore the mechanism of γδ T cells in lung infections and to summarize the current progress of clinical research, with the aim of providing new scientific basis and therapeutic strategies for the treatment of lung infections.
文摘Purpose: Bioinformatics-based approach to screen and analyze differentially expressed genes associated with the biological characteristics of Ewing sarcoma. Means: The GSE17674 dataset was selected for analysis, obtained by data retrieval based on the GEO public database. The R language limma toolkit was used to screen DEmRNAs. After the data were normalized, the Metascape online analysis software and the R language clusterProfiler package were used to analyze the GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment of DEmRNAs lines, respectively. The string database was selected for PPI analysis, and the results were imported into Cytoscape software to derive the core modules and predicted core genes. The genes selected above were analyzed for tissue localization specificity. Results: Through the analysis of GSE17674, differentially expressed genes were screened out, and GO and KEGG analyses were performed on the differentially expressed genes. The GO functional enrichment analysis was mainly enriched in the process of muscle system, muscle contraction, myocyte development, contractile fibers, myogenic fibers, myofibers, myofibrillar segments, actin binding, structural composition of muscle, and actin filament binding. KEGG pathway analysis showed that the core pathways associated with the development of ES were the core genes for myocardial contraction, congestive cardiomyopathy, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Five Hub genes were obtained based on Cytoscape prediction. Tissue localization specificity analysis of Hub genes was performed, and a total of 2 Hub genes with tissue specificity were screened;MYH6 was specifically expressed in cardiac cells and MYL1 was specifically expressed in skeletal muscle cells. Conclusions: The differential genes screened will help to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying the highly invasive and metastasis-prone biological characteristics of ES, as well as provide new ideas for clinical drug-targeted treatment of ES.
文摘Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is a global problem that affects about half of the world’s population and requires sufficient attention in clinical and scientific work. Due to differences in economic and medical conditions among countries around the world, there is currently no unified treatment plan for anti-HP. In China, empirical quadruple therapy is mainly used. With the abuse of antibiotics, many patients face the problem of secondary eradication after failure, and the resistance rate of HP is gradually increasing. After eradication failure, drug sensitivity cultivation is carried out to choose sensitive antibiotics for treatment. A new strategy is currently needed to address how to improve the eradication rate of HP during the first eradication. This article aims to discuss the first-line treatment plans and research progress for eradicating HP based on drug sensitivity testing before eradication. Compared with traditional empirical therapies, treatment based on drug sensitivity results can effectively improve the eradication rate of HP, and reduce drug resistance rates, and adverse reactions, among other benefits. .

文摘Memristor-based neuromorphic computing shows great potential for high-speed and high-throughput signal processing applications,such as electroencephalogram(EEG)signal processing.Nonetheless,the size of one-transistor one-resistor(1T1R)memristor arrays is limited by the non-ideality of the devices,which prevents the hardware implementation of large and complex networks.In this work,we propose the depthwise separable convolution and bidirectional gate recurrent unit(DSC-BiGRU)network,a lightweight and highly robust hybrid neural network based on 1T1R arrays that enables efficient processing of EEG signals in the temporal,frequency and spatial domains by hybridizing DSC and BiGRU blocks.The network size is reduced and the network robustness is improved while ensuring the network classification accuracy.In the simulation,the measured non-idealities of the 1T1R array are brought into the network through statistical analysis.Compared with traditional convolutional networks,the network parameters are reduced by 95%and the network classification accuracy is improved by 21%at a 95%array yield rate and 5%tolerable error.This work demonstrates that lightweight and highly robust networks based on memristor arrays hold great promise for applications that rely on low consumption and high efficiency.

文摘In the processes of product innovation and design, it is important for the designers to find and capture customer's focus through customer requirement weight calculation and ranking. Based on the fuzzy set theory and Euclidean space distance, this paper puts forward a method for customer requirement weight calculation called Euclidean space distances weighting ranking method. This method is used in the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process that satisfies the additive consistent fuzzy matrix. A model for the weight calculation steps is constructed; meanwhile, a product innovation design module on the basis of the customer requirement weight calculation model is developed. Finally, combined with the instance of titanium sponge production, the customer requirement weight calculation model is validated. By the innovation design module, the structure of the titanium sponge reactor has been improved and made innovative.

文摘Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic spinal cord injury in China have mostly been regional in scope;national-level studies have been rare.To the best of our knowledge,no national-level study of treatment status and economic burden has been performed.This retrospective study aimed to examine the epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and economic burden of traumatic spinal cord injury in China at the national level.We included 13,465 traumatic spinal cord injury patients who were injured between January 2013 and December 2018 and treated in 30 hospitals in 11 provinces/municipalities representing all geographical divisions of China.Patient epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and total and daily costs were recorded.Trends in the percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department and cost of care were assessed by annual percentage change using the Joinpoint Regression Program.The percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department did not significantly change overall(annual percentage change,-0.5%and 2.1%,respectively).A total of 10,053(74.7%)patients underwent surgery.Only 2.8%of patients who underwent surgery did so within 24 hours of injury.A total of 2005(14.9%)patients were treated with high-dose(≥500 mg)methylprednisolone sodium succinate/methylprednisolone(MPSS/MP);615(4.6%)received it within 8 hours.The total cost for acute traumatic spinal cord injury decreased over the study period(-4.7%),while daily cost did not significantly change(1.0%increase).Our findings indicate that public health initiatives should aim at improving hospitals’ability to complete early surgery within 24 hours,which is associated with improved sensorimotor recovery,increasing the awareness rate of clinical guidelines related to high-dose MPSS/MP to reduce the use of the treatment with insufficient evidence.
