This paper, from a global perspective, conducts a deep comparison and analysis of international experience, systematically analyzes the strategies and practical paths for improving teachers’ digital literacy, and focuses on exploring its connotation, international policy trends, and implications for higher vocational education. Finally, aiming at the improvement of the digital literacy of teachers in China’s higher vocational colleges, the article proposes a series of strategic suggestions, including optimizing top-level design, strengthening training systems, improving evaluation mechanisms, stimulating awareness of lifelong learning, etc. The purpose is to build a teacher digital literacy training system that adapts to future trends for China’s higher vocational education, providing a forward-looking and practically guiding path to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of future society.展开更多

The core content of the reform includes the modularization of the curriculum system, diversification of teaching methods, and comprehensiveness of the evaluation mechanism. Through four years of practice, these measures have significantly improved students’ pass rates and motivation to learn and have strengthened students’ experimental skills and innovative capabilities. The professional development of teachers and teaching methods has also been improved synchronously. This study emphasizes the importance of continuously updating the curriculum content, strengthening teacher training, and deepening the reform of the evaluation system to ensure that the teaching reform can continue to adapt to the needs of new-era education and provide a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents that meet the future engineering needs.展开更多
