Big data technology enhances the predictability, accuracy, and timeliness of management, providing support for enterprise talent strategies and structural optimization. During the system construction process, challenges such as privacy security, model accuracy, and user acceptance are overcome through measures such as strengthening data security protection, optimizing model performance, and enhancing user experience.
