儿童推拿在家庭参与式护理儿童保健中的应用价值

目的:研究分析儿童保健中儿童推拿+家庭参与式护理的实际效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月河南省济源市中医院接诊的90名儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将儿童分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用儿童推拿+家庭参与式护理,对照组采用家庭参与式护理,对比两组儿童护理后的满意程度、儿童护理总效率。结果:实验护理效率高达97.77%,远远优于对照组的77.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度评分为(96.36±2.75)分,对照组的满意度评分(72.32±4.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿童保健患者使用儿童推拿和家庭参与式护理能够改善患者护理效率,提高护理满意度。

脏腑图点穴推拿配合梅花针治疗儿童色素沉着斑验案1则

王雅儒在所著的《脏腑图点穴法》中提出了一些常用穴位,其穴名与经穴相同,而定位则与传统经穴有所变化,此即脏腑图点穴法。此法重视腹部推拿,以腹部任脉施治为主线[1],通过调整冲、任、督三脉之经气,调节一身之气,统摄一身之血液,总司五脏六腑之功能,调动全身阴阳气血,从而达到阴平阳密、气血平衡的状态;。梅花针以五短针集束一起,围似梅花,通过叩刺以激活经络,去宛陈莝,祛皮肤之瘀、通经脉之塞,从而治肌表之症,亦能调节脏腑气血以治疗内伤杂病;。杜春雁,副主任医师,擅长以针灸、推拿、中药并治小儿内科疾病。笔者(第一作者)有幸师从于杜师,现将其运用脏腑图点穴推拿配合梅花针治疗小儿外感后遗留腹部色素沉着斑验案1则介绍如下。

Therapeutic Observation on Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea with Tuina on Differentiation of Acupoints

Infantile diarrhea was divided into four types of wind cold, damp heat, food injury and spleen deficiency on differentiation of symptoms and signs. The techniques of tonifying the spleen, clearing Dachang （large intestine）, rubbing the abdomen and pressing Zhixie （stopping diarrhea） point, Zusanli （ST 36） and Changqiang （GV 1） as well as pinching the spine were chosen to treat this disease with a satisfactory result.

Clinical observation of treatment of infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency using five-step pediatric tuina of Huxiang school

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency with five-step pediatric tuina of Huxiang school.Methods:Using a randomized controlled trial design,sixty eligible kids with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened by the five-step pediatric tuina method of Huxiang school,and the control group received conventional tuina treatment.The intervention was conducted once a day,consecutive 5-day treatment as 1 course,at a 2-day interval between courses,successively for a total of 4 courses.Changes in the primary and secondary symptoms of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms and the general score of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were improved;the improvements in fecal form and frequency,decreased appetite,bloating after meals and fatigue and sluggishness were more significant in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion:The five-step pediatric tuina method of Huxiang school and conventional tuina both can improve the primary and secondary symptoms in infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency,while the former one can produce more significant efficacy.

Efficacy observation on tuina for children with cough

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of ‘Three Steps to Regulate Qi Method＇ tuina for infantile cough. Methods： Fifty-one children with cough were enrolled and received ‘Three Steps to Regulate Qi Method＇ tuina, once a day for 5 d. The effects were observed after 5 treatments.Results： There was no dropout case during the process. Among the 51 infantile patients, 37 cases were cured, 14 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： ＇Three Steps to Regulate Qi Method＇ tuina is an effective, simple and convenient method for infatile cough and worth spreading in clinical application.

Clinical Observation on Infantile Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated by Acupuncture and Tuina

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and Tuina treatment for infantile chronic superficial gastritis.Methods：50 cases of patients were treated with acupuncture and Tuina.to observe the changes in the electrogastrograph before and after treatment.10 sessions made one course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses.Results：The differences in various indexes of the electrogastrograph before and after the treatments were statistically significant（P〈0.01）,almost normal,and the clinical symptoms were refieved or disappeared.Conclusion：Acupuncture and Tuina treatment can be used to relieve the clinical symptoms of infantile chronic superficial gastritis and noticeably improve the electrogastrograph of the patients.The electrogastrograph can be used to provide reference to the diagnosis of organic diseases like gastritis and also used in the basic and clinical study of gastric diseases.

Clinical efficacy observation on pediatric massage for chronic cough in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage(tuina)for chronic cough in children.Methods A total of 96 cases were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Cases in the control group received routine pediatric massage manipulations.Cases in the observation group received additional Mo-rubbing abdomen manipulation.The treatment was done 3 times a week and 12 times made up a treatment session.The cough symptom scores were evaluated before treatment and after 3,6,9 and 12 treatments respectively.Results There were 8 dropouts in the observation group and 5 dropouts in the control group.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in coughing score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 9 times of treatment,the total coughing scores were significantly reduced in both groups(both P<0.05);however,there were no statistical differences between the two groups in the score differences between before treatment and after 3,6 and 9 times of treatment(all P>0.05).After 12 times of treatment,the total coughing scores were significantly reduced in both groups(both P<0.05),along with a statistical difference between the two groups in the score difference between before treatment and after 12 times of treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the two groups in overall response(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%,versus 86.0%in the control group,showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine pediatric massage manipulations alone or in combination with Mo-rubbing abdomen manipulation both can significantly improve chronic cough in children;however,the combination obtains a better effect.

Therapeutic observation of Tui-pushing Wujing plus Chinese patent medicine for infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of pediatric tuina plus Chinese patent medicine for preschool kids with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency.Methods:Ninety-two eligible kids were divided into a tuina plus Chinese patent medicine and a Chinese patent medicine group by the random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The Chinese patent medicine group was intervened by oral administration of Qi Wei Bai Zhu San(Seven-ingredient Atractylodes Macrocepholo Powder);the tuina plus Chinese patent medicine group was additionally given pediatric tuina therapy once a day,20 min each time.Efficacy and safety were evaluated after 7-day treatment in both groups,and a 14-day follow-up was conducted.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores all changed significantly in the two groups(all P<0.05).After intervention,the symptom scores in the tuina plus Chinese patent medicine group were significantly different from those in the Chinese patent medicine group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate was 78.3%in the Chinese patent medicine group,versus 89.1%in the tuina plus Chinese patent medicine group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three cases got a relapse in the Chinese patent medicine group,versus one case in the tuina plus Chinese patent medicine group,and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).The two groups each had one case of vomiting,which were treated properly and turned better.No other adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Tuina plus Chinese patent medicine and Chinese patent medicine alone both are effective for diarrhea due to spleen deficiency in kids,but the combined therapy can produce more significant efficacy.

Clinical experience of Xiangxi Liu's infantile tuina for exogenous fever in children

Xiangxi (the western part of Hunan province) Liu's infantile tuina,as one main school of current infantile tuina in China,highlights the compatibility of the specific points of Wujing in children,the idea of treatment by syndrome differentiation,and produces unique efficacy in the treatment of common diseases in children.Exogenous fever in children can be treated with this method with excellent efficacy.Based on the clinical experience and effective cases treated by this tuina school,the authors elaborated the clinical thought and experience from the perspective view of tuina,for the promotion of Xiangxi Liu's infantile tuina in clinic.

Clinical observation of Tiao Shen Tong Du Tuina in promoting neuropsychological development of premature infants

Objective To observe the impact of Tiao Shen Tong Du(regulating the mind and unblocking the Governor Vessel)Tuina(Chinese therapeutic massage)on neuropsychological development of premature infants,discover effective early-stage intervention techniques,and improve the prognosis of premature infants.Methods A total of 115 eligible premature infants were recruited and divided into a control group of 59 cases and an observation group of 56 cases based on different interventions.The control group received three-month physical therapy(PT)and conventional early-stage intervention,and the observation group received additional Tiao Shen Tong Du Tuina treatment.Before and after treatment and at the one-year follow-up,the Gesell developmental schedule was adopted to evaluate neuropsychological development.Results After treatment,the gross motor development quotient(DQ)was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the other four domains between the two groups(P>0.05).At the one-year follow-up,the observation group showed more notable improvements in all five domains’DQs than the control group,and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Based on conventional intervention,Tiao Shen Tong Du Tuina can significantly improve the gross motor function of premature infants in the short term,alongside valid long-term efficacy for gross motor function,fine motor function,adaptive behaviors,language,and personal-social behaviors.

Diseases Spectrum Study on Pediatric Tuina in Recent 10 Years

Objective： To investigate the clinical study advance of pediatric tuina and understand the changes of disease scope and spectrum in pediatric tuina over the last decade. Methods： Relevant articles involving pediatric tuina have been retrieved through the databases of domestic journals for health and medical sciences as well as Springer-Verlag Database of German during 2002-2011. It aims to extract relevant information, build literature infomaation table of tuina therapy for pediatric conditions and conduct statistical analysis. Then the findings were compared with the data of pediatric tuina papers which were published from 1988 to 1997 recorded in Encyclopedia of Chinese Tuina. Results and Conclusion： A total of 75 clinical indications for pediatric tuina have been statistically summarized, of which 5 common conditions were selected and 1 prior condition was singled out. Additionally, some outdated or new conditions have been discovered.
