为了解决中空玻璃的保温隔热问题,本文介绍了以硅橡胶为基材,填充粉末状3A分子筛,以OT-80/AC-80/发泡剂H作为发泡剂,双组分铂金C-25A/C-25B作为硫化剂,采用挤出工艺制得柔性超级间隔条,分析了粉末状3A分子筛的用量,发泡剂的用量&种... 为了解决中空玻璃的保温隔热问题,本文介绍了以硅橡胶为基材,填充粉末状3A分子筛,以OT-80/AC-80/发泡剂H作为发泡剂,双组分铂金C-25A/C-25B作为硫化剂,采用挤出工艺制得柔性超级间隔条,分析了粉末状3A分子筛的用量,发泡剂的用量&种类对间隔条性能的影响,提出了用柔性超级间隔条替代金属铝隔条,以改善中空玻璃保温隔热性能,得出了以下结论:选用发泡剂OT-80,且其用量为5份;粉末状3A分子筛用量为100份时,制备的柔性超级间隔条具有优异的物理机械性能和导热系数。 展开更多

A novel solid support adsorbent for CO2capture was developed by loading pentaethylenehexamine(PEHA)on commercially available mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 using wet impregnation method.MCM-41 samples before and after PEHA loading were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,N2adsorption/desorption,thermal gravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope to investigate the textural and thermo-physical properties.CO2adsorption performance was evaluated in a fixed bed adsorption system.Results indicated that the structure of MCM-41 was preserved after loading PEHA.Surface area and total pore volume of PEHA loaded MCM-41 decreased with the increase of loading.The working adsorption capacity of CO2could be significantly improved at 60%of PEHA loading and 75°C.The effect of the height of adsorbent bed was investigated and the best working adsorption capacity for MCM-41-PEHA-60 reached 165 mg·(g adsorbent)-1at 75°C.Adsorption/desorption circle showed that the CO2working adsorption capacity of MCM-41-PEHA kept stable. 展开更多

A novel method to anchor methanesulfonic acid in silica matrix

Methanesulfonic acid (MSA) was successfully immobilized in silica, leading to a novel and environmentally friendly solid acid catalyst SMSA. The most important feature of SMSA is that anhydrous formic acid is used to hydrolysis of tetraethylorthosili- cate (TEOS). No water was added in the whole preparation. Therefore, MSA could be anchored in silica matrix more effec- tively instead of being dissolved in water. This new organic/inorganic hybrid catalyst was characterized by powder X-ray dif- fraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), N2 adsorption-desorption analyzer, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA-DSC) and pyridine-FTIR. The catalytic activity was tested by alkylation of olefins and aromatics. High concentration acid sites, both Lewis and Brcnsted, abundant porosity and large surface area enabled the highest activity for SMSA, among MCM-22. ZSM-5 and industrial acidity clay. 展开更多
