The second part of the content of the fifth chapter discusses “teachers transformative work”, from the teachers’ collaborative teaching, teachers’ professional development, public unity and protect teachers and 2050 dialogue and action principle emphasizes the importance of exploring teachers transformative work, suggested that teaching should develop a cooperation of specialization, and also highlighted in the new education social contract, teachers in the central position. This paper is mainly based on the report about the interpretation of the content of teachers’ transformative work, explore the future to the value of cooperative teacher education, and from the teacher education system, teacher education environment, teacher education support system to explore cooperative teacher education practice path, looking for the new education social contract of teacher education change in our country.展开更多
