高校作为知识传承与创新的摇篮,培养高素质人才,推动科研进步,服务社会发展,引领文化传承。而高校行政岗则是确保这一切顺利进行的坚实后盾,其负责行政管理、教学支持、科研正常管理、学生服务等,为学校的正常运行与可持续发展提供保证...高校作为知识传承与创新的摇篮,培养高素质人才,推动科研进步,服务社会发展,引领文化传承。而高校行政岗则是确保这一切顺利进行的坚实后盾,其负责行政管理、教学支持、科研正常管理、学生服务等,为学校的正常运行与可持续发展提供保证。然而就目前实践而言,我国高校行政管理人才队伍大多还面临着诸多问题,如管理机制落后;人员专业性不强;行政人员职业发展渠道较为狭窄等。本文对高校行政管理人才队伍现状进行深入分析,总结了问题形成的原因,并在此基础上提出了以下建议:健全管理机制,提升管理效能;拓宽教育培训渠道,提升履职效能与能力;畅通发展通道,激发工作潜能与活力。As the cradle of knowledge inheritance and innovation, colleges and universities cultivate high-quality talents, promote the progress of scientific research, serve the development of society and lead the cultural heritage. The administrative post of colleges and universities is solid backing to ensure the smooth implementation of all this, which is responsible for administrative management, teaching support, normal management of scientific research, student services, etc., to provide a guarantee for the normal operation and sustainable development of the school. However, as far as the current practice is concerned, most of the administrative personnel in our universities are still facing a lot of problems, such as backward management mechanism;personnel specialization is not strong;administrative personnel career development channels are relatively narrow and so on. This paper analyzes the current situation of administrative personnel in colleges and universities, summarizes the reasons for the formation of the problem, and on this basis puts forward the following suggestions: improve the management mechanism, enhance management effectiveness;broaden the education and training channels, enhance the performance of duty effectiveness and ability;smooth development channels, stimulate the potential and vitality of the work.展开更多
