The control strategy and system characteristics are analyzed. While the single pulse width modulation is used, the 12 stairs waveform inverter can achieve the output voltage regulated in a wide range of input voltage as well as the perfect output waveform. A 1 500 V input 80 kVA inverter has been deve loped. Experiments of the 80kVA inverter resulted in that the scheme is a perfect method for the development of high power converters with high efficiency.展开更多
This paper reports on the design,fabrication,and performance of an integrated electro-absorptive modulated laser based on butt-joint configuration for 10Gbit/s application.This paper mainly aims at two aspects.One is ...This paper reports on the design,fabrication,and performance of an integrated electro-absorptive modulated laser based on butt-joint configuration for 10Gbit/s application.This paper mainly aims at two aspects.One is to improve the optical coupling between the laser and modulator;another is to increase the bandwidth of such devices by reducing the capacitance parameter of the modulator.The integrated devices exhibit high static and dynamic characteristics. Typical threshold current is 15mA,with some value as low as 8mA.Output power at 100mA is more than 10mW.The extinction characteristics,modulation bandwidth,and electrical return loss are measured.3dB bandwidth more than 10GHz is monitored.展开更多

Then, the conception rate, dystocia rate and reproductive survival r...In the improvement process of local yellow cattle with frozen semen of beef cattle, the cows were grouped according to different cross combinations. Then, the conception rate, dystocia rate and reproductive survival rate of the cows in each group, as well as the body size and body weight of new-born calves, were ana- lyzed. The results showed that no significant differences were found in conception rate among different groups （P〉0.05）; there was no significant difference in dystocia rate between the A and C groups （P〉0.05）, but the dystocia rate in the B group was significantly different from those in the A and C groups （P〈0.05）. There were positive correlations between calf forehead width, chest circumference and the dys- tocia rate.展开更多
