Omni-channel marketing strategy has become the key to enhance competitiveness. This paper analyzes the definition and characteristics of omnichannel marketing, compares its differences with the traditional marketing model, and discusses the characteristics of the integration of online and offline clothing wholesale malls. This paper puts forward the strategies of building integrated platform, precise customer management, diversified channel expansion, optimizing supply chain management, etc., and discusses the practical benefits of these strategies in improving customer experience, data-driven decision making, and improving operational efficiency.
