The sources and enrichment of organic matter in a sediment core in the first member of the Xiagou Formation(K_1g^1) from the Chang 2-2 borehole of the Jiuquan Basin,NW China,have been examined using Rock-Eval,maceral,carbon isotopes and biomarker data.This data indicates that highly variable organic matter sources and preservation conditions in response to climate change.TOC content,HI,and δ^(13)C value were strongly correlated with the abundance of gammacerane,woody organic matter content,steranes/hopanes ratio,and C_(29) sterane content.This correlation demonstrates the importance that the control of the salinity of the depositional environment and organic matter sources can have upon the enrichment,type,and carbon isotopic composition of organic matter.In the Jiuquan Basin's relatively high temperature and arid climate,high salinity lakes with high primary productivity of algae,planktons,and bacteria,and good organic matter preservation conditions(anoxic bottom water) resulted in the enrichment of isotopically-light algae-bacterial organic matter.In the Jiuquan Basin's regions with a relatively low temperature and wet climate,fresh lakes with low primary productivity of algae,planktons,and bacteria received significant terrigenous high plants input,resulting in the deposition of a low abundance of isotopically heavier terrestrial organic matter. 展开更多

AIMTo assess whether surrogate biomarkers of endotoxemia were correlated with the histological features of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).METHODSOne hundred twenty-six NAFLD patients who had undergone percutaneous liver biopsy were enrolled. Serum lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-binding protein (LBP) and anti-endotoxin core immunoglobulin G (EndoCab IgG) antibody concentrations at the time of liver biopsy were measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays to examine for relationships between biomarker levels and histological scores.RESULTSSerum LBP concentration was significantly increased in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) patients as compared with nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) subjects and was correlated with steatosis (r = 0.38, P &#x0003c; 0.0001) and ballooning scores (r = 0.23, P = 0.01), but not with the severity of lobular inflammation or fibrosis. Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that LBP was associated with steatosis score and circulating C-reactive protein, aspartate aminotransferase, and fibrinogen levels. Serum EndoCab IgG concentration was comparable between NASH and NAFL patients. No meaningful correlations were detected between EndoCab IgG and histological findings.CONCLUSIONLBP/EndoCab IgG were not correlated with lobular inflammation or fibrosis. More accurate LPS biomarkers are required to stringently assess the contribution of endotoxemia to conventional NASH. 展开更多

兴(興)的本义是众人会饮同欢,酒热烈激昂的兴致成为兴味盎然的诗的感情的形象比喻。在中国文化中,诗之兴与酒之兴一开始就产生了相互依存的关系,并在礼乐生活中进一步融合。以兴感为代表的中国文学,与源于古希腊的酒神精神有着某种相似... 兴(興)的本义是众人会饮同欢,酒热烈激昂的兴致成为兴味盎然的诗的感情的形象比喻。在中国文化中,诗之兴与酒之兴一开始就产生了相互依存的关系,并在礼乐生活中进一步融合。以兴感为代表的中国文学,与源于古希腊的酒神精神有着某种相似性、联系性。西方文学中理性的日神精神与非理性的酒神精神的矛盾冲突构成了文学精神演变的主旋律,中国古典文化中也存在着感性狂欢与理性抑制的冲突,既表现为礼乐文化对酒的限制规范,也表现为对酒的理解宽容。酒爵、酒礼寄托着酒神精神狂欢与抑制的象征意味。庄子开辟了哲学语言的兴语式表达,“卮言”是酒后话,也是兴语,酒神精神对中国古代诗人性格产生了重要影响。 展开更多

The analysis will be supported under three main theories: theory of industry, theory of resources and capabilities, and ultimately theory of institutions. The paper concludes with a compilation and analysis of information giving rise to answer the question why 6rupo Modelo sold? And if have you had a positive result in the acquisition of Grupo Modelo by the company ABI? The answer is yes. The sale price of the shares by Grupo Modelo was very high and it received an award of 30% over the closing price of the shares of the C series in 2012. Asymmetric synthesis of (-)-1-trimethylsilyl-ethanol with immobilized Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells in water/organic solvent biphasic system was studied. The effects of shake speed, hydrophobicity of organic solvent, volume ratio of water phase to organic phase, pH value of aqueous phase and reaction temperature on the initial reaction rate, maximum yield and enantiomeric excess (ee) of the product were systematically explored. All the above-mentioned factors had significant influence on the reaction. n-Hexane was found to be the best organic solvent for the reaction. The optimum shake speed, volume ratio of water phase to organic phase, pH value and reaction temperature were 150 r.min-1, 1/2, 8 and 30 ℃ respectively, under which the maximum yield and enantiomeric excess of the product were as high as 96.8% and 95.7%, which are 15% and 16% higher than those of the corresponding reaction performed in aqueous phase. To our best knowledge, this is the most satisfactory result obtained. 展开更多

The ZIF-8 shell endowed the inner yeast cells with a considerably extended lifetime without any nutrients at 4°C. Compared with the bare yeast cells, most coated yeast cells were kept alive even when cultured in zymolyase solution for 3h. Furthermore, the encapsulated yeast cells could be reactivated and regrown by dissolving the ZIF-8 shell with competitive coordination interactions. 展开更多
