The teaching reform ideas and practices are elaborated: the teaching objectives are oriented towards meeting the needs of the industry, enterprises, schools, and students, and project-based teaching method is used to cultivate students’ professional ability to use high-tech to solve real problems in tourism service enterprises. Teaching resources such as practice bases are used to exercise students’ critical thinking spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Through process assessment and multiple evaluation mechanisms such as team collaboration and project reporting, students’ communication and collaboration abilities are strengthened.
