社会法视角的退休年龄延长及其功用

我国现行退休年龄是在建国初期规定的。经过半个多世纪经济社会的快速发展,社会形势发生巨大变化,人均寿命大幅度提高,延长并实行男女相同的退休年龄,是当今世界各国面临的一个不可回避的话题。尽管法定退休年龄延长是在改革进程中遇到的一个富有挑战性的理论和政策问题,但从社会法角度来看,具有极其重要的法律意义,它充分体现了平等的法制理念,有利于实现男女平等就业权,实现劳动者个体的社会保障权,完善退休返聘制度。既可解决我国当前社会保险立法的难题,又可有效解决劳动争议实践中的难题。

Mathematical Modeling in Social Network Analysis： Using TOPSIS to Find Node Influences in a Social Network

In a social network analysis the output provided includes many measures and metrics. For each of these measures and metric, the output provides the ability to obtain a rank ordering of the nodes in terms of these measures. We might use this information in decision making concerning disrupting or deceiving a given network. All is fine when all the measures indicate the same node as the key or influential node. What happens when the measures indicate different key nodes？ Our goal in this paper is to explore two methodologies to identify the key players or nodes in a given network. We apply TOPSIS to analyze these outputs to find the most influential nodes as a function of the decision makers＇ inputs as a process to consider both subjective and objectives inputs through pairwise comparison matrices. We illustrate our results using two common networks from the literature： the Kite network and the Information flow network from Knoke and Wood. We discuss some basic sensitivity analysis can may be applied to the methods. We find the use of TOPSIS as a flexible method to weight the criterion based upon the decision makers＇ inputs or the topology of the network.

Comprehensive Evaluation on Urban Sustainable Development of Harbin City in Northeast China

It is an effective way in realizing urban coordinated and sustainable development to establish a series of in- dicators and to evaluate urban environmental and socioeconomic development. According to the characteristics of Harbin City in Northeast China, an indicator system including five subsystems and 37 indicators was established for comprehensive evaluation on urban sustainable development. The development indexes of all urban subsystems and complex system were calculated quantitatively using the comprehensively integrated methods composed of Principle Component Analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process and weighed index method, and then the comprehensive level of ur- ban sustainable development and the degree of urban interior coordination were analyzed. The results indicated that 1) the overall urban development presented an uptrend, however, the interior development was not well balanced from 1996 to 2006; 2) the development in each subsystem presented a strong fluctuation; and 3) the development in re- sources subsystem showed a downtrend. Based on those results, the suggestions of urban sustainable development were put forward at the end.

An efficient shortest path approach for social networks based on community structure

Finding the shortest path （SP） in a large-scale network analysis between any two nodes is a tough but very significant task. The SP can help us to analyze the information spreading performance and research the latent relationship in the weighted social network, and so on. As the size of the social network increases, the traditional SP algorithms have poor performance and there is not a suitable algorithm for weighted social network. Some features of the network analysis are beneficial to solve this problem, and community structure ignored by the traditional methods is one of the most important features. In this paper, we propose a shortest path algorithm based on community detection （SPCD） by integrating community detection algorithm with traditional search methods. SPCD constructs a community graph by using community structure to narrow the searching scope. The algorithm presented improves the time efficiency and maintains the accuracy scale of the SR Experimental results on five real-world networks demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods for the SP problem.

Dominant AHP as Measuring Method of Values in Service Society

Today, service science provides the authors with a new paradigm, as well as new values, which are able to be co-createa through the supportive efforts of people, facilitated by advanced technologies. Thus, the author, believing that analyzing and interpreting the characteristics and the properties of service science is significant, proves the effectiveness and validity of Dominant AHP as a measuring method of economic and service values in this paper.

Newspaper Reporting of Suicide Impact on Rate of Suicide in the Contemporary Society in Sri Lanka

Suicide has been largely investigated by many researchers in a variety of perspectives. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between the rate of suicide in contemporary society and how it can be affected by the way of suicide reporting at the same time. Qualitative method is used to analysis the data capturing from observation, interviews and textual analysis. Special attention has been paid to the news reporting in the suicide in Sri Lankan newspapers. Sinhala medium newspapers： Lankadeepa, Diwaina, Lakbima, Silumina, Dinamina, Rivira, were used as the major sample of this study. Time period is located from January 2000 to January 2010. In conclusion, Suicide has been reporting in Sri Lanka as a heroic and sensational action for the target of maximum selling and the financial benefit of media institutions. Use of Language in suicide reporting and the placement of the story in the newspaper have been two major factors that cause to glamorize the incident. Suicide reporting is highly sensational and rhetorically made by the ownership of the media and non-ethical consideration of the journalism in Sri Lanka. Victims and vulnerable are encouraged to get in to suicide and they are generally encouraged to their action for faith. Suicide should be reported in the newspaper as a problem of mental health and attention should be drawn to well inform the public on the issue. Human incidents should not be reported in media for cheap commercial purposes that indirectly chance to gain much financial profit through the highest selling and expansion. This study suggest to take necessary action to immediately make a frame of ethics of media reporting that avoids such unethical reporting in the practice of suicide reporting in Sri Lanka.

The Sociological Analysis on the Teacher＇ s Notion of Judging Students Based on Achievements

There is a popular notion of teachers that they judge a student according to their score. On this basis, teachers developed a systematical thinking method, perspective and way of act. Currently, teachers arrange seats and interact with students and do many other things according to their score sub-consciously. This phenomenon, however, has a long-standing basis on which the school evaluates teachers and teachers evaluate themselves.

Comprehensive evaluation methods for dam service status

More than 87000 dams have been built in China,and about one third of them are risky projects.A number of high and ultra-high dams are being constructed in China's western region.The current dam construction practice tends to focus on socio-economic benefits and neglect the environment and ecology.Furthermore,periodic examinations are intended to ensure the structural safety of dams.This paper proposes a general evaluation principle for dam service.This principle stipulates that dam projects should have maximum socio-economic benefits and minimum negative effects on the environment and ecology.To satisfy the general principle of mutual harmony,socio-economic benefits,dam safety,environment,and ecology are analyzed,and the evaluation methods for dam service status are discussed.Then,a fusion algorithm of interlayer assessment is proposed on the basis of evidence theory and the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model is established.Example analysis shows that the proposed theories and methods can fulfill scientific assessment of the service status of dams.
