With the blooming development of electronic technology,the use of electron conductive gel or ionic conductive gel in preparing flexible electronic devices is drawing more and more attention.Deep eutectic solvents are ...With the blooming development of electronic technology,the use of electron conductive gel or ionic conductive gel in preparing flexible electronic devices is drawing more and more attention.Deep eutectic solvents are excellent substitutes for ionic liquids because of their good biocompatibility,low cost,and easy preparation,except for good conductivity.In this work,we synthesized a reactive quaternary ammonium monomer(3-acrylamidopropyl)octadecyldimethyl ammonium bromide with a hydrophobic chain of 18 carbons via the quaternization of 1-bromooctadecane and N-dimethylaminopropyl acrylamide at first,then we mixed quaternary ammonium with choline chloride,acrylic acid and glycerol to obtain a hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent,and initialized polymerization in UV light of 365 nm to obtain the ionic conductive eutectogel based on polyacrylamide copolymer with long hydrophobic chain.The obtained eutectogel exibits good stretchability(1200%),Young's modulus(0.185 MPa),toughness(4.2 MJ/m^(3)),conductivity(0.315 S/m).The eutectogel also shows desireable moisture resistance with the maximum water absorption of 11.7 wt%after one week at 25℃and 60%humidity,while the water absorption of eutectogel without hydrophobic long chains is 24.0 wt%.The introduction of long-chain hydrophobic groups not only improves the mechanical strength of the gels,but also significantly improves moisture resistance of the eutectogel.This work provides a simpler and more effective method for the preparation of ionic conductive eutectogels,which can further provide a reference for the applications of ionic conductive eutectogels in the field of flexible electronic devices.展开更多
End-functionalization of polydiene rubbers can not only improve its compatibility with inorganic fillers,but also enhance the overall mechanical properties.Nevertheless,for traditional neodymium(Nd)diene polymerizatio...End-functionalization of polydiene rubbers can not only improve its compatibility with inorganic fillers,but also enhance the overall mechanical properties.Nevertheless,for traditional neodymium(Nd)diene polymerization systems,it is highly challenging to achieve such end-functionalizations,because most of polydienyl chains are capped withη3-allyl-Nd moiety during the end of polymerization,which shows very poor reactivity with nucleophile compounds.We launched a new diene polymerization strategy calling coordinative chain transfer polymerization(CCTP)[1].In such a system,all the polydienyl chains are capped withη1-allyl-Al moieties,which reveal greater reactivity with cyclic esters and epoxide compounds,providing an effective manner to prepare polydiene-polyester amphiphilic block copolymers.Inspired by such findings,we now show herein how such types of chain-ends react with isot-hiocyanate to demonstrate an efficient in-situ manner to access end-functionalized polydienes by using CCTP.展开更多

A hund...[Objective] This study aimed to explore an effective method for rapid salt- extraction of high-quality genomic DNA from dried seeds of plants. [Method] Seeds of seven varieties of crops were ground into powder. A hundred milligrams of seed powder was added to extracting solution for high salt-extraction of genomic DNA. The yield and quality of extracted DNA were determined by using ultramicro UV/Vis spectrophotometer detection method, PCR and restriction enzyme digestion. [Result] About 619.67-1 811.21 ng of genomic DNA was extracted from per 100 mg of dried seed powder of seven varieties of conventional crops. A260/A280 ratios of the obtained DNA solution all ranged from 1.87 to 2.07, the purity and quality of PCR were suitable for PCR and restriction enzyme digestion. Clear target bands of specific endogenous gene fragments of seven varieties of crops were amplified by PCR, and the obtained DNA could be fully digested with EcoRV and Hindlll.[Conclusion] This method could be used for rapid extraction of high-quality genomic DNA from dried seeds.展开更多

Methods L-Arginine (L-Arg), N^G-nitro-L-arginine met...Objective To investigate the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on the expression of apelin receptor mRNA, as well as their correlation, in the caudate nucleus of rat. Methods L-Arginine (L-Arg), N^G-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) and normal saline (NS) was separately microinjected into rat caudate nucleus. Expressions of neuronal NO synthase (nNOS) mRNA and apelin receptor mRNA were detected by RT-PCR at 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 h after microinjection, and their correlation was determined. Results The expressions of nNOS mRNA and apelin receptor mRNA were both significantly increased after microinjection of L-Arg, but significantly decreased after microinjection of L-NAME compared with the NS control group. The nNOS mRNA had a positive correlation with the expression of apelin receptor mRNA after microinjection of L-Arg and L-NAME. Conclusion The activity of NOS in the central nervous system, especially in the caudate nucleus, is one of the key factors for NO to exert many kinds of biological actions, such as modulation of central pain, as a neurotransmitter. The neurobiological action of NO in rat caudate nucleus may be associated with apelin receptors.展开更多
Objective To study the expression change of interleukin-8 (IL-8) gene in the basilar artery of rabbit and the effect of IL-8 on the development of cerebral vasospasm induced by experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage ...Objective To study the expression change of interleukin-8 (IL-8) gene in the basilar artery of rabbit and the effect of IL-8 on the development of cerebral vasospasm induced by experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods Thirty five healthy Japanese White Rabbits were randomly divided into saline-control group and experimental group. The experimental group was subdivided into four groups, representing day 1, 4, 7 and 14 after the first blood injection of SAH. The delayed cerebral vasospasm (DCVS) model was established by double injection of autologous blood into the cisterna magna. The expression change of cytokine IL-8 mRNA in the basilar artery was analyzed by RT- PCR. Results The expression of IL-8 gene increased on day 4-7 after the first blood injection of SAH compared with control (P 〈 0.001), and decreased to normal on day 14. The expression of IL-8 gene in the SAH groups were positively correlated with the degree of basilar artery stenosis (r = 0.642, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The expression level of IL-8 gene in basilar arteries was intimately associated with the degree of cerebral vasospasm, suggesting that IL-8 may play an important role in the DCVS after SAH as an immunological inflammatory factor.展开更多

The parameters, such as ...The variation of microbial community structure was investigated for the tank bioleaching process of Pb-Zn-Sn chalcopyrite concentrate in the presence of mixed moderately thermophilic bacteria. The parameters, such as pH value, solution potential and concentrations of metal ions, were determined by the method of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to analyze the succession of microbial community. The results showed that a final copper extraction rate of 85.6% could be obtained after tank bioleaching for 30 d. The Acidithiobacillus caldus was the dominant population with abundance of about 73.80%in the initial stage, then Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans dominated from the 18th day to the end of bioleaching, while the abundance of Leptospirillum ferriphilum changed slightly. A higher solution potential within a certain range and appropriate concentration of ferric ions were essential for this tank bioleaching of chalcopyrite.展开更多

STF samples were prepared with silica and additive dispersed in polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400, where three types of additives with different molecular chain lengths of PEG4000, PEG6000, and PEG10000 were used. For PEG10000, different concentrations, including 0, 1%, 3%, and 5%, were selected to study the influences of additive concentrations. Rheological properties of the samples were measured with a rheometer. The results show that the shear thickening effect was significantly enhanced with the increase of the concentration and the molecular chain length of additives. The mechanism of enhancement was quantitatively explained with the formation of large particles clusters.展开更多
This paper focuses on some key problems in web community discovery and link analysis.Based on the topic-oriented technology,the characteristics of a bipartite graph are studied.An Х bipartite core set is introduced t...This paper focuses on some key problems in web community discovery and link analysis.Based on the topic-oriented technology,the characteristics of a bipartite graph are studied.An Х bipartite core set is introduced to more clearly define extracting ways.By scanning the topic subgraph to construct Х bipartite graph and then prune the graph with i and j ,an Х bipartite core set,which is also the minimum element of a community,can be found.Finally,a hierarchical clustering algorithm is applied to many Х bipartite core sets and the dendrogram of the community inner construction is obtained.The correctness of the constructing and pruning method is proved and the algorithm is designed.The typical datasets in the experiment are prepared according to the way in HITS(hyperlink-induced topic search).Ten topics and four search engines are chosen and the returned results are integrated.The modularity,which is a measure of the strength of the community structure in the social network,is used to validate the efficiency of the proposed method.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and efficient.展开更多

Methods Diabetic model rats were induced by single intraperitoneal injection of ...Objective To screen and identify differentially expressed genes in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) in early experimental diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic model rats were induced by single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). At the second week after STZ injection, the sensory nerve conduction velocities (SNCV) of sciatic nerve were measured as an indicator of neuropathy. The technique of silver-staining mRNA differential display polymerase chain reaction (DD-PCR) was used to detect the levels of differentially expressed genes in rat DRG. The cDNA fragments that displayed differentially were identified by reverse-hybridization, cloned and sequenced subsequently, and then confirmed by Northern blot. Results The SNCV in the diabetic model group [n = 9, (45.25±10.38) m/s] reduced obviously compared with the control group [n = 8, (60.10± 11.92) m/s] (P 〈 0.05). Seven distinct cDNA clones, one was up-regulated gene and the others were downregulated ones, were isolated by silver-staining mRNA differential display method and confirmed by Northern blot. According to the results of sequence alignment with GenBank data, majority of the clones had no significant sequence similarity to previously reported genes except only one that showed high homology to 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin synthase mRNA (accession No., BC059140), which had not been reported to relate to diabetic neuropathy. Conclusion These differentially expressed genes in the diabetic DRG may contribute to the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.展开更多

C.trachomatis culture and PCR were performed onspecimens from all patients while LCR detection wasperformed only on specimens with discordant cultureand PCR results.Results: Of the 616 patients, 6.3% (39) wereculture-positive while 23.5% to 28.7% were positiveby PCR testing. Compared to cell culture, the sensi-tivity of all six PCR methods was 90% or higher. In200 cases with discrepant reports, LCR and PCRshowed excellent consistency (YI index: 0.523-0.881 ), the sensitivity and specificity of PCR methodswere 83.9%- 98.6% and 66.7%- 94.7% respectively,while PCR2 showed the highest YI index (0.881). Withthe reference standard defined as culture positive orLCR positive plus at least one PCR positive fordiscrepant results, we found that the specificity andsensitivity of all six Chinese PCR kits were higherthan 95% and 85%, respectively.Conclusions: Domestically-produced PCR kits forChlamydia trachomatis detection are highly sensi-tive and specific, however, quality control remainsimportant in their clinical application.展开更多

Methods: p21WAF1 /CIP1gene DNA of 36 osteosarcoma spec- imens was examined by using polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR- SSCP) method. The PCR products were sequenced directly. Results: In p21WAF1 /CIP1 gene exon3 of 36 cases of human osteosarcoma, the change of C→T in the p21WAF1 /CIP1gene CDNA sequence of position 609th occurred in 17 cases with the incidence being 44.4%. In 10 normal blood samples, DNA sequence analysis showed the change of C→T in the p21WAF1 /CIP1gene CDNA sequence of position 609th occurred in 8 cases with the incidence being 80%. The results show that the shear thickening effect was significantly enhanced with the increase of the concentration and the molecular chain length of additives. The mechanism of enhancement was quantitatively explained with the formation of large particles clusters.

文摘This paper focuses on some key problems in web community discovery and link analysis.Based on the topic-oriented technology,the characteristics of a bipartite graph are studied.An Х bipartite core set is introduced to more clearly define extracting ways.By scanning the topic subgraph to construct Х bipartite graph and then prune the graph with i and j ,an Х bipartite core set,which is also the minimum element of a community,can be found.Finally,a hierarchical clustering algorithm is applied to many Х bipartite core sets and the dendrogram of the community inner construction is obtained.The correctness of the constructing and pruning method is proved and the algorithm is designed.The typical datasets in the experiment are prepared according to the way in HITS(hyperlink-induced topic search).Ten topics and four search engines are chosen and the returned results are integrated.The modularity,which is a measure of the strength of the community structure in the social network,is used to validate the efficiency of the proposed method.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and efficient.

文摘[Objective] The paper was too explore and compare methods of DNA extraction from raw soybean milk.[Method] Taken the soybean milk purchased from market as the material,pyrolysis method,isopropanol precipitation method,CTAB method,SDS method,high-salt low-pH and guanidine isothiocyanate method,as well as their improved methods were used to extract genomic DNA,and the extraction effects of these methods were compared by detecting the DNA using optical density,agarosegel electrophoresis and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)methods.[Result] The genomic DNA extracted by all methods except isopropanol precipitation method could be used in PCR reaction.Meanwhile,the high DNA concentration and purity will be gained by different methods in the order of high-salt low-pH method,high-salt low-pH method,improved CTAB method,improved isopropanol precipitation method,guanidine isothiocyanate method and improved pyrolysis method.[Conclusion] These methods are simply to operate,fast to gain results,and suitable for the extraction of total DNA from raw soybean milk.

文摘Objective To screen and identify differentially expressed genes in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) in early experimental diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic model rats were induced by single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). At the second week after STZ injection, the sensory nerve conduction velocities (SNCV) of sciatic nerve were measured as an indicator of neuropathy. The technique of silver-staining mRNA differential display polymerase chain reaction (DD-PCR) was used to detect the levels of differentially expressed genes in rat DRG. The cDNA fragments that displayed differentially were identified by reverse-hybridization, cloned and sequenced subsequently, and then confirmed by Northern blot. Results The SNCV in the diabetic model group [n = 9, (45.25±10.38) m/s] reduced obviously compared with the control group [n = 8, (60.10± 11.92) m/s] (P 〈 0.05). Seven distinct cDNA clones, one was up-regulated gene and the others were downregulated ones, were isolated by silver-staining mRNA differential display method and confirmed by Northern blot. According to the results of sequence alignment with GenBank data, majority of the clones had no significant sequence similarity to previously reported genes except only one that showed high homology to 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin synthase mRNA (accession No., BC059140), which had not been reported to relate to diabetic neuropathy. Conclusion These differentially expressed genes in the diabetic DRG may contribute to the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
文摘Objective: To determine the diagnostic performancesof six Chinese PCR kits for detection of Chlamydiatrachomatis in patients with sexually transmitteddiseases using cell culture and LCR as references.Methods: Endocervical or urethral swab specimenswere collected from 673 patients attending STDclinics in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Tianjin. C.trachomatis culture and PCR were performed onspecimens from all patients while LCR detection wasperformed only on specimens with discordant cultureand PCR results.Results: Of the 616 patients, 6.3% (39) wereculture-positive while 23.5% to 28.7% were positiveby PCR testing. Compared to cell culture, the sensi-tivity of all six PCR methods was 90% or higher. In200 cases with discrepant reports, LCR and PCRshowed excellent consistency (YI index: 0.523-0.881 ), the sensitivity and specificity of PCR methodswere 83.9%- 98.6% and 66.7%- 94.7% respectively,while PCR2 showed the highest YI index (0.881). Withthe reference standard defined as culture positive orLCR positive plus at least one PCR positive fordiscrepant results, we found that the specificity andsensitivity of all six Chinese PCR kits were higherthan 95% and 85%, respectively.Conclusions: Domestically-produced PCR kits forChlamydia trachomatis detection are highly sensi-tive and specific, however, quality control remainsimportant in their clinical application.
文摘AIM To explore a rapid and easy sequencing method for hepatitis C virus (HCV) genome, and establish a new sequencing method in China. METHODS Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was combined with DNA sequencing technique. PCR products were purified by agarose gel electrophoresis, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), Polyethylene glycol (PEG) respectively. Then in the presence of a 5′ labeling PCR primer, purified PCR products were directly sequenced. By this method, HCV NS5b cDNA from two HCV infected individuals (HC 42 and HC 49) were sequenced.
文摘Objective: To investigate the p21WAF1 /CIP1gene DNA sequence change and their relationship with the phenotype of human osteosarcoma. Methods: p21WAF1 /CIP1gene DNA of 36 osteosarcoma spec- imens was examined by using polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR- SSCP) method. The PCR products were sequenced directly. Results: In p21WAF1 /CIP1 gene exon3 of 36 cases of human osteosarcoma, the change of C→T in the p21WAF1 /CIP1gene CDNA sequence of position 609th occurred in 17 cases with the incidence being 44.4%. In 10 normal blood samples, DNA sequence analysis showed the change of C→T in the p21WAF1 /CIP1gene CDNA sequence of position 609th occurred in 8 cases with the incidence being 80%. Conclusion: The novel location of p21WAF1 /CIP1gene polymorphism of osteosarcoma, but not mutation was de?ned, and this location might provide the meaningful reference for the further research of p21WAF1/CIP1 gene.p2lWAF1/CIP1基因DNA序列分析及其与骨肉瘤表型的关系
