This paper analyzes and introduces the current situation of the grassroots language training mode, summarizes the shortcomings in the training process, and puts forward measures such as strengthening propaganda and training and ideological education, reasonably balancing learning and working time, appropriately reducing the training time, ensuring the continuity of teaching, improving the three-level management system, and optimizing the training assessment and evaluation system, so as to continuously improve the grassroots language training mode, cultivate excellent applied language talents, and play an important role in strengthening the friendly exchanges and exchanges between various ethnic groups in Xinjiang.展开更多
