航空气象数据转发(Aircraft Meteorological Data Relay,AMDAR)资料具有采样频度高、探测层次密集等特点,能够有效补充高空资料时空分辨率的不足。利用2020年3月1日至5月31日(春季)国家气象信息中心提供的中国区域AMDAR资料和美国国家...航空气象数据转发(Aircraft Meteorological Data Relay,AMDAR)资料具有采样频度高、探测层次密集等特点,能够有效补充高空资料时空分辨率的不足。利用2020年3月1日至5月31日(春季)国家气象信息中心提供的中国区域AMDAR资料和美国国家环境预报中心(National Centers for Environmental Prediction,NCEP)提供的全球预报模式(Global Forecast System,GFS)资料,对不同高度的AMDAR观测资料进行质量分析和控制,通过两周循环同化对比试验检验同化质量控制后的AMDAR资料对分析场和预报场的影响。结果表明:AMDAR资料风速与GFS资料的均方根误差(Root Mean Square Error,RMSE)呈明显的随高度增加而增大趋势,风速、温度的偏差(Bias)也存在随高度增加而增大趋势。对不同高度的AMDAR资料进行质量控制后,AMDAR与GFS资料的RMSE和Bias都有所改进,且AMDAR资料和GFS资料的差值(Observation Minus Background,OMB)更加符合高斯分布。同化质量控制后的AMDAR资料对风、温度和位势高度分析场有一定的改进作用,并且改进可以影响到12 h甚至24 h预报场。同化质量控制后的AMDAR资料能一定程度上提高降水预报技巧,其中中等量级降水预报改进效果明显。展开更多
日本国文学研究资料馆十分重视传统文化和珍贵典籍的数字化,其古籍数字化实践历经“馆藏和古书目录数据库”、“日本古籍综合目录数据库”、“新日本古籍综合数据库”等几个发展阶段后形成了“日本国书数据库”,在日本古籍数字化实践中...日本国文学研究资料馆十分重视传统文化和珍贵典籍的数字化,其古籍数字化实践历经“馆藏和古书目录数据库”、“日本古籍综合目录数据库”、“新日本古籍综合数据库”等几个发展阶段后形成了“日本国书数据库”,在日本古籍数字化实践中发挥了重要作用,值得我国借鉴。我国古籍数字化实践应制定适合我国古籍特点的著录规则并加强信息技术使用,开发面向用户的数字化平台应用,加强古籍数字化资源之间的互联互通,尽可能设置古籍资源数据库与其他相关数据库之间的接口,探索建立互联互通机制,实现古籍资源整合共享,扩大相关研究者数据可选择范围,使研究者能够更便捷地访问和利用丰富的古籍资源。The Institute for the Study of Japanese National Literature attaches great importance to the digitization of traditional culture and precious classics. Its practice of digitizing ancient books has gone through several stages of development, including the databases of collections and catalogues of ancient books, the comprehensive database of Japanese ancient books, and the new comprehensive database of Japanese ancient books, which eventually formed the Japanese National Book Database. This database has played an important role in the practice of digitization of Japanese ancient books, which is worth learning from. The practice of digitization of ancient books in China should formulate suitable cataloguing rules for the characteristics of Chinese ancient books and strengthen the use of information technology. At the same time, it is necessary to develop user-oriented digital platform applications and strengthen the interconnection of digital resources of ancient books. As far as possible, set up interfaces between the database of ancient book resources and other relevant databases, explore the establishment of an interconnection mechanism, and realize the integrated sharing of ancient book resources. This will expand the range of data choices for researchers and enable them to access and utilize rich resources of ancient books more conveniently.展开更多
