Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to develop an approach to compare occupational health and safety(OHS)performances of countries.Additionally,another aim is to debate the impacts of using recorded data and ratios f...Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to develop an approach to compare occupational health and safety(OHS)performances of countries.Additionally,another aim is to debate the impacts of using recorded data and ratios for OHS performance evaluations.Design/methodology/approach-The number of fatal accidents(NFAs),fatal accident rates(FARs),numbers of lost days(NLDs)and accident severity rates(ASRs)are determined as main criteria and six economic activity areas(EAAs)are considered as sub-criteria.Two different initial decision matrices are used as the initial decision matrix,the first of which consists of recorded data of countries related to NFAs and NLDs,and the second consists of FAR and ASR values as ratios.Importance weights of main and sub-criteria regarding the recorded data and ratios are determined using four different weighting ways.Countries are ranked via utilizing Multi-Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis considering two different initial decision matrices.Findings-It can be stated that an evaluation based on ratios for comparison of OHS performance provides more realistic results.Additionally,increasing the effect of the FAR values using the 6,000 equivalent lost days factor is also important in terms of differentiating the data of the countries in question.Originality/value-To the best of the authors’knowledge,there is no study in literature that discusses the ranking of countries by means of recorded data and ratios considering different criteria.Additionally,this study is a first in terms of the number of countries evaluated and the comparison of these countries according to their respective EAAs.展开更多
The finance supply chain has always been a different supply chain compared to product supply chain being a service supply chain.Open Banking(OB)is one of the most important milestones since the beginning of financial ...The finance supply chain has always been a different supply chain compared to product supply chain being a service supply chain.Open Banking(OB)is one of the most important milestones since the beginning of financial technology innovation and service supply chain.As these are activities provided by traditional banks,non-bank financial institutions also provide financial service with access to consumer banking,transactional and other financial data to develop financial applications and services tailored to their customers.The development of financial technology,“Open banking”,promotes financial services to begin this transformation.However,evaluating and selecting open banking business partners from multiple perspectives for banks are underexplored.Thus,the authors in this research proposed a hybrid multicriteria decision-making model which includes a Spherical Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(SF-AHP)model and a Multi-Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis(MAIRCA)model with supports from seasoned domain experts.The contribution of this research is a proposition of a fuzzy decision model for evaluating and selecting open banking business partners.The model successfully determined a suitable open bank provider in order to assist decision makers decide objectively.展开更多
To assess the operational safety risk of long-term evolution for the metro(LTE-M)communication system more accurately,the guide maintenance strategy,the improved evidence theory and the multi-attribute ideal reality c...To assess the operational safety risk of long-term evolution for the metro(LTE-M)communication system more accurately,the guide maintenance strategy,the improved evidence theory and the multi-attribute ideal reality comparative analysis(MAIRCA)approaches are proposed.According to the features of LTE-M system,the risk evaluation system is established.The enhanced structural entropy weight method is used to obtain the weight.Furthermore,it is combined with nine-element fuzzy mathematics to transform the degree of membership,modifying the conflict and fusion rules to solve the confidence degree clashed problem of evidence theory.Then,the system risk grade assessment result is obtained.For the purpose of forming the ranking of indicator importance,the MAIRCA is introduced and the ranking is three-dimensional.The operational state of the metro line is used as the data source in various ways the obtained risk grade increased by 7.12%.It is verified that MAIRCA can be applied to the field of urban rail transit because it has based on the test and calculation.The results show that the method is effective;compared with others,the confidence degree of excellent stability and the ranking result of risk factors is reasonable.The influencing indicator with the highest importance is the'equipment failure rate".展开更多
