As an important place for cultural inheritance and innovation, colleges and universities have rich artistic resources and talent advantages. With the artistic practice of colleges and universities as the carrier, the multi-ethnic cultural connotation and value are deeply dug, and the cultural integration between the multi-ethnic groups is promoted, which not only improves the identity and belonging of the relocated people to the new environment, but also provides a strong cultural support for consolidating the effect of poverty alleviation relocation work.
