Coronary microcirculation disorder is a kind of functional or structural abnormality involving small coronary vessels, which leads to insufficient myocardial blood flow supply, leading to myocardial ischemia, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the treatment of this disorder. This article reviews a variety of treatment strategies and mechanisms, including antiplatelet drugs, vasodilators or antispasmodics, statins, traditional Chinese medicine, antioxidants, estrogen drugs, percutaneous electrical stimulation therapy and aortic balloon counterpulsation. Through a variety of mechanisms, they synergize on the pathological process of coronary microcirculation disorders, provide more comprehensive treatment options for patients, deepen the understanding of coronary microcirculation disorders, and provide reference direction for future clinical application and research.
