Methacrylic acid(MAA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) were used as functional monomer and cross-linker, respectively. The obtained MIP monoliths were characterized by high performance liquid chromatography and scanning electron microscope. The SEM analysis result clearly shows that many macropores and flow-through pores were embedded in the network skeleton of the TMP-imprinted monolith, which allowed the mobile phase to flow through the monolithic MIPs with a very low flow resistance. When the flow rate was high to 9.0 mL/min, the backpressure was only 11.1 MPa. Moreover, the imprinting factor was up to 10.3, which demonstrates that the obtained monolithic MIP showed a strong affinity and selectivity to the template molecule.展开更多

After investigating the linear range, detection limit and reproducibility, this method was used to measure the concentrations of DA and monoamine metabolites in striatal microdialysate with 5 min temporal resolution. The detection limit is less than 5 nmol/L. According to the statistical analysis, the result is stable and accurate. It is very helpful to the physiological, pathological and pharmacological research.展开更多

Benzene, phthlene, phenanthrene, aniline and pyridine were selected as test solutes to evaluate the column with a mobile phase of 65% ACN aqueous solution. The performance and the stability were showed well after 1 000 column volume of 65% ACN aqueous solution(containing 0 1% TFA) .The strong polar alkine molecular can be separated well.展开更多
