The binding constant betw...AIM To study the interaction between ciprofloxacin and BSA in physiological condition by fluorescence spectroscopy. METHODS The affection of drug to the protein conformation was investigated. The binding constant between drug and BSA from a double reciprocal Lineweaver Burk plot was determined and the main sort of binding force was found according to the thermodynamic parameters. RESULTS The binding constants between BSA and ciprofloxacin at 26℃and 45℃ are about 10 4. At 26℃, the thermodynamic parameters of reaction between BSA and ciprofloxacin are Δ H = -49 13 kJ·mol -1 , Δ G = -26 45 kJ·mol -1 , Δ S = -75 kJ·mol -1 . The maximum wavelength of the synchronous fluorescence spectra of BSA moved from 279 nm to 289nm with the incresing of the amount of ciprofloxacin. CONCLUSION There exists fluorescence energy transfer between BSA and ciprofloxacin. The main sort of binding force between BSA and ciprofloxacin is Van der Waals′ interaction. Ciprofloxacin can be deposited and be transported by serum protein in vivo . Ciprofloxacin affects the protein conformation.展开更多
随着双酚F作为重要化工中间体的广泛使用,其环境效应也开始备受关注。为研究双酚F的三种异构体在复杂环境基质中的环境行为、代谢途径及环境影响,本文以磷酸为催化剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,苯酚和甲醛一步反应合成了^(14)C标记的双酚F的三种...随着双酚F作为重要化工中间体的广泛使用,其环境效应也开始备受关注。为研究双酚F的三种异构体在复杂环境基质中的环境行为、代谢途径及环境影响,本文以磷酸为催化剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,苯酚和甲醛一步反应合成了^(14)C标记的双酚F的三种异构体。经过纯化分离后4,4’-BPF,2,4’-BPF和2,2’-BPF的产率分别为23.2%,10.7%和2.6%。产物经质谱和核磁鉴定为目标物质;经HPLC-LSC鉴定,其放射性纯度分别为99.8%,98.9%,99.3%;其化学纯度均大于99%,三种异构体比活度均为78.2 m Ci/mmol。此外还有22.4%放射性原料苯酚得到回收,其放射性纯度为99.3%,为后续的环境示踪研究提供物质基础。展开更多
