Methods: 338 left-behind teenagers were investigated by using the Youth Gratitude Scale, The Depression Self-evaluation Scale and The Sense of School belonging Scale. Results: 1) gratitude and school belonging are significantly negatively correlated with depression, left-behind youth gratitude is significantly positively correlated with school belonging;2) left-behind youth gratitude can negatively predict depression, left-behind youth gratitude can positively predict school belonging;3) school belonging plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of gratitude and depression of left-behind adolescents. Conclusion: Gratitude of left-behind teenagers can not only directly predict depression, but also indirectly affect depression through the sense of belonging to school.展开更多

Job burnout can affect the mental health and work performance of school counselors, and also bring a series of negative consequences to visitors and organizations. School counselors widely face the issue of job burnout, which is influenced by various individual factors such as self-efficacy, emotional labor, and personality traits, as well as organizational factors like work environment and workload. To effectively manage and alleviate job burnout, targeted intervention measures need to be implemented at both individual and organizational levels. Future research should delve into the interaction of influencing factors and verify the sustainability of intervention measures to provide more effective prevention and intervention strategies.展开更多
