Sep...A simple method for the determination of chlorine, phosphorus and sulfur in Fuzi by ion chromatography has been proposed. The sample was ashed at 600℃ in the presence of Na 2CO 3 and extracted with boiling water. Separation of chlorine, phosphorus and sulfur in the form of Cl -, HPO 4 2- and SO 4 2- was carried out on an anion exchange resin column with a solution of 1 0×10 -3 mo1/L Na 2CO 3 4 0×10 -3 mo1/L NaHCO 3 as mobile phase. The linear ranges for the determination of Cl -,HPO 4 2- and SO 4 2- are (0 2~15 0)×10 -6 g/mL, (0 9~25 0)×10 -6 g/mL and (3 0~25 0)×10 -6 g/mL with correlation coefficients of 0 9998, 0 9981 and 0 9979, respectively; The RSDs are 4 2%, 3 9% and 3 2% respectively; The ranges of recovery are 95 0%~105%, 92 0%~107% and 91 0%~100%, respectively.展开更多

In the presence of CTMAB,a stable red complex between Cu(Ⅱ) and PAN is formed in the buffer solution of pH1.3~4.5.The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.09×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 558nm.The RSD is 0.8%(n=4).Beer’s law is obeyed for 0~80μg/25ml of Cu(Ⅱ).The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9998.展开更多
