DNA fingerprints were divided into 112 haplotypes and 14 lineages at 73% genetic similarity level. Among the lineages, no dominant lineages were found. The population genetic structures of Magnaporthe oryzae were not distinctly different in different years. The analysis also showed that there wasn't obvious simple relationship between patho- types and fingerprint groups.展开更多
