目的系统评价孕产妇经历胎儿异常事件的真实体验。方法计算机检索中英文数据库PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于经历胎儿异常孕产妇情感体验的质性...目的系统评价孕产妇经历胎儿异常事件的真实体验。方法计算机检索中英文数据库PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于经历胎儿异常孕产妇情感体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年10月。使用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法进行内容整合。结果共纳入15篇文献,提炼出45个主题,归纳为9个类别,形成3个整合结果:胎儿异常导致孕产妇出现多种负性心理体验;孕产妇社会支持不足,渴求并感恩外部的多元化支持和帮助;心态转变积极,获得个人成长。结论经历胎儿异常的孕产妇普遍承受着巨大的身心压力,护理人员应该理解其面临的困境,重视其心理感受,给予情感支持和疏导,协助构建和完善其社会支持系统,以提高孕产妇的生活质量和心理健康水平。展开更多
随着教育观念的不断发展与革新,双师课堂是在“教育革新”的背景下提高教学质量的必要条件,是为应用技术型本科人才培养提供的新路径,是改变传统单一枯燥的教学形式的新方法。是通过选择具备专业知识的主讲教师进行线上授课,同时配备现...随着教育观念的不断发展与革新,双师课堂是在“教育革新”的背景下提高教学质量的必要条件,是为应用技术型本科人才培养提供的新路径,是改变传统单一枯燥的教学形式的新方法。是通过选择具备专业知识的主讲教师进行线上授课,同时配备现场辅导教师负责课堂管理与个性化指导。利用高清视频直播技术确保远程教学的清晰流畅,结合互动平台增强课堂参与度。基于此,研究提出了双师课堂模式改革与创新,即构建双师教学可有效整合双师教学职能,理清课堂教学关系结构,促进知识流动走向高效,填补课堂情感交互空白,为“教育革新”提出新思路。With the continuous development and innovation of educational concepts, dual-teacher classroom is a necessary condition for improving teaching quality under the background of “educational innovation”, a new path for the training of application-oriented undergraduate talents, and a new method to change the traditional monotonous teaching form. Online teaching is conducted by selecting the main teacher with professional knowledge, and on-site tutor is responsible for classroom management and personalized guidance. Utilizing high-definition video streaming technology ensures clear and smooth remote teaching, combined with interactive platforms to enhance classroom participation. Based on this, the paper puts forward the reform and innovation of dual-teacher classroom model, that is, the construction of dual-teacher teaching can effectively integrate the functions of dual-teacher teaching, clear the structure of classroom teaching relationship, promote the flow of knowledge to be efficient, fill the gap of classroom emotional interaction, and put forward new ideas for “educational innovation”.展开更多
