The application of three types of chiral spiro monophosphorus ligands in rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydroformylation was investigated.The chiral spiro phosphoramidite ligands(SIPHOS)were found to be efficient in thi...The application of three types of chiral spiro monophosphorus ligands in rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydroformylation was investigated.The chiral spiro phosphoramidite ligands(SIPHOS)were found to be efficient in this reaction,and the alkyl groups on the amino moiety of SIPHOS ligands played a critical role in the control of regio-selectivity and enantioselectivity of the reaction,with i-Pr being the best choice.Under the optimized reaction conditions,styrene and its derivatives could successfully react as substrates in excellent yields and regio-selectivities,and modest level of enantioselctivities.展开更多
基于Web of Science核心数据库的检索结果,采用文献计量学方法,利用Histcite和Citespace软件对国际上1999—2018年甘丙肽受体研究领域进行计量学统计和可视化分析.结果表明,近20年来甘丙肽受体研究的相关论文共计627篇,分别刊载在241种...基于Web of Science核心数据库的检索结果,采用文献计量学方法,利用Histcite和Citespace软件对国际上1999—2018年甘丙肽受体研究领域进行计量学统计和可视化分析.结果表明,近20年来甘丙肽受体研究的相关论文共计627篇,分别刊载在241种期刊上,共分为23个研究方向,作者为2 033人次,文献来源覆盖40个国家/地区,共计526个研究机构参与该领域的研究,每年的文献发表数量处于平稳增长的趋势,引用频次在近20年内逐年增加.研究热点主要集中在神经科学神经病学、分泌学与新陈代谢研究、生物化学分子生物学、药理学与药剂学等方面,以及其作用机制和中枢神经系统的疾病如神经性疼痛、癫痫和焦虑等的治疗,并探索受体的配体、激动剂和拮抗剂的结构和作用,以便更加深入地了解甘丙肽受体在机体内的生理学、信号传导和药理学特性.展开更多
