随着数智化教育在新时代教育改革中日益凸显其重要性,其快速发展为高等教育带来了新的发展机遇与挑战。在此背景下,大学公共数学基础课程教学面临着转型升级的迫切需求,因为传统教学模式已难以适应学生个性化与多样化的学习需求。首先,...随着数智化教育在新时代教育改革中日益凸显其重要性,其快速发展为高等教育带来了新的发展机遇与挑战。在此背景下,大学公共数学基础课程教学面临着转型升级的迫切需求,因为传统教学模式已难以适应学生个性化与多样化的学习需求。首先,分析当前大学公共数学基础课程教学过程中的主要问题,然后以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的工程教育理念,提出针对性的教学改革对策,从“课内 + 课外”、“线上 + 线下”、“理论 + 实践”、“教学 + 育人”着手,进行“教学准备–课程教学–专业对接–数字化建设–过程化评价–学科竞赛”等六方面的探索实践,以促进教学质量的提升,为相关课程的教学改革提供借鉴与参考。As digital and intelligent education increasingly emphasizes its importance in the new era of educational reform, its rapid development brings both new opportunities and challenges to higher education. Against this backdrop, there is an urgent need for transformation and upgrading in the teaching of university public mathematical fundamentals courses, as traditional teaching methods are no longer able to meet the personalized and diverse learning needs of students. Firstly, an analysis of the main issues in current university public mathematical fundamentals course teaching is conducted. Subsequently, based on the engineering education principles of “student-centered, outcome-oriented, continuous improvement”, targeted strategies for teaching reform are proposed. These strategies encompass approaches such as “in-class + out-of-class”, “online + offline”, “theory + practice” and “teaching + nurturing”, aiming to explore and practice six aspects including “teaching preparation-course instruction-professional alignment-digitalization-process evaluation-disciplinary competitions”. This exploration aims to enhance teaching quality and provide insights and references for the reform of related courses.展开更多
目的:观察女贞子提取物(extract of nuzhenzi,ENZZ)对糖尿病大鼠早期肝损伤的干预作用及其机制。方法:采用饲喂高糖高脂饲料结合注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)45 mg·kg-1的方法制作糖尿病大鼠的模型。造模成功大鼠随机分为...目的:观察女贞子提取物(extract of nuzhenzi,ENZZ)对糖尿病大鼠早期肝损伤的干预作用及其机制。方法:采用饲喂高糖高脂饲料结合注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)45 mg·kg-1的方法制作糖尿病大鼠的模型。造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、ENZZ高、中、低剂量组(0.8、0.4、0.2 g·kg-1·d-1)、二甲双胍组(10 mg·kg-1·d-1),另取8只作为正常组灌喂4周,末次给药后处死大鼠,股动脉取血测空腹血糖(FBG)、血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肝组织匀浆超氧化物歧酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA);取肝脏称重,计算肝脏指数,HE染色观察肝脏病理学形态变化。结果:与正常组相比较,模型组大鼠血糖、ALT、AST、肝组织匀浆MDA水平和SOD活性均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。与模型组相比较,ENZZ中、高剂量组大鼠血糖水平显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),肝脏指数下降(P<0.05),肝组织MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),SOD活性提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),光镜下可见肝细胞病理改变(水肿、点状或灶状坏死及炎症细胞浸润)均有不同程度的改善,且降低程度与灌胃剂量具有正相关性;二甲双胍组大鼠空腹血糖显著下降(P<0.01)其他指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:女贞子提取物可以增强糖尿病大鼠肝脏的抗氧化防御功能,减轻糖尿病大鼠早期肝脏组织的损伤,具有一定的护肝作用。展开更多
