Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effect on diagnosis of myocardial ischemia with Electrocardiogram exercise test and Cardiopulmonary exercise test.Methods:Electrocardiogram exercise test、 ...Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effect on diagnosis of myocardial ischemia with Electrocardiogram exercise test and Cardiopulmonary exercise test.Methods:Electrocardiogram exercise test、 Cardiopulmonary exercise test and coronary angiography were conducted on sixty-eight patients with suspected angina.According to the result of Electrocardiogram exercise test and Cardiopulmonary exercise test,sixty-eight patients were divided into positive group and negative group.Compare sensitivity and specificity of two methords.Results:Electrocardiogram exercise test has sensitivity of 51.28%、 specificity of 68.97%、positive predictive value of 68.97% and negative predictive value of 51.28%.Cardiopulmonary exercise test has sensitivity of 51.28%、 specificity of 75.86%、positive predictive value of 74.07% and negative predictive value of 53.66%.Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary exercise test is better than Electrocardiogram exercise in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.展开更多
