目的探讨调脂对不同肥胖类型老年高血压患者降压疗效及动脉硬化的影响。方法从老年体检者中选择322例原发性高血压患者按照析因设计随机分为4组:调脂降压腹型肥胖组(A组)89例、调脂降压非腹型肥胖组(B组)75例、单纯降压腹型肥胖组(C组)8...目的探讨调脂对不同肥胖类型老年高血压患者降压疗效及动脉硬化的影响。方法从老年体检者中选择322例原发性高血压患者按照析因设计随机分为4组:调脂降压腹型肥胖组(A组)89例、调脂降压非腹型肥胖组(B组)75例、单纯降压腹型肥胖组(C组)87例、单纯降压非腹型肥胖组(D组)71例。各组均给予替米沙坦40mg/d,调脂降压治疗在此基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀10mg/d,为期6个月。结果 A、B、C和D组治疗后,收缩压、舒张压、体质量指数、腰围、TG、TC、空腹血糖、踝肱指数(ABI,0.90±0.15 vs 0.92±0.14 vs 0.85±0.14 vs 0.86±0.17)、心-踝血管指数(CAVI,7.62±0.73 vs 7.74±0.74 vs 8.11±0.76 vs 8.30±0.70)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C和D组降压有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(87.64%vs 92.00%vs 78.00%vs 83.10%,P<0.05)。CAVI与收缩压、脉压、TC、TG呈正相关(r=0.180,r=0.153,r=0.895,r=0.533,P<0.01),ABI与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关(r=0.415,r=0.123,P<0.05)。结论调脂对老年肥胖高血压患者降压疗效显著,有效改善动脉硬化症状,且无明显不良反应。展开更多
We have investigated the internal structure of the open-and hidden-charmed(DD^(*)/DD^(*))molecules in the unified framework.We first fit the experimental lineshape of the Tt state and extract the DD^(*)interaction,fro...We have investigated the internal structure of the open-and hidden-charmed(DD^(*)/DD^(*))molecules in the unified framework.We first fit the experimental lineshape of the Tt state and extract the DD^(*)interaction,from which the T is assumed to arise solely.Then we obtain the DD^(*)interaction by charge conjugation.Our results show that the DD*interaction is attractive but insufficient to form X(3872)as a bound state.Instead,its formation requires the crucial involvement of the coupled channel effect between the DD^(*)and cc components,although the cc accounts for approximately 1%only.Besides X(3872),we have obtained a higher-energy state around 3957.9 MeV with a width of 16.7 MeV,which may be a potential candidate for the X(3940).In J^(PC)=1^(+-)sector,we have found two states related to the iso-scalar X(3872)and h_(c)(2P),respectively.Our combined study provides valuable insights into the nature of these DD^(+)/DD^(+)exotic states.展开更多
Recently,the hidden charm tetraquark states Z_(cs)(3985)and Z_(cs)(4000)with strangeness were observed by the BESⅢ and LHCb collaborations,respectively,which are great breakthroughs for exploring exotic quantum chrom...Recently,the hidden charm tetraquark states Z_(cs)(3985)and Z_(cs)(4000)with strangeness were observed by the BESⅢ and LHCb collaborations,respectively,which are great breakthroughs for exploring exotic quantum chromodynamics(QCD)structures.The first and foremost question is whether they are the same state.In this work,we explore the implications of the narrower state Z_(cs)(3985)in BESⅢ and the wider one Z_(cs)(4000)in LHCb as two different states.Within a solvable nonrelativistic effective field theory,we include the possible violations of heavy quark spin symmetry and SU(3)flavor symmetry in a comprehensive approach.If Z_(cs)(3985)and Z_(cs)(4000)are two different states,our results show that Z_(cs)(4000)/Z_(cs)(3985)is the pure(|D_(s)^(*)D>+/-|D_(s)D^(*)>)/√2 state,and the SU(3)flavor partner of Zc(3900)is Z_(cs)(4000)rather than the Z_(cs)(3985).Another two important consequences are the existence of a tensor D_(s)^(*)D^(*) resonance with mass about 4126 MeV and width 13 MeV,and the suppression of the decay mode Z_(cs)(3985)J/ψK.The two consequences can be tested in experiments and distinguish the two-state interpretation from the one-state scheme.展开更多
