在新时代首都高质量发展的现实背景下,优化高校服务区域科技创新的路径与效能是科学研究者和教育与科技管理者都共同关注的热点话题。在这一方面虽然已有大量的研究成果涌现,却鲜有从知识供需匹配视角对科技创新人才培养、前沿方向科研...在新时代首都高质量发展的现实背景下,优化高校服务区域科技创新的路径与效能是科学研究者和教育与科技管理者都共同关注的热点话题。在这一方面虽然已有大量的研究成果涌现,却鲜有从知识供需匹配视角对科技创新人才培养、前沿方向科研引领、科技成果转移转化这三个核心维度系统性展开问题破局并进一步形成改进方案的相关研究,面向高校科技创新服务职能优化的针对性应用研究也相对较少。本文创新性地将上述三个维度中与高校职能发挥相关的核心要素:人才、学科和成果分别对标知识的主体、客体与载体,进而构建三维知识供需匹配模型,并据此探寻高校服务首都科技创新发展的可行路径与实施方案,以供后续研究和实践借鉴与参考。In the context of high-quality development of the capital city in the new era, optimising the path and effectiveness of universities in serving regional scientific and technological innovation is a hot topic of common concern for scientific researchers and education and science and technology administrators. Although a large number of research results have emerged in this regard, there are few studies that systematically develop and improve the three core dimensions of scientific and technological innovation talent cultivation, leading scientific research in frontier directions, and transferring scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of matching knowledge supply and demand, as well as relatively few targeted applied researches on optimisation of scientific and technological innovation service functions of universities. In this paper, we have innovatively aligned the core elements related to the function of universities in the above three dimensions: talents, disciplines and achievements with the subject, object and carrier of knowledge, and then constructed a three-dimensional knowledge supply and demand matching model, according to which we have explored feasible paths and implementation programmes for universities to serve the development of science and technology innovation in the capital city, so as to serve as a reference for subsequent research and practice.展开更多
