In this paper, we summarize the characteristics of microplastics in fish and their distribution, and we analyze their impact factors and systematically analyze their toxicity and health effects on fish and humans. This paper summarizes the characteristics of microplastics in fish and their distribution, mainly focuses on microplastic digestion methods and observation and identification techniques, explores their influencing factors, and systematically analyzes the toxicity and health impacts of microplastics on fish and human bodies, as well as compares and analyzes the pollution situation in different regions. Based on the current research status of fish microplastics, the future research direction was prospected.展开更多
