Methods: Data from 33 liver transplant patients with hypovolemia who were treated in our department from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected. All patients received goal-directed fluid therapy after surgery, and their hemodynamic parameters were observed while implementing refined management. Results: All 33 patients achieved the optimal state of circulatory function without severe complications. Conclusion: The implementation of refined management after liver transplantation has a positive effect on the early application of goal-directed fluid therapy to reduce the incidence of complications.展开更多
