The use of the cycling chromatography technique would improve apparently improve the production rate if the solid/liquid interface mass transfer resistance was large or the apparent selectivity coefficients of adsorbants were small.The elution curves calculated by the model of non-linear and nonequilibrium cycling chromatography, were in good agreement with experimental elution curves of chromatography while the elution curves calculated by the model of the equilibrium cycling chromatography deviated from the experimental elution curves of chromatography.展开更多
