为了探索在不同烧结温度下纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末对cBN磨具用陶瓷结合剂性能的影响,实验选用SiO_2-Na_2O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-CaO系统作为基础陶瓷结合剂体系,向陶瓷玻璃料中加入6%质量分数的纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末并分别在微波烧结炉中以... 为了探索在不同烧结温度下纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末对cBN磨具用陶瓷结合剂性能的影响,实验选用SiO_2-Na_2O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-CaO系统作为基础陶瓷结合剂体系,向陶瓷玻璃料中加入6%质量分数的纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末并分别在微波烧结炉中以不同温度烧结制得纳米陶瓷结合剂。实验采用LCP-1差热膨胀仪、CMT4504型电子拉伸试验机、Stemi2000-C金相显微镜等测试分析仪器,分别对所得结合剂进行差热分析、抗折强度、显微结构分析等性能检测。实验结果表明:纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末对结合剂性能有很大影响;加入6%纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末能使陶瓷结合剂最大抗折强度从18.32MPa(550℃)增大到44.44MPa(600℃);纳米碳化钒/铬可以减小陶瓷结合剂的密度,以700℃的温度烧结时,结合剂密度从2.165g/cm^3减小到1.256g/cm^3;以600℃烧结时,6%纳米碳化钒/铬复合粉末能使结合剂的流动性从145.8%增大为154.8%。 展开更多

Ice-templating technique offers a viable means for constructing ordered macro-porous architectures in materials;nevertheless,it is generally limited by a low efficiency for fabrication,large difficulty for manipulation,along with the small dimension,and poor structural uniformity of icetemplated materials.Here,a new approach was exploited for continuous ice-templating of uniformly ordered macro-porous materials based on the establishment of a large,stable temperature gradient with specific bi-directional designs at the freezing front by descending the front toward the cooling medium to accommodate its upward growth.The freezing rate was markedly increased with the dimension of frozen body notably enlarged as compared with the case for conventional static ice-templating technique.The macro-porous architecture of materials,taking zirconia ceramics as an example,was made much finer and more uniform over the entire sample,and exhibited better ordering of alignment and enhanced inter-connectivity between lamellae.This led to an improvement in the compressive strength and its stability along the height direction for ice-templated materials than those made by the static ice-templating technique at a similar porosity.This study may facilitate the scale up of ice-templating techniques and promote the exploitation and application of new high-performance materials. 展开更多
