受台风“格美”登陆减弱后的热带低压影响,2024年7月26日至28日衡阳市出现强降水天气,多地降水量突破历史极值,造成了较大的人员伤亡和极大的经济损失。本文分析了台风“格美”在衡阳造成极端强降水天气的主要原因是台风低压及其外围环...受台风“格美”登陆减弱后的热带低压影响,2024年7月26日至28日衡阳市出现强降水天气,多地降水量突破历史极值,造成了较大的人员伤亡和极大的经济损失。本文分析了台风“格美”在衡阳造成极端强降水天气的主要原因是台风低压及其外围环流导致充沛的水汽不断辐合上升,低层辐合、高层辐散及弱的垂直风切变使得强降水维持了较长时间,讨论了此次预报偏差主要是来源于预报模式产品对副高的演变存在偏差,介绍了衡阳市气象局针对此次过程开展的各类气象服务工作,总结了此次在极端强降水天气下开展防汛救灾气象服务的经验,并对今后存在的一些问题提出了改进思路。Affected by the tropical depression after the landing and weakening of Typhoon “Gemei”, Hengyang City experienced heavy precipitation from July 26 to 28, 2024, with precipitation in many places exceeding historical extremes, causing significant casualties and huge economic losses. This article analyzes the main reason for the extreme heavy precipitation caused by Typhoon “Gemei” in Hengyang, which is due to the continuous convergence and rise of abundant water vapor caused by the typhoon low pressure and its surrounding circulation. The low-level convergence, high-level divergence, and weak vertical wind shear maintain the heavy precipitation for a long time. It discusses that the main source of the forecast deviation is the deviation of the forecast model products in the evolution of the subtropical high, introduces the various meteorological services carried out by the Hengyang Meteorological Bureau, summarizes the experience of providing meteorological services for flood prevention and disaster relief under extreme heavy precipitation, and proposes improvement ideas for some problems that may exist in the future.展开更多
