This study focuses on the “Crustacean Aquaculture” course, exploring the integration of ideological and political education with professional teaching. Initially, the paper outlines the developmental history of crustacean aquaculture and its central role in China’s current aquaculture industry. It then details the unique features and teaching strategies of the course, especially on how to effectively integrate ideological elements through innovations in course content and structure. By demonstrating a series of practical teaching cases, the study confirms the effectiveness of course-based ideological and political education in enhancing both professional capabilities and social responsibility among students. The research found that effectively integrating ideological and political education into the “Crustacean Aquaculture” course significantly enhanced students’ understanding of the subject matter and their critical thinking skills. Additionally, this teaching approach successfully reinforced students’ support for and understanding of socialist core values, laying a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding practitioners in the aquaculture industry with strong problem-solving abilities and a scientific approach.展开更多

The study shows that by incorporating socialist core values into teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and establishing scientific evaluation mechanisms, students’ ideological, political, and comprehensive abilities can be significantly enhanced. This paper summarizes the necessity, main requirements, and implementation paths of curriculum ideological and political education, and looks forward to future development directions. 文摘目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(primary Sj gren syndrome,pSS)患者唾液胱抑素D水平与唾液腺损伤的相关性。方法纳入2022年9月1日至2023年6月30日就诊于西安交通大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科pSS组患者51例及年龄、性别匹配的来院健康体检对照组人员51例。检测唾液中胱抑素D水平,采用独立样本t检验评估两组胱抑素D水平的差异,采用Pearson相关性检验评估pSS组胱抑素D与临床指标的关系。结果pSS组唾液中胱抑素D水平明显低于对照组(206.55±108.11 vs 374.32±172.24 pg/mL,P<0.01)。pSS患者胱抑素D水平与其静态唾液流率(r=0.433,P=0.002)及动态唾液流率(r=0.363,P=0.009)呈正相关。高唾液腺超声检查评分的pSS患者唾液胱抑素D水平明显低于低评分患者(腮腺:160.75±85.56 vs 290.53±95.17 pg/mL,P<0.01;颌下腺:157.76±87.59 vs 276.25±97.06 pg/mL,P<0.01)。pSS患者胱抑素D水平与外周血IL-6水平(r=-0.453,P=0.001)及CD4+T细胞计数(r=-0.396,P=0.005)呈负相关。结论pSS患者唾液胱抑素D水平可作为反映唾液腺损伤的指标。
文摘为了促进广谱高效大豆埃氏慢生根瘤菌Y63-1菌株的高效生产与推广应用,本研究对其培养基进行了筛选与优化。首先比较了Y63-1在YMA、TY、SM、PA和BSE 5种根瘤菌基本培养基中的生长速度,结果表明Y63-1在TY基本培养基中生长最快。以TY为基本培养基进行单因素碳源及无机盐利用试验,结果表明葡萄糖是Y63-1生长的最佳碳源,CaCl_(2)为必要的培养基成分,Rh微量元素对菌株的生长有很大的促进作用。进一步对蛋白胨、葡萄糖、酵母粉及Rh微量元素4种组分进行正交优化,获得了适宜Y63-1生长的最佳培养基,配方(1 L)为:8 g蛋白胨、10 g葡萄糖、3 g酵母粉、0.1 g CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O、3 mL Rh微量元素,pH7.0。此培养基也能显著提升USDA110的生长速率,可以广泛应用于慢生根瘤菌菌剂的大规模生产。
