These tumors are benign, slow-growing, locally invasive, and destructive. Glomus tumors are the most common tumor of the middle ear cavity and the second most common tumor of the temporal bone. We present a case of a 49-year-old healthy female who, following diagnostic tools, received surgical intervention resulting in an excellent outcome.
