Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic ...Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic spinal cord injury in China have mostly been regional in scope;national-level studies have been rare.To the best of our knowledge,no national-level study of treatment status and economic burden has been performed.This retrospective study aimed to examine the epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and economic burden of traumatic spinal cord injury in China at the national level.We included 13,465 traumatic spinal cord injury patients who were injured between January 2013 and December 2018 and treated in 30 hospitals in 11 provinces/municipalities representing all geographical divisions of China.Patient epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and total and daily costs were recorded.Trends in the percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department and cost of care were assessed by annual percentage change using the Joinpoint Regression Program.The percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department did not significantly change overall(annual percentage change,-0.5%and 2.1%,respectively).A total of 10,053(74.7%)patients underwent surgery.Only 2.8%of patients who underwent surgery did so within 24 hours of injury.A total of 2005(14.9%)patients were treated with high-dose(≥500 mg)methylprednisolone sodium succinate/methylprednisolone(MPSS/MP);615(4.6%)received it within 8 hours.The total cost for acute traumatic spinal cord injury decreased over the study period(-4.7%),while daily cost did not significantly change(1.0%increase).Our findings indicate that public health initiatives should aim at improving hospitals’ability to complete early surgery within 24 hours,which is associated with improved sensorimotor recovery,increasing the awareness rate of clinical guidelines related to high-dose MPSS/MP to reduce the use of the treatment with insufficient evidence.展开更多

Therefore, we monitored spinal cord ischemia-...It remains unclear whether spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by ischemia and other non-mechanical factors can be monitored by somatosensory evoked potentials. Therefore, we monitored spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits using somatosensory evoked potential detection technology. The results showed that the somatosensory evoked potential latency was significantly prolonged and the amplitude significantly reduced until it disappeared during the period of spinal cord ischemia. After reperfusion for 30-180 minutes, the amplitude and latency began to gradually recover; at 360 minutes of reperfusion, the latency showed no significant difference compared with the pre-ischemic value, while the somatosensory evoked potential amplitude in- creased, and severe hindlimb motor dysfunctions were detected. Experimental findings suggest that changes in somatosensory evoked potentia~ ~atency can reflect the degree of spinat cord ischemic injury, while the amplitude variations are indicators of the late spinal cord reperfusion injury, which provide evidence for the assessment of limb motor function and avoid iatrogenic spinal cord injury.展开更多
Objective: To explore the effect of dysregulation of epigenetic regulator EZH1 and EZH2 on the proliferation in MCL and the underlying mechanisms.Methods: In this study, we elucidated the role of EZH1 and EZH2 overexp...Objective: To explore the effect of dysregulation of epigenetic regulator EZH1 and EZH2 on the proliferation in MCL and the underlying mechanisms.Methods: In this study, we elucidated the role of EZH1 and EZH2 overexpression by immunohistochemistry and correlated them to clinical outcome in 41 MCL patients.Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot were applied to confirm the level of EZH1 and EZH2 in well-characterized MCL cell lines which were compared to those of na?ve B cells.Then we manipulated the expression of EZH1 and EZH2 in MCL cells using CRISPR/Cas9 system to directly investigate their functional roles in MCL.We also evaluated the effect of two small molecule selective inhibitors, EPZ005687 and UNC1999, on MCL cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution and apoptosis in vitro.Finally, we performed RNA-sequencing(RNA-Seq) and Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP) assay to further gain insight into the underlying molecular mechanisms.Results: We found that EZH2 protein is overexpressed in approximately half of this cohort of MCL cases.More importantly, the overexpression of EZH2 is associated with poor OS in the patients.Nevertheless, simple EZH2 depletion in vitro has little impact on the viability of MCL cells, predominantly because of the consequent up-regulation of EZH1.Consistently, UNC1999, a dual EZH1/2 inhibitor, unlike the EZH2 selective inhibitor EPZ005687, exerts a potent inhibitory effect on MCL cells.Furthermore, we discover CDKN1C and TP53 INP1 as the two important cell cycle regulators, the expression of which are repressed by EZH1/2 mediated epigenetic regulation and are restored by EZH1/2 dual inhibition.Conclusions: Our study suggests that EZH2 participates in the pathogenesis of MCL which may serve as a potential biomarker for prognosis prediction.The dual inhibition of EZH1/2 is a promising therapeutic strategy for MCL.展开更多

The torque-angle characteristics of electric-mechanical converters are important determinants of the quality of electrohydraulic proportional control systems.It is far more difficult for a rotary electric-mechanical c...The torque-angle characteristics of electric-mechanical converters are important determinants of the quality of electrohydraulic proportional control systems.It is far more difficult for a rotary electric-mechanical converter(REMC)to obtain flat torque-angle characteristics than traditional proportional solenoid,greatly influencing the promotion and application of rotary valves for electrohydraulic proportional control systems.A simple and feasible regulation method for the torque-angle characteristics of REMCs based on a hybrid air gap is proposed.The regulation is performed by paralleling an additional axial air gap with the original radial air gap to obtain a flat torque-angle characteristic and increase output torque.For comparison,prototypes of REMCs based on hybrid and radial air gaps were manufactured,and a special test rig was built.The torque-angle characteristics under different excitation currents and step responses were studied by magnetic circuit analysis,finite element simulation,and experimental research.The experimental results were consistent with the theoretical analysis.It was shown that REMCs based on a hybrid air gap can obtain a flat torque-angle characteristic with further optimizing of key structural parameters and also increase output torque.This regulation method provides a new approach for the design of proportional rotary electromechanical converters.展开更多
Low-dimensional halide perovskites have become the most promising candidates for X-ray imaging,yet the issues of the poor chemical stability of hybrid halide perovskite,the high poisonousness of lead halides and the r...Low-dimensional halide perovskites have become the most promising candidates for X-ray imaging,yet the issues of the poor chemical stability of hybrid halide perovskite,the high poisonousness of lead halides and the relatively low detectivity of the lead-free halide perovskites which seriously restrain its commercialization.Here,we developed a solution inverse temperature crystal growth(ITCG)method to bring-up high quality Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)crystals with large size of centimeter order,in which the oleic acid(OA)is introduced as an antioxidative ligand to inhibit the oxidation of cuprous ions effieiently,as well as to decelerate the crystallization rate remarkalby.Based on these fine crystals,the vapor deposition technique is empolyed to prepare high quality Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)films for efficient X-ray imaging.Smooth surface morphology,high light yields and short decay time endow the Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)films with strong radioluminescence,high resolution(12 lp/mm),low detection limits(53 nGyair/s)and desirable stability.Subsequently,the Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)films have been applied to the practical radiography which exhibit superior X-ray imaging performance.Our work provides a paradigm to fabricate nonpoisonous and chemically stable inorganic halide perovskite for X-ray imaging.展开更多
The manufacturing of spiral groove structure of two-dimensional valve(2D valve)feedback mechanism has shortcomings of both high cost and time-consuming.This paper presents a novel configuration of rotary electro-mecha...The manufacturing of spiral groove structure of two-dimensional valve(2D valve)feedback mechanism has shortcomings of both high cost and time-consuming.This paper presents a novel configuration of rotary electro-mechanical converter with negative feedback mechanism(REMC-NFM)in order to replace the feedback mechanism of spiral groove and thus reduce cost of valve manufacturing.In order to rapidly and quantitative evaluate the driving and feedback performance of the REMC-NFM,an analytical model taking leakage flux,edge effect and permeability nonlinearity into account is formulated based on the equivalent magnetic circuit approach.Then the model is properly simplified in order to obtain the optimal pitch angle.FEM simulation is used to study the influence of crucial parameters on the performance of REMC-NFM.A prototype of REMC-NFM is designed and machined,and an exclusive experimental platform is built.The torque-angle characteristics,torque-displacement characteristics,and magnetic flux density in the working air gap with different excitation currents are measured.The experimental results are in good agreement with the analytical and FEM simulated results,which verifies the correctness of the analytical model.For torque-angle characteristics,the overall torque increases with both current and rotation angle,which reaches about 0.48 N·m with 1.5 A and 1.5°.While for torque-displacement characteristics,the overall torque increases with current yet decrease with armature displacement due to the negative feedback mechanism,which is about 0.16 N·m with 1.5 A and 0.8 mm.Besides,experimental results of conventional torque motor are compared with counterparts of REMC-NFM in order to validate the simplified model.The research indicates that the REMC-NFM can be potentially used as the electro-mechanical converter for 2D valves in civil servo areas.展开更多
Thermoelectric(TE)materials based on conjugated polymers have received much attention due to their great advantages of solution processibility,light weight,flexibility,and low thermal conductivity.These advantages mak...Thermoelectric(TE)materials based on conjugated polymers have received much attention due to their great advantages of solution processibility,light weight,flexibility,and low thermal conductivity.These advantages make them potential candidates for large-area,low-cost and low-power TE applications.Both efficient p-type and n-type conjugated polymers with high and comparable thermoelectric performance are required for practical TE applications.However,due to the inefficient n-doping efficiency and unstable electron transport of most n-type conjugated polymers,the TE performance of n-type polymers is much poorer than that of their p-type counterparts,impeding the development of polymer TE materials.Great efforts have been made to address the low ndoping efficiency and TE performance of n-type polymers,including the chemical modification of traditional ntype polymers,the design of new n-type conjugated polymers,and the development of more efficient n-dopants,as well as doping engineering.Nowadays,the TE performance of n-type polymers has been greatly improved,indicating a bright future for polymer TE materials.In this review,we summarize the recent progress made on ntype polymer TE materials,mainly focusing on the structure-performance relationships based on promising n-type polymers for TE applications.This review aims to provide some guidelines for future material design.展开更多

METHODS The AXSYMTM system luciferase method was used to examine the effect of various concentratious of curcumin on the content of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in prostate cancer LNCaP cells. A pGL3-PSA luciferase expression vector, containing 640 bp DNA of the PSA gene 5' -promoter region was constructed and transfected into the LNCaP cells with lipofectin. By measuring luciferase activity, the effect of 10 μmol/L, 20 μmol/L, 30 and 40 μmol/L curcumin on the promoter was studied. Effects on cell growth and apoptosis were analyzed by microscopy, the MTT colorimetric assay and flow cytometry. Western-blotting was used to measure expression of the androgen receptor (AR) in the LNCaP cells treated with different concentrations of curcumin. RESULTS The results showed that the expression of PSA was inhibited as curcumin reduced the activity of luciferase. Curcumin also caused a sigificant concentration-dependent decrease in AR expession measured by Western -blotting. Cell growth was inhibited and apoptosis was induced. CONCLUSION By inhibiting AR expression, curcumin reduced the function of the PSA promoter and inhibited PSA protein expression. Curcumin decreased the cellular proliferation and induced apoptosis in LNCaP cells in a concention-dependent manner.展开更多

The end-effectors of the manipulators are in contact with flat compliant environment with uncertain stiffness and distance. The control objective is that the robotic followers track the convex hull spanned by the leaders under directed graphs. We propose a distributed adaptive force control scheme with an adaptive force observer to achieve the asymptotic force synchronization in constrained space, which also maintains a cascaded closed-loop structure separating the system into kinematic module and dynamic module. A decentralized stiffness updating law is also proposed to deal with the environment uncertainties. The convergence of tracking errors of force and position is proved using Lyapunov stability theory and input-output stability analysis tool. Finally,simulations are performed to show effectiveness of the theoretical approach.展开更多

We r...Extragonadal primary yolk sac tumor of the intestinal tract origin is exceedingly rare. Through a multiple disciplinary team, the diagnosis and treatment of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor were further defined. We report 2 such cases with detailed histologic and immunohistochemical analysis. The two patients were a 7-year-old girl and a 29-year-old woman. Both of them preoperatively had an elevated serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level(≥ 1,210 ng/mL). The tumors are located in the intestine and imaging examination indicated the rectum as the primary site. Grossly the mass was grey-white and crisp texture. Microscopic examination featured reticular, microcystic, macrocystic, papillary, solid, and some glandular patterns. Immunohistochemically,tumor cells of both cases were positive for SALL4, AFP, pan-cytokeratin(AE1/AE3), and glypican-3. Simultaneously, a stain for EMA, OCT4, CD30, HCG, vimentin and CK20 were negative in all 2 neoplasms. The features of morphology,immunohistochemistry, laboratory examinations and imaging studies consist of the diagnosis of primary yolk sac tumor of the intestine.展开更多
Objective:The immunoscore,which is used to quantify immune infiltrates,has greater relative prognostic value than tumor,node,and metastasis(TNM)stage and might serve as a new system for classification of colorectal ca...Objective:The immunoscore,which is used to quantify immune infiltrates,has greater relative prognostic value than tumor,node,and metastasis(TNM)stage and might serve as a new system for classification of colorectal cancer.However,a comparable immunoscore for predicting lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)prognosis is currently lacking.Methods:We analyzed the expression of 18 immune features by immunohistochemistry in 171 specimens.The relationship of immune marker expression and clinicopathologic factors to the overall survival(OS)was analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier method.A nomogram was developed by using the optimal features selected by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression in the training cohort(n=111)and evaluated in the validation cohort(n=60).Results:The indicators integrated in the nomogram were TNM stage,neuron-specific enolase,carcino-embryonic antigen,CD8 center of tumor(CT),CD8 invasive margin(IM),Fox P3 CT,and CD45 ROCT.The calibration curve showed prominent agreement between the observed 2-and 5-year OS and that predicted by the nomogram.To simplify the nomogram,we developed a new immune-serum scoring system(I-SSS)based on the points awarded for each factor in the nomogram.Our I-SSS was able to stratify same-stage patients into different risk subgroups.The combination of I-SSS and TNM stage had better prognostic value than the TNM stage alone.Conclusions:Our new I-SSS can accurately and individually predict LUAD prognosis and may be used to supplement prognostication based on the TNM stage.展开更多
We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and MAXI.This outburst can be class...We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and MAXI.This outburst can be classified roughly into four different states.Type-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this work.Meanwhile,we study various physical quantities related to QPO frequency.The QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain it.The relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.展开更多

Among 106 cases with GCTB in our hospital, there were 2 cases occurring soft-tissue recurrence which histories were reported. These two soft-tissue recurrences occurred with the interval of 6.9 years and 2.5 years respectively from pdmary diagnosis. The clinical presentation was nonspecific masses in soft tissue. Radiographic ossification was not found at periphery or within the masses. Through pathological examination peripheral ossification was found in 1 case and malignant transformation occurred in the other case. Through retrieving and reviewing literatures in PubMed, 19 cases of soft-tissue recurrence with detailed materials were collected and analyzed. Soft-tissue recurrence of GCTB is a rare episode which reflects its locally aggressive nature, the reasons of which are tumor cells implantation and tumor residual. Ossification at periphery or in the masses can be considered as a pathognomonic character of this episode in radiographic and pathohistological examination. The prevention lies in determining tumor extension preoperatively, proper non-tumor manipulations, removing the tumor and irrigating operative wound as completely as possible.展开更多
Objective:The protective effects of curcumin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion were systematically evaluated by analyzing the related literatures of curcumin and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.Methods:The computer w...Objective:The protective effects of curcumin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion were systematically evaluated by analyzing the related literatures of curcumin and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.Methods:The computer was searched for Wanfang,VIP,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),SinoMed,and Pubmed database to find animal experiments on curcumin treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.The retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to November 2018.Two researchers independently screened the literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias in the included studies.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Finally,9 studies were included for analysis.Meta-analysis showed that the curcumin group can reduce LDH and MDA levels compared with the ischemiarreperfusion group(LDH:SMD=-4.75,95%CI[-6.56,-2.94],P<0.01,MDA:SMD=-2.27,95%CI[-3.07,-1.47],P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the subgroup analysis of different doses of curcumin,different doses of curcumin(0.8,10,12.5,20,25,30,50 mg)were able to reduce LDH content compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group,and the differences were statistically significant.Different doses of curcumin(5,10,20,30,40mg)can reduce MDA content,and the difference is statistically significant;curcumin(0.8mg)group has no statistically significant effect on MDA content(SMD=-0.54,95%CI[-1.35,0.28],P=0.20).The relationship between the content of MDA and the dose of curcumin showed that compared with the curcumin(20 mg)group,the curcumin(40 mg)group could better reduce the MDA content,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).Conclusion:Curcumin can reduce the content of LDH and MDA in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,and has a protective effect on myocardium.Moreover,the ability to reduce the damage is related to the dose of curcumin.However,the sample of the included studies is limited,and this conclusion requires more high-quality experiments to verify.展开更多

文摘Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December 10.We developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic Box.This onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation system.This paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for GECAM.It covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the system.The paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

文摘It remains unclear whether spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by ischemia and other non-mechanical factors can be monitored by somatosensory evoked potentials. Therefore, we monitored spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits using somatosensory evoked potential detection technology. The results showed that the somatosensory evoked potential latency was significantly prolonged and the amplitude significantly reduced until it disappeared during the period of spinal cord ischemia. After reperfusion for 30-180 minutes, the amplitude and latency began to gradually recover; at 360 minutes of reperfusion, the latency showed no significant difference compared with the pre-ischemic value, while the somatosensory evoked potential amplitude in- creased, and severe hindlimb motor dysfunctions were detected. Experimental findings suggest that changes in somatosensory evoked potentia~ ~atency can reflect the degree of spinat cord ischemic injury, while the amplitude variations are indicators of the late spinal cord reperfusion injury, which provide evidence for the assessment of limb motor function and avoid iatrogenic spinal cord injury.

文摘Objective: To explore the effect of dysregulation of epigenetic regulator EZH1 and EZH2 on the proliferation in MCL and the underlying mechanisms.Methods: In this study, we elucidated the role of EZH1 and EZH2 overexpression by immunohistochemistry and correlated them to clinical outcome in 41 MCL patients.Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot were applied to confirm the level of EZH1 and EZH2 in well-characterized MCL cell lines which were compared to those of na?ve B cells.Then we manipulated the expression of EZH1 and EZH2 in MCL cells using CRISPR/Cas9 system to directly investigate their functional roles in MCL.We also evaluated the effect of two small molecule selective inhibitors, EPZ005687 and UNC1999, on MCL cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution and apoptosis in vitro.Finally, we performed RNA-sequencing(RNA-Seq) and Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP) assay to further gain insight into the underlying molecular mechanisms.Results: We found that EZH2 protein is overexpressed in approximately half of this cohort of MCL cases.More importantly, the overexpression of EZH2 is associated with poor OS in the patients.Nevertheless, simple EZH2 depletion in vitro has little impact on the viability of MCL cells, predominantly because of the consequent up-regulation of EZH1.Consistently, UNC1999, a dual EZH1/2 inhibitor, unlike the EZH2 selective inhibitor EPZ005687, exerts a potent inhibitory effect on MCL cells.Furthermore, we discover CDKN1C and TP53 INP1 as the two important cell cycle regulators, the expression of which are repressed by EZH1/2 mediated epigenetic regulation and are restored by EZH1/2 dual inhibition.Conclusions: Our study suggests that EZH2 participates in the pathogenesis of MCL which may serve as a potential biomarker for prognosis prediction.The dual inhibition of EZH1/2 is a promising therapeutic strategy for MCL.

Under the condition that all subsystems are regular, the reachability of the SLDS systems is characterized based on a peculiar repeatedly introduced switching sequence. The necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for the reachability of the SLDS systems.

文摘The torque-angle characteristics of electric-mechanical converters are important determinants of the quality of electrohydraulic proportional control systems.It is far more difficult for a rotary electric-mechanical converter(REMC)to obtain flat torque-angle characteristics than traditional proportional solenoid,greatly influencing the promotion and application of rotary valves for electrohydraulic proportional control systems.A simple and feasible regulation method for the torque-angle characteristics of REMCs based on a hybrid air gap is proposed.The regulation is performed by paralleling an additional axial air gap with the original radial air gap to obtain a flat torque-angle characteristic and increase output torque.For comparison,prototypes of REMCs based on hybrid and radial air gaps were manufactured,and a special test rig was built.The torque-angle characteristics under different excitation currents and step responses were studied by magnetic circuit analysis,finite element simulation,and experimental research.The experimental results were consistent with the theoretical analysis.It was shown that REMCs based on a hybrid air gap can obtain a flat torque-angle characteristic with further optimizing of key structural parameters and also increase output torque.This regulation method provides a new approach for the design of proportional rotary electromechanical converters.

文摘Low-dimensional halide perovskites have become the most promising candidates for X-ray imaging,yet the issues of the poor chemical stability of hybrid halide perovskite,the high poisonousness of lead halides and the relatively low detectivity of the lead-free halide perovskites which seriously restrain its commercialization.Here,we developed a solution inverse temperature crystal growth(ITCG)method to bring-up high quality Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)crystals with large size of centimeter order,in which the oleic acid(OA)is introduced as an antioxidative ligand to inhibit the oxidation of cuprous ions effieiently,as well as to decelerate the crystallization rate remarkalby.Based on these fine crystals,the vapor deposition technique is empolyed to prepare high quality Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)films for efficient X-ray imaging.Smooth surface morphology,high light yields and short decay time endow the Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)films with strong radioluminescence,high resolution(12 lp/mm),low detection limits(53 nGyair/s)and desirable stability.Subsequently,the Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)films have been applied to the practical radiography which exhibit superior X-ray imaging performance.Our work provides a paradigm to fabricate nonpoisonous and chemically stable inorganic halide perovskite for X-ray imaging.

文摘The manufacturing of spiral groove structure of two-dimensional valve(2D valve)feedback mechanism has shortcomings of both high cost and time-consuming.This paper presents a novel configuration of rotary electro-mechanical converter with negative feedback mechanism(REMC-NFM)in order to replace the feedback mechanism of spiral groove and thus reduce cost of valve manufacturing.In order to rapidly and quantitative evaluate the driving and feedback performance of the REMC-NFM,an analytical model taking leakage flux,edge effect and permeability nonlinearity into account is formulated based on the equivalent magnetic circuit approach.Then the model is properly simplified in order to obtain the optimal pitch angle.FEM simulation is used to study the influence of crucial parameters on the performance of REMC-NFM.A prototype of REMC-NFM is designed and machined,and an exclusive experimental platform is built.The torque-angle characteristics,torque-displacement characteristics,and magnetic flux density in the working air gap with different excitation currents are measured.The experimental results are in good agreement with the analytical and FEM simulated results,which verifies the correctness of the analytical model.For torque-angle characteristics,the overall torque increases with both current and rotation angle,which reaches about 0.48 N·m with 1.5 A and 1.5°.While for torque-displacement characteristics,the overall torque increases with current yet decrease with armature displacement due to the negative feedback mechanism,which is about 0.16 N·m with 1.5 A and 0.8 mm.Besides,experimental results of conventional torque motor are compared with counterparts of REMC-NFM in order to validate the simplified model.The research indicates that the REMC-NFM can be potentially used as the electro-mechanical converter for 2D valves in civil servo areas.

文摘Thermoelectric(TE)materials based on conjugated polymers have received much attention due to their great advantages of solution processibility,light weight,flexibility,and low thermal conductivity.These advantages make them potential candidates for large-area,low-cost and low-power TE applications.Both efficient p-type and n-type conjugated polymers with high and comparable thermoelectric performance are required for practical TE applications.However,due to the inefficient n-doping efficiency and unstable electron transport of most n-type conjugated polymers,the TE performance of n-type polymers is much poorer than that of their p-type counterparts,impeding the development of polymer TE materials.Great efforts have been made to address the low ndoping efficiency and TE performance of n-type polymers,including the chemical modification of traditional ntype polymers,the design of new n-type conjugated polymers,and the development of more efficient n-dopants,as well as doping engineering.Nowadays,the TE performance of n-type polymers has been greatly improved,indicating a bright future for polymer TE materials.In this review,we summarize the recent progress made on ntype polymer TE materials,mainly focusing on the structure-performance relationships based on promising n-type polymers for TE applications.This review aims to provide some guidelines for future material design.
文摘OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of curcumin on proliferation and apop-tosis in the prostate cancer LNCaP cell line. METHODS The AXSYMTM system luciferase method was used to examine the effect of various concentratious of curcumin on the content of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in prostate cancer LNCaP cells. A pGL3-PSA luciferase expression vector, containing 640 bp DNA of the PSA gene 5' -promoter region was constructed and transfected into the LNCaP cells with lipofectin. By measuring luciferase activity, the effect of 10 μmol/L, 20 μmol/L, 30 and 40 μmol/L curcumin on the promoter was studied. Effects on cell growth and apoptosis were analyzed by microscopy, the MTT colorimetric assay and flow cytometry. Western-blotting was used to measure expression of the androgen receptor (AR) in the LNCaP cells treated with different concentrations of curcumin. RESULTS The results showed that the expression of PSA was inhibited as curcumin reduced the activity of luciferase. Curcumin also caused a sigificant concentration-dependent decrease in AR expession measured by Western -blotting. Cell growth was inhibited and apoptosis was induced. CONCLUSION By inhibiting AR expression, curcumin reduced the function of the PSA promoter and inhibited PSA protein expression. Curcumin decreased the cellular proliferation and induced apoptosis in LNCaP cells in a concention-dependent manner.
文摘In this paper, we address the tracking problem of distributed force/position for networked robotic manipulators in the presence of dynamic uncertainties. The end-effectors of the manipulators are in contact with flat compliant environment with uncertain stiffness and distance. The control objective is that the robotic followers track the convex hull spanned by the leaders under directed graphs. We propose a distributed adaptive force control scheme with an adaptive force observer to achieve the asymptotic force synchronization in constrained space, which also maintains a cascaded closed-loop structure separating the system into kinematic module and dynamic module. A decentralized stiffness updating law is also proposed to deal with the environment uncertainties. The convergence of tracking errors of force and position is proved using Lyapunov stability theory and input-output stability analysis tool. Finally,simulations are performed to show effectiveness of the theoretical approach.

文摘Extragonadal primary yolk sac tumor of the intestinal tract origin is exceedingly rare. Through a multiple disciplinary team, the diagnosis and treatment of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor were further defined. We report 2 such cases with detailed histologic and immunohistochemical analysis. The two patients were a 7-year-old girl and a 29-year-old woman. Both of them preoperatively had an elevated serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level(≥ 1,210 ng/mL). The tumors are located in the intestine and imaging examination indicated the rectum as the primary site. Grossly the mass was grey-white and crisp texture. Microscopic examination featured reticular, microcystic, macrocystic, papillary, solid, and some glandular patterns. Immunohistochemically,tumor cells of both cases were positive for SALL4, AFP, pan-cytokeratin(AE1/AE3), and glypican-3. Simultaneously, a stain for EMA, OCT4, CD30, HCG, vimentin and CK20 were negative in all 2 neoplasms. The features of morphology,immunohistochemistry, laboratory examinations and imaging studies consist of the diagnosis of primary yolk sac tumor of the intestine.

文摘Objective:The immunoscore,which is used to quantify immune infiltrates,has greater relative prognostic value than tumor,node,and metastasis(TNM)stage and might serve as a new system for classification of colorectal cancer.However,a comparable immunoscore for predicting lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)prognosis is currently lacking.Methods:We analyzed the expression of 18 immune features by immunohistochemistry in 171 specimens.The relationship of immune marker expression and clinicopathologic factors to the overall survival(OS)was analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier method.A nomogram was developed by using the optimal features selected by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression in the training cohort(n=111)and evaluated in the validation cohort(n=60).Results:The indicators integrated in the nomogram were TNM stage,neuron-specific enolase,carcino-embryonic antigen,CD8 center of tumor(CT),CD8 invasive margin(IM),Fox P3 CT,and CD45 ROCT.The calibration curve showed prominent agreement between the observed 2-and 5-year OS and that predicted by the nomogram.To simplify the nomogram,we developed a new immune-serum scoring system(I-SSS)based on the points awarded for each factor in the nomogram.Our I-SSS was able to stratify same-stage patients into different risk subgroups.The combination of I-SSS and TNM stage had better prognostic value than the TNM stage alone.Conclusions:Our new I-SSS can accurately and individually predict LUAD prognosis and may be used to supplement prognostication based on the TNM stage.

文摘We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and MAXI.This outburst can be classified roughly into four different states.Type-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this work.Meanwhile,we study various physical quantities related to QPO frequency.The QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain it.The relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

文摘The observability problem of switched linear singular(SLS) systems is studied in this paper. Based on the observability definition, the unobservable subspaces of given switching laws are investigated under the condition that all subsystems are regular. A necessary condition and a sufficient condition for observability of SLS systems are given. It is shown that the observability and controllability are dual for some special SLS systems with circulatory switching laws. The method developed here is applicable to the observability analysis of normal switched linear systems.
文摘We investigated the clinical features of soft-tissue recurrence in giant cell tumor of bone (GCTB). Among 106 cases with GCTB in our hospital, there were 2 cases occurring soft-tissue recurrence which histories were reported. These two soft-tissue recurrences occurred with the interval of 6.9 years and 2.5 years respectively from pdmary diagnosis. The clinical presentation was nonspecific masses in soft tissue. Radiographic ossification was not found at periphery or within the masses. Through pathological examination peripheral ossification was found in 1 case and malignant transformation occurred in the other case. Through retrieving and reviewing literatures in PubMed, 19 cases of soft-tissue recurrence with detailed materials were collected and analyzed. Soft-tissue recurrence of GCTB is a rare episode which reflects its locally aggressive nature, the reasons of which are tumor cells implantation and tumor residual. Ossification at periphery or in the masses can be considered as a pathognomonic character of this episode in radiographic and pathohistological examination. The prevention lies in determining tumor extension preoperatively, proper non-tumor manipulations, removing the tumor and irrigating operative wound as completely as possible.
文摘Objective:The protective effects of curcumin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion were systematically evaluated by analyzing the related literatures of curcumin and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.Methods:The computer was searched for Wanfang,VIP,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),SinoMed,and Pubmed database to find animal experiments on curcumin treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.The retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to November 2018.Two researchers independently screened the literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias in the included studies.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Finally,9 studies were included for analysis.Meta-analysis showed that the curcumin group can reduce LDH and MDA levels compared with the ischemiarreperfusion group(LDH:SMD=-4.75,95%CI[-6.56,-2.94],P<0.01,MDA:SMD=-2.27,95%CI[-3.07,-1.47],P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the subgroup analysis of different doses of curcumin,different doses of curcumin(0.8,10,12.5,20,25,30,50 mg)were able to reduce LDH content compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group,and the differences were statistically significant.Different doses of curcumin(5,10,20,30,40mg)can reduce MDA content,and the difference is statistically significant;curcumin(0.8mg)group has no statistically significant effect on MDA content(SMD=-0.54,95%CI[-1.35,0.28],P=0.20).The relationship between the content of MDA and the dose of curcumin showed that compared with the curcumin(20 mg)group,the curcumin(40 mg)group could better reduce the MDA content,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).Conclusion:Curcumin can reduce the content of LDH and MDA in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,and has a protective effect on myocardium.Moreover,the ability to reduce the damage is related to the dose of curcumin.However,the sample of the included studies is limited,and this conclusion requires more high-quality experiments to verify.
