滋养肝肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病患者的临床研究 被引量:8

目的探究滋养肝肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病患者对中医症状疗效、血压平滑指数及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法随机选取2015年7月—2020年2月在该院心血管内科进行治疗的80例老年高血压病患者... 目的探究滋养肝肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病患者对中医症状疗效、血压平滑指数及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法随机选取2015年7月—2020年2月在该院心血管内科进行治疗的80例老年高血压病患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组与对照组两组,每组患者40例。对照组患者给予卡托普利治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予滋养肝肾方治疗。两组患者均连续治疗8周。对两组患者的基本资料进行对比。对比测定两组患者的中医症状疗效、动态血压、血压平滑指数及血浆Ang-Ⅱ、CGRP水平。结果研究组与对照组患者的中医症状疗效分别为95.00%(38/40)、80.00%(32/40),研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者各动态血压参数及血浆Ang-Ⅱ水平较治疗前均明显降低,血压平滑指数及血浆CGRP水平均明显升高,且研究组上述各指标变化幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论滋养肝肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病,能够明显调控Ang-Ⅱ、CGRP水平,降低患者血压,临床效果明显。 展开更多

目的:观察补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年2月我院收治的80例老年性便秘患者,按治疗方式分为两组。观察组(40例)接受补虚润降汤治疗,对照组(40例)接受枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,比较治疗效果,如疗效、排便... 目的:观察补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年2月我院收治的80例老年性便秘患者,按治疗方式分为两组。观察组(40例)接受补虚润降汤治疗,对照组(40例)接受枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,比较治疗效果,如疗效、排便状况等。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%,38/40)高于对照组(67.50%,27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间症状指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组每次排便时间低于对照组,每周排便日、每周排便次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床用补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘,可显著改善排便症状,疗效理想。 展开更多

Finite element analysis and parametric studies were performed to investigate the flexural capacity of the panel zone of diaphragm-through joints between concrete-filled square steel tubular columns and H-shaped steel beams. Through the comparisons of failure modes, load–displacement curves, and bearing capacity, it was found that the flexural capacity of the panel zone of diaphragm-through joints was determined by the tensile action and influence of the web of H-shaped steel beams, and the axial load should be taken into account. The steel tube and the diaphragm were the major parts of the joint that resisted the bending moment. The contribution of in-filled concrete had little influence on the flexural capacity of the panel zone of the joint and could be neglected. According to the results of these numerical studies, a formula that considered the influence of the web of H-shaped steel beams and the axial load was developed based on the yield lines in the diaphragm and the steel tube. Experimental and Numerical Studies of Failure Modes and Load-Carrying Capacity of Through-Diaphragm Connections

Shear failure in panel zones and plastic hinges in steel beams are the two major failure modes of connections between concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) columns and steel beams. To investigate the behavior of this type of connection in both modes,two through-diaphragm connections were tested under cyclic and monotonic loadings and the load-carrying capacity,ductility,and strength of degradation of connections were discussed. Using ABAQUS software,we developed nonlinear finite-element models(FEMs) to simulate the load-carrying capacity and failure modes of the connections under monotonic loading. The finite-element(FE) analysis and test results showed reasonable agreement for the through-diaphragm connections,which confirms the accuracy of FEMs in predicting the load-carrying capacity and failure modes of connections. Based on the validated FEM,a parametric study was then conducted to investigate the infl uence of the thicknesses of the tube and diaphragm on the load-carrying capacity and failure modes of these connections. The results indicate that the strength,stiff ness,and load-carrying capacity are infl uenced less by the thickness of the diaphragm,and more by the thickness of the steel tube. According to the FE analysis results,it can be found that the critical condition between the two failure modes is determined by the shear resistance and bending resistance. 展开更多
