Conformable and wire-less charging energy storage devices play important roles in enabling the fast development of wearable,non-contact soft electronics.However,current wire-less charging power sources are still restr...Conformable and wire-less charging energy storage devices play important roles in enabling the fast development of wearable,non-contact soft electronics.However,current wire-less charging power sources are still restricted by limited flexural angles and fragile connection of components,resulting in the failure expression of performance and constraining their fur-ther applications in health monitoring wearables and moveable artificial limbs.Herein,we present an ultracompatible skin-like integrated wireless charging micro-supercapacitor,which building blocks(including electrolyte,electrode and substrate)are all evaporated by liquid precursor.Owing to the infiltration and permeation of the liquid,each part of the integrated device attached firmly with each other,forming a compact and all-in-one configuration.In addition,benefitting from the controllable volume of electrode solution precursor,the electrode thickness is easily regulated varying from 11.7 to 112.5μm.This prepared thin IWC-MSC skin can fit well with curving human body,and could be wireless charged to store electricity into high capacitive micro-supercapacitors(11.39 F cm-3)of the integrated device.We believe this work will shed light on the construction of skin-attachable electronics and irregular sensing microrobots.展开更多
Background:In facial plastic surgery,patients with nasal deformity are often treated by rib cartilage transplantation.In recent years,cartilage tissue engineering has developed as an alternative to complex surgery for...Background:In facial plastic surgery,patients with nasal deformity are often treated by rib cartilage transplantation.In recent years,cartilage tissue engineering has developed as an alternative to complex surgery for patients with minor nasal defects via injection of nasal filler material.In this study,we prepared an injectable nasal filler material containing poly-L-l actic acid(PLLA)porous microspheres(PMs),hyaluronic acid(HA)and adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADMSCs).Methods:We seeded ADMSCs into as-prepared PLLA PMs using our newly invented centrifugation perfusion technique.Then,HA was mixed with ADMSC-i ncorporated PLLA PMs to form a hydrophilic and injectable cell delivery system(ADMSCincorporated PMH).Results:We evaluated the biocompatibility of PMH in vitro and in vivo.PMH has good injectability and provides a favorable environment for the proliferation and chondrogenic differentiation of ADMSCs.In vivo experiments,we observed that PMH has good biocompatibility and cartilage regeneration ability.Conclusion:In this study,a injectable cell delivery system was successfully constructed.We believe that PMH has potential application in cartilage tissue engineering,especially in nasal cartilage regeneration.展开更多
Castor is one of the top 10 oil crops in the world and has extremely valuable uses.Castor inflorescences directly affect yield,so the study of inflorescence development is very important in increasing castor yield.Our...Castor is one of the top 10 oil crops in the world and has extremely valuable uses.Castor inflorescences directly affect yield,so the study of inflorescence development is very important in increasing castor yield.Our previous studies have shown that the PIP5K gene family(PIP5Ks)is associated with inflorescence development.In this study,to determine the function of each PIP5K gene in castor,a female Lm-type castor line,aLmAB2,was used to determine the relative expression levels of the PIP5Ks in castor inflorescences.Six PIP5K genes were heterologously overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana,the relative expression of each gene and the effect on plants was determined in A.thaliana,and the relationships among the PIP5Ks in castor were inferred.The expression levels of the PIP5Ks in the female Lm-type castor line aLmAB2 were analyzed.The relative expression levels of the PIP5K9 and PIP5K11 genes were high(p<0.05)in isofemale inflorescences,and those of PIP5K1,PIP5K2,PIP5K6,and PIP5K8 were high(p<0.05)in female inflorescences but low(p<0.05)in bisexual inflorescences.The PIP5Ks were heterologously overexpressed in A.thaliana,and T3-generation plants with stable genetic resistance,i.e.,AT-PIP5K^(+)plants(AT-PIP5K1^(+),AT-PIP5K2^(+),AT-PIP5K6^(+),AT-PIP5K8^(+),AT-PIP5K9^(+),and ATPIP5K11^(+) plants),were obtained.Biological tests of the AT-PIP5K+plants showed that the growth of the main stem was significantly delayed in AT-PIP5K+plants compared with Columbia wild-type(WT)A.thaliana plants;the PIP5K1 and PIP5K2 genes promoted lateral stem growth and flower and silique development;and the PIP5K6,PIP5K8,PIP5K9 and PIP5K11 genes inhibited lateral stem growth and flower and silique development.The correlations among PIP5Ks in castor suggest that there may be a synergistic relationship among PIP5K1,PIP5K2,and PIP5K6 in castor inflorescences,and PIP5K8,PIP5K9,and PIP5K11 are complementary to the other three genes.展开更多

The development of tin-based devices with low toxicity is critical for the commercial viability of perovskite solar cells.However because tin halide is a stronger Lewis acid,its crystallization rate is extremely fast,...The development of tin-based devices with low toxicity is critical for the commercial viability of perovskite solar cells.However because tin halide is a stronger Lewis acid,its crystallization rate is extremely fast,resulting in the formation of numerous defects that affect the device performance of tin-based perovskite solar cells.Herein,propylamine hydrobromide(PABr)was added to the perovskite precursor solution as an additive to passivate defects and fabricate more uniform and dense perovskite films.Because propylamine cations are too large to enter the perovskite lattices,they only exist at the grain boundary to passivate surface defects and promote crystal growth in a preferred orientation.The PABr additive raises the average short-circuit current density from 19.45 to 25.47 mA·cm^(-2)by reducing carrier recombination induced by defects.Furthermore,the device’s long-term illumination stability is improved after optimization,and the hysteresis effect is negligible.The addition of PABr results in a power conversion efficiency of 9.35%.展开更多
Eckstrom-adcock iron carbide(Fe_(7)C_(3))is considered to be the main constituent of the Earth’s inner core due to its low shear wave velocity.However,the crystal structure of Fe_(7)C_(3)remains controversial and its...Eckstrom-adcock iron carbide(Fe_(7)C_(3))is considered to be the main constituent of the Earth’s inner core due to its low shear wave velocity.However,the crystal structure of Fe_(7)C_(3)remains controversial and its thermoelastic properties are not well constrained at high temperature and pressure.Based on the first-principles simulation method,we calculate the relative phase stability,equation of state,and sound velocity of Fe_(7)C_(3)under core condition.The results indicate that the orthorhombic phase of Fe_(7)C_(3)is stable under the core condition.While Fe_(7)C_(3)does reproduce the low shear wave velocity and high Poisson’s ratio of the inner core,its compressional wave velocity and density are 12%higher and 6%lower than those observed in seismic data,respectively.Therefore,we argue that carbon alone cannot completely explain the thermal properties of the inner core and the inclusion of other light elements may be required.展开更多
Based on the deforming technique of severe plastic deformation(SPD), the grain refinement of a Mg-9Gd-3Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy treated with decreasing temperature reciprocating upsetting-extrusion(RUE) and its influence on ...Based on the deforming technique of severe plastic deformation(SPD), the grain refinement of a Mg-9Gd-3Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy treated with decreasing temperature reciprocating upsetting-extrusion(RUE) and its influence on the mechanical properties and wear behavior of the alloy were studied. The RUE process was carried out for 4 passes in total, starting at 0 ℃ and decreasing by 10 ℃ for each pass. The results showed that as the number of RUE passes increased, the grain refinement effect was obvious, and the second phase in the alloy was evenly distributed. Room temperature tensile properties of the alloy and the deepening of the RUE degree showed a positive correlation trend, which was due to the grain refinement, uniform distribution of the second phase and texture weakening. And the microhardness of the alloy showed that the microhardness of RUE is the largest in 2 passes. The change in microhardness was the result of dynamic competition between the softening effect of DRX and the work hardening effect. In addition, the wear resistance of the alloy showed a positive correlation with the degree of RUE under low load conditions. When the applied load was higher, the wear resistance of the alloy treated with RUE decreased compared to the initial state alloy. This phenomenon was mainly due to the presence of oxidative wear on the surface of the alloy, which could balance the positive contribution of severe plastic deformation to wear resistance to a certain extent.展开更多
Objectives To explore the relationship between acceptance of illness and quality of life(QOL),and factors associated with acceptance of illness among men who have sex with men(MSM)living with human immunodeficiency vi...Objectives To explore the relationship between acceptance of illness and quality of life(QOL),and factors associated with acceptance of illness among men who have sex with men(MSM)living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods Three hundred and one MSM were recruited from an HIV clinic between August and December 2018.The battery of measurements consisted of the Acceptance of Illness Scale,World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire for HIV brief version,HIV Cognitive Appraisal Scale and a self-designed questionnaire used to collect general information.Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationship between acceptance of illness and QOL.Univariate and multivariate ordinal logistic regression analyses were used to examine whether the general data(demographic and HIV-related clinical data)and HIV cognitive appraisal were associated with acceptance of illness levels.Results Descriptive analysis showed the acceptance level among MSM living with HIV was moderate(Mean=26.29,SD=5.28).Those with a better acceptance of illness had a better QOL(r=0.69,P<0.01).In the multivariate ordinal logistic regression model,education level,threat appraisals(OR:1.09;95%CI[1.06–1.13]),and controllability appraisals(OR:0.82;95%CI[0.71–0.94])were significantly associated with acceptance of illness.Conclusions Results showed acceptance level was moderate and had a positive correlation with QOL.High level of education,low threat appraisals and high controllability appraisals were related to high illness acceptance.This finding highlights the importance of focusing on HIV-infected MSM with low education and on their perceptions of threat and controllability about HIV-related issues when designing interventions to promote illness acceptance in this vulnerable population.展开更多
Objective: To examine the trajectory of psychosomatic symptoms and to explore the impact of psychosomatic symptoms on setup error in patients undergoing breast cancer radiotherapy.Methods: A total of 102 patients with...Objective: To examine the trajectory of psychosomatic symptoms and to explore the impact of psychosomatic symptoms on setup error in patients undergoing breast cancer radiotherapy.Methods: A total of 102 patients with early breast cancer who received initial radiotherapy were consecutively recruited. The M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI) and three different anxiety scales, i.e., the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), and Anxiety Sensitivity Index(ASI), were used in this study. The radiotherapy setup errors were measured in millimetres by comparing the real-time isocratic verification film during radiotherapy with the digitally reconstructed radiograph(DRR). Patients completed the assessment at three time points: before the initial radiotherapy(T1), before the middle radiotherapy(T2), and before the last radiotherapy(T3).Results: The SAS and STAI-State scores of breast cancer patients at T1 were significantly higher than those at T2 and T3(F=24.44, P<0.001;F=30.25, P<0.001). The core symptoms of MDASI were positively correlated with anxiety severity. The setup errors of patients with high SAS scores were greater than those of patients with low anxiety levels at T1(Z=-2.01, P=0.044). We also found that higher SAS scores were associated with a higher risk of radiotherapy setup errors at T1(B=0.458, P<0.05).Conclusions: This study seeks to identify treatment-related psychosomatic symptoms and mitigate their impact on patients and treatment. Patients with early breast cancer experienced the highest level of anxiety before the initial radiotherapy, and then, anxiety levels declined. Patients with high somatic symptoms of anxiety may have a higher risk of radiotherapy setup errors.展开更多

Probability-based diagnostic imaging(PDI)is one of the most well-known damage identification methods using guided waves.It is usually applied to diagnose damage in plates.The previous studies were dependent on the cer...Probability-based diagnostic imaging(PDI)is one of the most well-known damage identification methods using guided waves.It is usually applied to diagnose damage in plates.The previous studies were dependent on the certain damage index(DI)which is always calculated from the guided wave signals.In conventional methods,DI is simply defined by comparing the real-time data with the baseline data as reference.However,the baseline signal is easily affected by varying environmental conditions of structures.In this paper,a reference-free diagnostic imaging method is developed to avoid the influence of environmental factors,such as temperature and load conditions.The DI is defined based on the mode conversion of multi-mode guided waves with realtime signals without baseline signals.To improve the accuracy of diagnosis,two terms are included in the reference-free DI.One is called energy DI,which is defined based on the feature of signal energy.The other is called correlation DI and is defined based on the correlation coefficient.Then the PDI algorithm can be carried out instantaneously according to the reference-free DI.The real-time signals which are used to calculate DI are collected by the piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate(PZT)transducers placed on both sides of a plate.The numerical simulations by the finite element(FE)method on aluminum plates with PZT arrays are performed to validate the effectiveness of the reference-free damage diagnostic imaging.The approach is validated by two different arrays:a circle network and a square network.The results of diagnostic imaging are demonstrated and discussed in this paper.Furthermore,the advantage of reference-free DI is investigated by comparing the accuracy of defined reference-free DI and energy DI.展开更多
Objectives:Although effective antiretroviral therapy(ART)has been used for more than two decades,HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder remains prevalent.Thus,whether ART can improve neurocognitive impairment is contr...Objectives:Although effective antiretroviral therapy(ART)has been used for more than two decades,HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder remains prevalent.Thus,whether ART can improve neurocognitive impairment is controversial.This review aims to explore the effects of ART on cognitive impairment in people living with HIV(PLWH).Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in eight databases(PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,and WanFang)to identify studies that compare cognitive function between study groups who are administered and not administered ART.We searched for articles published up to April 2019.Article evaluation and data extraction were independently conducted by two reviewers.Results:Sixteen articles(6,694 participants)-14 cross-sectional studies and 2 cohort studies—were included in this meta-analysis.The cross-sectional studies demonstrated that ART group did not perform better than the non-ART group(OR=1.16;95%CI,1.03-1.30).However,the cohort studies reported a significant improvement in cognitive function at three months(OR=4.01;95%CI,2.35-6.85)and six months(OR=9.24;95%CI,1.71-49.96)after ART initiation compared with the baseline data.No significant cognitive improvement was found in participants younger than 55 years old,but the two crosssectional studies showed that ART may improve cognitive function in PLWH under 65 years old with poor physical condition and immune status.Conclusions:ART could improve cognitive function in PLWH with poor physical condition and immune status,but it does not considerably improve cognition in the entire PLWH population.展开更多

We establish the equivalent unconstrained minimization reformation of the NCP-function. Based on the generalized Fiser-Burmeister function, a sequential smoothing spectral gradient method is proposed to solve the equivalent problem. Background:Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is an acute inflammatory lung injury with a high mortality rate.However,previous ARDS prognostic scoring systems or predictors have been limited by complex formulas ...Background:Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is an acute inflammatory lung injury with a high mortality rate.However,previous ARDS prognostic scoring systems or predictors have been limited by complex formulas that are relatively expensive and inconvenient to obtain.Thus,this study aimed to explore the clinical significance of the blood lactate/serum albumin ratio(LAR)in assessing the prognosis of ARDS patients and compare it with other indicators related to 28-day mortality in ARDS patients.Methods:We conducted a single-center retrospective study involving patients who fulfilled the Berlin definition of ARDS between 2016 and 2021.Clinical data were collected from medical records within 24 hours after ARDS diagnosis.The LAR,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,and monocyteto-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)were calculated.The primary clinical outcome was 28-day mortality.The risk factors for 28-day mortality were determined using conditional logistic regression analysis.The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the area under the curve(AUC).Results:A total of 276 ARDS patients met the inclusion criteria and were divided into surviving and nonsurviving groups according to 28-day mortality.There were significant differences in the Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation II scores,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment scores,MLRs,and LARs between the surviving and nonsurviving groups.The AUC for the LAR was 0.790(P<0.001),whereas the AUCs for the Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation II score,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,and MLR were 0.584,0.599,0.524,and 0.587,respectively.After grouping according to an LAR optimal cutoff value of 0.07,28-day mortality was significantly higher in the high-LAR group than in the low-LAR group(47.18 vs.12.69,P<0.001).Conclusion:The LAR is an independent risk factor for 28-day mortality in ARDS patients and can be used to assess the severity of ARDS to a certain extent,making it superior to other commonly used indicators.展开更多

文摘Background:In facial plastic surgery,patients with nasal deformity are often treated by rib cartilage transplantation.In recent years,cartilage tissue engineering has developed as an alternative to complex surgery for patients with minor nasal defects via injection of nasal filler material.In this study,we prepared an injectable nasal filler material containing poly-L-l actic acid(PLLA)porous microspheres(PMs),hyaluronic acid(HA)and adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADMSCs).Methods:We seeded ADMSCs into as-prepared PLLA PMs using our newly invented centrifugation perfusion technique.Then,HA was mixed with ADMSC-i ncorporated PLLA PMs to form a hydrophilic and injectable cell delivery system(ADMSCincorporated PMH).Results:We evaluated the biocompatibility of PMH in vitro and in vivo.PMH has good injectability and provides a favorable environment for the proliferation and chondrogenic differentiation of ADMSCs.In vivo experiments,we observed that PMH has good biocompatibility and cartilage regeneration ability.Conclusion:In this study,a injectable cell delivery system was successfully constructed.We believe that PMH has potential application in cartilage tissue engineering,especially in nasal cartilage regeneration.

文摘Castor is one of the top 10 oil crops in the world and has extremely valuable uses.Castor inflorescences directly affect yield,so the study of inflorescence development is very important in increasing castor yield.Our previous studies have shown that the PIP5K gene family(PIP5Ks)is associated with inflorescence development.In this study,to determine the function of each PIP5K gene in castor,a female Lm-type castor line,aLmAB2,was used to determine the relative expression levels of the PIP5Ks in castor inflorescences.Six PIP5K genes were heterologously overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana,the relative expression of each gene and the effect on plants was determined in A.thaliana,and the relationships among the PIP5Ks in castor were inferred.The expression levels of the PIP5Ks in the female Lm-type castor line aLmAB2 were analyzed.The relative expression levels of the PIP5K9 and PIP5K11 genes were high(p<0.05)in isofemale inflorescences,and those of PIP5K1,PIP5K2,PIP5K6,and PIP5K8 were high(p<0.05)in female inflorescences but low(p<0.05)in bisexual inflorescences.The PIP5Ks were heterologously overexpressed in A.thaliana,and T3-generation plants with stable genetic resistance,i.e.,AT-PIP5K^(+)plants(AT-PIP5K1^(+),AT-PIP5K2^(+),AT-PIP5K6^(+),AT-PIP5K8^(+),AT-PIP5K9^(+),and ATPIP5K11^(+) plants),were obtained.Biological tests of the AT-PIP5K+plants showed that the growth of the main stem was significantly delayed in AT-PIP5K+plants compared with Columbia wild-type(WT)A.thaliana plants;the PIP5K1 and PIP5K2 genes promoted lateral stem growth and flower and silique development;and the PIP5K6,PIP5K8,PIP5K9 and PIP5K11 genes inhibited lateral stem growth and flower and silique development.The correlations among PIP5Ks in castor suggest that there may be a synergistic relationship among PIP5K1,PIP5K2,and PIP5K6 in castor inflorescences,and PIP5K8,PIP5K9,and PIP5K11 are complementary to the other three genes.
文摘A sixty-one-year-old male,with a medical history of coronary heart disease and myocardial bridge (not confirmed by cardiac catheterization) in the past three years and a 1-h history of sudden onset nausea,retching,diaphoresis,epigastric discomfort without any chest pain.The electrocardiogram revealed ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) changes (Figure 1A).Urgent cardiac catheterization revealed mild myocardial bridge in the middle of the left anterior descending (LAD)(10% systolic compression) and normal left ventricular function without regional wall motion abnormalities.Three high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (HSTNT) titers done at 4,8 and 20 h from the onset of symptoms were HSTNT =10.5 pg/mL,10.9 pg/mL,25.4 pg/mL (less than 26.2) with CK-MB = 3 pg/mL,18 pg/mL,13 pg/mL (< 25) and the myoglobin levels were = 34.8 pg/mL,39.6 pg/mL,44.5 pg/mL (< 140.1),respectively.

文摘The development of tin-based devices with low toxicity is critical for the commercial viability of perovskite solar cells.However because tin halide is a stronger Lewis acid,its crystallization rate is extremely fast,resulting in the formation of numerous defects that affect the device performance of tin-based perovskite solar cells.Herein,propylamine hydrobromide(PABr)was added to the perovskite precursor solution as an additive to passivate defects and fabricate more uniform and dense perovskite films.Because propylamine cations are too large to enter the perovskite lattices,they only exist at the grain boundary to passivate surface defects and promote crystal growth in a preferred orientation.The PABr additive raises the average short-circuit current density from 19.45 to 25.47 mA·cm^(-2)by reducing carrier recombination induced by defects.Furthermore,the device’s long-term illumination stability is improved after optimization,and the hysteresis effect is negligible.The addition of PABr results in a power conversion efficiency of 9.35%.

文摘Eckstrom-adcock iron carbide(Fe_(7)C_(3))is considered to be the main constituent of the Earth’s inner core due to its low shear wave velocity.However,the crystal structure of Fe_(7)C_(3)remains controversial and its thermoelastic properties are not well constrained at high temperature and pressure.Based on the first-principles simulation method,we calculate the relative phase stability,equation of state,and sound velocity of Fe_(7)C_(3)under core condition.The results indicate that the orthorhombic phase of Fe_(7)C_(3)is stable under the core condition.While Fe_(7)C_(3)does reproduce the low shear wave velocity and high Poisson’s ratio of the inner core,its compressional wave velocity and density are 12%higher and 6%lower than those observed in seismic data,respectively.Therefore,we argue that carbon alone cannot completely explain the thermal properties of the inner core and the inclusion of other light elements may be required.

文摘Based on the deforming technique of severe plastic deformation(SPD), the grain refinement of a Mg-9Gd-3Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy treated with decreasing temperature reciprocating upsetting-extrusion(RUE) and its influence on the mechanical properties and wear behavior of the alloy were studied. The RUE process was carried out for 4 passes in total, starting at 0 ℃ and decreasing by 10 ℃ for each pass. The results showed that as the number of RUE passes increased, the grain refinement effect was obvious, and the second phase in the alloy was evenly distributed. Room temperature tensile properties of the alloy and the deepening of the RUE degree showed a positive correlation trend, which was due to the grain refinement, uniform distribution of the second phase and texture weakening. And the microhardness of the alloy showed that the microhardness of RUE is the largest in 2 passes. The change in microhardness was the result of dynamic competition between the softening effect of DRX and the work hardening effect. In addition, the wear resistance of the alloy showed a positive correlation with the degree of RUE under low load conditions. When the applied load was higher, the wear resistance of the alloy treated with RUE decreased compared to the initial state alloy. This phenomenon was mainly due to the presence of oxidative wear on the surface of the alloy, which could balance the positive contribution of severe plastic deformation to wear resistance to a certain extent.
文摘Objectives To explore the relationship between acceptance of illness and quality of life(QOL),and factors associated with acceptance of illness among men who have sex with men(MSM)living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods Three hundred and one MSM were recruited from an HIV clinic between August and December 2018.The battery of measurements consisted of the Acceptance of Illness Scale,World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire for HIV brief version,HIV Cognitive Appraisal Scale and a self-designed questionnaire used to collect general information.Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationship between acceptance of illness and QOL.Univariate and multivariate ordinal logistic regression analyses were used to examine whether the general data(demographic and HIV-related clinical data)and HIV cognitive appraisal were associated with acceptance of illness levels.Results Descriptive analysis showed the acceptance level among MSM living with HIV was moderate(Mean=26.29,SD=5.28).Those with a better acceptance of illness had a better QOL(r=0.69,P<0.01).In the multivariate ordinal logistic regression model,education level,threat appraisals(OR:1.09;95%CI[1.06–1.13]),and controllability appraisals(OR:0.82;95%CI[0.71–0.94])were significantly associated with acceptance of illness.Conclusions Results showed acceptance level was moderate and had a positive correlation with QOL.High level of education,low threat appraisals and high controllability appraisals were related to high illness acceptance.This finding highlights the importance of focusing on HIV-infected MSM with low education and on their perceptions of threat and controllability about HIV-related issues when designing interventions to promote illness acceptance in this vulnerable population.
文摘Objective: To examine the trajectory of psychosomatic symptoms and to explore the impact of psychosomatic symptoms on setup error in patients undergoing breast cancer radiotherapy.Methods: A total of 102 patients with early breast cancer who received initial radiotherapy were consecutively recruited. The M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI) and three different anxiety scales, i.e., the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), and Anxiety Sensitivity Index(ASI), were used in this study. The radiotherapy setup errors were measured in millimetres by comparing the real-time isocratic verification film during radiotherapy with the digitally reconstructed radiograph(DRR). Patients completed the assessment at three time points: before the initial radiotherapy(T1), before the middle radiotherapy(T2), and before the last radiotherapy(T3).Results: The SAS and STAI-State scores of breast cancer patients at T1 were significantly higher than those at T2 and T3(F=24.44, P<0.001;F=30.25, P<0.001). The core symptoms of MDASI were positively correlated with anxiety severity. The setup errors of patients with high SAS scores were greater than those of patients with low anxiety levels at T1(Z=-2.01, P=0.044). We also found that higher SAS scores were associated with a higher risk of radiotherapy setup errors at T1(B=0.458, P<0.05).Conclusions: This study seeks to identify treatment-related psychosomatic symptoms and mitigate their impact on patients and treatment. Patients with early breast cancer experienced the highest level of anxiety before the initial radiotherapy, and then, anxiety levels declined. Patients with high somatic symptoms of anxiety may have a higher risk of radiotherapy setup errors.
文摘In this paper, we give a smoothing neural network algorithm for absolute value equations (AVE). By using smoothing function, we reformulate the AVE as a differentiable unconstrained optimization and we establish a steep descent method to solve it. We prove the stability and the equilibrium state of the neural network to be a solution of the AVE. The numerical tests show the efficient of the proposed algorithm.

文摘Probability-based diagnostic imaging(PDI)is one of the most well-known damage identification methods using guided waves.It is usually applied to diagnose damage in plates.The previous studies were dependent on the certain damage index(DI)which is always calculated from the guided wave signals.In conventional methods,DI is simply defined by comparing the real-time data with the baseline data as reference.However,the baseline signal is easily affected by varying environmental conditions of structures.In this paper,a reference-free diagnostic imaging method is developed to avoid the influence of environmental factors,such as temperature and load conditions.The DI is defined based on the mode conversion of multi-mode guided waves with realtime signals without baseline signals.To improve the accuracy of diagnosis,two terms are included in the reference-free DI.One is called energy DI,which is defined based on the feature of signal energy.The other is called correlation DI and is defined based on the correlation coefficient.Then the PDI algorithm can be carried out instantaneously according to the reference-free DI.The real-time signals which are used to calculate DI are collected by the piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate(PZT)transducers placed on both sides of a plate.The numerical simulations by the finite element(FE)method on aluminum plates with PZT arrays are performed to validate the effectiveness of the reference-free damage diagnostic imaging.The approach is validated by two different arrays:a circle network and a square network.The results of diagnostic imaging are demonstrated and discussed in this paper.Furthermore,the advantage of reference-free DI is investigated by comparing the accuracy of defined reference-free DI and energy DI.
文摘Objectives:Although effective antiretroviral therapy(ART)has been used for more than two decades,HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder remains prevalent.Thus,whether ART can improve neurocognitive impairment is controversial.This review aims to explore the effects of ART on cognitive impairment in people living with HIV(PLWH).Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in eight databases(PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,and WanFang)to identify studies that compare cognitive function between study groups who are administered and not administered ART.We searched for articles published up to April 2019.Article evaluation and data extraction were independently conducted by two reviewers.Results:Sixteen articles(6,694 participants)-14 cross-sectional studies and 2 cohort studies—were included in this meta-analysis.The cross-sectional studies demonstrated that ART group did not perform better than the non-ART group(OR=1.16;95%CI,1.03-1.30).However,the cohort studies reported a significant improvement in cognitive function at three months(OR=4.01;95%CI,2.35-6.85)and six months(OR=9.24;95%CI,1.71-49.96)after ART initiation compared with the baseline data.No significant cognitive improvement was found in participants younger than 55 years old,but the two crosssectional studies showed that ART may improve cognitive function in PLWH under 65 years old with poor physical condition and immune status.Conclusions:ART could improve cognitive function in PLWH with poor physical condition and immune status,but it does not considerably improve cognition in the entire PLWH population.

[ Method] On the basis of wetland self-purification capacity, Yanshan River water was purified by Xixi Wetland, and the feasibility of using treated Yanshan River water for urban greening and watering road was analyzed. [Result] Compared with direct utilization of tap water, it is more economic to recycle Yanshan River water purified by Xixi Wetland for urban greening and watering read, with obvious economic, ecological and social benefits, so it is an effective method to address shortage of water resources and is worth spreading. [ Conclusion] It is feasible to use Yanshan River water purified by Xixi Wetland for urban greening and watering read.
文摘This paper considers the computation of sparse solutions of the linear complementarity problems LCP(q, M). Mathematically, the underlying model is NP-hard in general. Thus an lp(0 p < 1) regularized minimization model is proposed for relaxation. We establish the equivalent unconstrained minimization reformation of the NCP-function. Based on the generalized Fiser-Burmeister function, a sequential smoothing spectral gradient method is proposed to solve the equivalent problem. Numerical results are given to show the efficiency of the proposed method.

Also,the paper mainly focuses on the topic of urbanrural relationship in China and argues the possibility of paradigm shift to achieve urban-rural integration. The traditional urbanization paradigm has city-oriented policy and always focuses on industrialization to promote urbanization,which leads to the village hollowing and many other sacrifices in rural areas. Thus,new shifting of the urban-rural integration is essential. The paper mentions the new planning from policy and spatial aspects appearing some ways to achieve the new paradigm shift in urban-rural integration.

文摘Background:Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is an acute inflammatory lung injury with a high mortality rate.However,previous ARDS prognostic scoring systems or predictors have been limited by complex formulas that are relatively expensive and inconvenient to obtain.Thus,this study aimed to explore the clinical significance of the blood lactate/serum albumin ratio(LAR)in assessing the prognosis of ARDS patients and compare it with other indicators related to 28-day mortality in ARDS patients.Methods:We conducted a single-center retrospective study involving patients who fulfilled the Berlin definition of ARDS between 2016 and 2021.Clinical data were collected from medical records within 24 hours after ARDS diagnosis.The LAR,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,and monocyteto-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)were calculated.The primary clinical outcome was 28-day mortality.The risk factors for 28-day mortality were determined using conditional logistic regression analysis.The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the area under the curve(AUC).Results:A total of 276 ARDS patients met the inclusion criteria and were divided into surviving and nonsurviving groups according to 28-day mortality.There were significant differences in the Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation II scores,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment scores,MLRs,and LARs between the surviving and nonsurviving groups.The AUC for the LAR was 0.790(P<0.001),whereas the AUCs for the Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation II score,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,and MLR were 0.584,0.599,0.524,and 0.587,respectively.After grouping according to an LAR optimal cutoff value of 0.07,28-day mortality was significantly higher in the high-LAR group than in the low-LAR group(47.18 vs.12.69,P<0.001).Conclusion:The LAR is an independent risk factor for 28-day mortality in ARDS patients and can be used to assess the severity of ARDS to a certain extent,making it superior to other commonly used indicators.
