Black phosphorus with a superior theoretical capacity(2596 mAh g^(-1))and high conductivity is regarded as one of the powerful candidates for lithium-ion battery(LIB)anode materials,whereas the severe volume expansion and sluggish kinetics still impede its applications in LIBs.By contrast,the exfoliated two-dimensional phosphorene owns negligible volume variation,and its intrinsic piezoelectricity is considered to be beneficial to the Li-ion transfer kinetics,while its positive influence has not been discussed yet.Herein,a phosphorene/MXene heterostructure-textured nanopiezocomposite is proposed with even phosphorene distribution and enhanced piezo-electrochemical coupling as an applicable free-standing asymmetric membrane electrode beyond the skin effect for enhanced Li-ion storage.The experimental and simulation analysis reveals that the embedded phosphorene nanosheets not only provide abundant active sites for Li-ions,but also endow the nanocomposite with favorable piezoelectricity,thus promoting the Li-ion transfer kinetics by generating the piezoelectric field serving as an extra accelerator.By waltzing with the MXene framework,the optimized electrode exhibits enhanced kinetics and stability,achieving stable cycling performances for 1,000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1),and delivering a high reversible capacity of 524 m Ah g^(-1)at-20℃,indicating the positive influence of the structural merits of self-assembled nanopiezocomposites on promoting stability and kinetics. 展开更多

The mechanism involved in the phase transformation process of pyrolusite (MnO_(2)) during roasting in a reducing atmosphere was systematically elucidated in this study,with the aim of effectively using low-grade complex manganese ore resources.According to single-factor experiment results,the roasted product with a divalent manganese (Mn^(2+)) distribution rate of 95.30% was obtained at a roasting time of 25 min,a roasting temperature of 700℃,a CO concentration of 20at%,and a total gas volume of 500 mL·min^(-1),in which the manganese was mainly in the form of manganosite (MnO).Scanning electron microscopy and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller theory demonstrated the microstructural evolution of the roasted product and the gradual reduction in the pyrolusite ore from the surface to the core Thermodynamic calculations,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and X-ray diffractometry analyses determined that the phase transformation of pyrolusite followed the order of MnO_(2)→Mn_(2)O_(3)→Mn_(3)O_(4)→MnO phase by phase,and the reduction of manganese oxides in each valence state proceeded simultaneously. 展开更多

Real-time,contact-free temperature monitoring of low to medium range(30℃-150℃)has been extensively used in industry and agriculture,which is usually realized by costly infrared temperature detection methods.This paper proposes an alternative approach of extracting temperature information in real time from the visible light images of the monitoring target using a convolutional neural network(CNN).A mean-square error of<1.119℃was reached in the temperature measurements of low to medium range using the CNN and the visible light images.Imaging angle and imaging distance do not affect the temperature detection using visible optical images by the CNN.Moreover,the CNN has a certain illuminance generalization ability capable of detection temperature information from the images which were collected under different illuminance and were not used for training.Compared to the conventional machine learning algorithms mentioned in the recent literatures,this real-time,contact-free temperature measurement approach that does not require any further image processing operations facilitates temperature monitoring applications in the industrial and civil fields. 展开更多

Anovel accuratemethod is proposed to solve a broad variety of linear and nonlinear(1+1)-dimensional and(2+1)-dimensional multi-term time-fractional partial differential equations with spatial operators of anisotropic diffusivity.For(1+1)-dimensional problems,analytical solutions that satisfy the boundary requirements are derived.Such solutions are numerically calculated using the trigonometric basis approximation for(2+1)-dimensional problems.With the aid of these analytical or numerical approximations,the original problems can be converted into the fractional ordinary differential equations,and solutions to the fractional ordinary differential equations are approximated by modified radial basis functions with time-dependent coefficients.An efficient backward substitution strategy that was previously provided for a single fractional ordinary differential equation is then used to solve the corresponding systems.The straightforward quasilinearization technique is applied to handle nonlinear issues.Numerical experiments demonstrate the suggested algorithm’s superior accuracy and efficiency. 展开更多

Due to the considerable depth of the salt layers and the lack of calibration by exploratory drilling,the interpretation of the Middle and Lower Cambrian salt formations in the central Tarim Basin poses a challenge.In this paper,we apply the coupling and decoupling deformation theory in salt tectonics to analyze the No.7 fault mapped in the seismic datasets by the response characteristics of the Middle and Lower Cambrian layers.By quantifying the stratigraphic framework of the Middle and Lower Cambrian strata,we define the position of the salt layer with the seismic data.Structural decoupling is observed in the Middle and Lower Cambrian sequences in the Shuntuoguole Low Uplift,while deformation coupling is observed in these two sequences in the Shaya Uplift. 展开更多

Background:Approximately 10%–30%of patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma(HL)experience relapse or refractory(R/R)disease after first-line standard therapy.Brentuximab vedotin(BV)and immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have important roles in the salvage treatment of R/R HL.However,subsequent treatment for HL refractory to BV and/or ICI treatment is challenging.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed patients in two institutions who had R/R HL,experienced BV or ICI treatment failure,and received radiotherapy(RT)thereafter.The overall response rate(ORR),duration of response(DOR),progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS)were analyzed.Results:Overall,19 patients were enrolled.First-line systemic therapy comprised doxorubicin,bleomycin,vinblastine,and dacarbazine(ABVD,84.2%);AVD plus ICIs(10.5%);and bleomycin,etoposide,doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,procarbazine,and prednisone(BEACOPP,5.3%).After first-line therapy,15(78.9%)and four patients(21.1%)had refractory disease and relapsed,respectively.After R/R HL diagnosis,six(31.6%),two(10.5%),and 11(57.9%)patients received BV and ICIs concurrently,BV monotherapy,and ICI monotherapy,respectively.All patients received intensity-modulated RT(n=12,63.2%)or volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT;n=7,36.8%).The ORR as well as the complete response(CR)rate was 100%;the median DOR to RT was 17.2 months(range,7.9–46.7 months).Two patients showed progression outside the radiation field;one patient had extensive in-field,out-of-field,nodal,and extranodal relapse.With a median follow-up time of 16.2 months(range,9.2–23.2 months),the 1-year PFS and OS were 84.4%and 100%,respectively.PFS was associated with extranodal involvement(P=0.019)and gross tumor volume(P=0.044).All patients tolerated RT well without adverse events of grade≥3.Conclusion:RT is effective and safe for treating HL refractory to BV or ICIs and has the potential to be part of a comprehensive strategy for HL. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT)and programmed cell death 1 inhibitors have shown potential in treating hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in retrospective studies.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of combining SBRT with sintilimab for patients with recurrent or oligometastatic HCC.METHODS This trial involved patients with recurrent or oligometastatic HCC intravenously treated with SBRT plus sintilimab every 3 wk for 12 mo or until disease progression.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).RESULTS Twenty-five patients were enrolled from August 14,2019,to August 23,2021.The median treatment duration was 10.2(range,0.7-14.6)months.SBRT was delivered at a median dose of 54(range,48-60)Gy in 6(range,6-10)fractions.The median follow-up time was 21.9(range,10.3-39.7)mo,and 32 targeted lesions among 25 patients were evaluated for treatment response according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1.The median PFS was 19.7 mo[95%confidence interval(CI):16.9-NA],with PFS rates of 68%(95%CI:52-89)and 45.3%(95%CI:28-73.4)at 12 and 24 mo,respectively.The median overall survival(OS)was not reached,with OS rates of 91.5%(95%CI:80.8-100.0)and 83.2%(95%CI:66.5-100.0)at 12 and 24 mo,respectively.The 1-and 2-year local control rate were 100%and 90.9%(95%CI:75.4%-100.0%),respectively.The confirmed objective response rate and disease control rate was 96%,and 96%,respectively.Most adverse events were graded as 1 or 2,and grade 3 adverse events were observed in three patients.CONCLUSION SBRT plus sintilimab is an effective,well-tolerated treatment regimen for patients with recurrent or oligometastatic HCC. 展开更多

The typical characteristics are capillary malformation(al... BACKGROUND Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome(KTS) is a congenital vascular malformation with a complicated etiology. It is sporadic and clinically rare in occurrence. The typical characteristics are capillary malformation(also known as port-wine stain),varicose veins and malformations, and bony and/or soft tissue hypertrophy with or without lymphatic malformation, which are known as the “classic clinical triad”. Herein, a rare case of KTS characterized by crossed-bilateral limb hypertrophy accompanied by intermittent hematochezia and hematuria is reported.CASE SUMMARY We described a 37-year-old female with KTS. She was admitted to our hospital owing to the gradual enlargement of the left lower extremity along with intermittent hematochezia and hematuria. The patient was diagnosed to have hemorrhoid bleeding by other hospitals and treated with conventional hemostatic drugs, but continued to have intermittent gastrointestinal bleeding and hematuria. Therefore, she visited our hospital to seek further treatment. During hospitalization, relevant imaging and laboratory examinations and colonoscopy were performed. In combination with the patient’s history and relevant examinations, we considered that the patient had a complex form of KTS. We recommended a combined diagnosis and treatment from the vascular, interventional,anorectal, and other departments, although she declined any further treatment for financial reasons.CONCLUSION The clinical manifestations of KTS are extensive and diverse and chiefly include the typical triad. However, Vascular malformations of KTS can also involve several parts and systems such as digestive and urogenital systems. Therefore, the atypical manifestations and rare complications necessitate the clinician’s attention and are not to be ignored. 展开更多

背景与目的目前检测非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)术后患者复发转移的方法均具有一定的滞后性及片面性。本研究总结分析了30例NSCLC患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cell,CTC)及成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(fi... 背景与目的目前检测非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)术后患者复发转移的方法均具有一定的滞后性及片面性。本研究总结分析了30例NSCLC患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cell,CTC)及成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(fibroblast growth factor receptor 1,FGFR1)表达情况与临床病理之间的关系,以期能够为肿瘤复发转移的检测提供新思路。方法分析北京协和医院胸外科2016年11月-2017年6月30例NSCLC患者临床资料及CTC检测数据并进行相关性分析。结果相关性数据分析可得,外周血CTC细胞阳性率与吸烟史相关(P=0.016),病理类型与CTC阳性率及FGFR1表达情况之间无明显关联(P=0.202,P=0.806),不同类型CTC细胞FGFR1表达情况并无明显差异(P=0.094)。结论 CTC阳性率与NSCLC患者吸烟史相关,不同病理类型NSCLC中CTC分类及FGFR1表达情况无明显差异,不同类型CTC之间FGFR1表达情况无明显差异。我们期待着更大样本量及纳入随访数据后可得出与CTC及FGFR1基因表达相关的更多具有临床应用意义的结论。 展开更多

背景与目的晚期非小细胞肺癌一二线治疗后进展,目前尚无标准的治疗方案,替吉奥作为安全低毒的第三代氟脲嘧啶衍生物,对肺癌具有一定疗效,本研究旨在探讨替吉奥在晚期三线及以上非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效。方法回顾性分析105例2014年1月-... 背景与目的晚期非小细胞肺癌一二线治疗后进展,目前尚无标准的治疗方案,替吉奥作为安全低毒的第三代氟脲嘧啶衍生物,对肺癌具有一定疗效,本研究旨在探讨替吉奥在晚期三线及以上非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效。方法回顾性分析105例2014年1月-2017年4月我院收治的使用替吉奥单药或联合方案治疗三线及以上晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,替吉奥使用方法:体表面积<1.25 m2,每日80 mg;1.25 m^2-1.5 m^2,每日100 mg;≥1.5 m^2,每日120 mg,分2次口服,连续使用1 d-14 d,21 d为1个周期。可联合铂类或其他第三代化疗药物。每周期根据实体瘤疗效评价标准(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors,RECIST)1.1标准评价近期疗效,采用Kaplan-Meier方法统计生存数据。结果替吉奥单药治疗42例,联合用药63例,中位治疗线数4(3-11),中位周期数2(1-14)。无完全缓解患者,部分缓解患者4例,疾病稳定患者34例,疾病进展患者67例。客观有效率3.81%,疾病控制率36.19%。中位无进展生存期1.90个月(95%CI:0.67-10.83),单药或联合治疗疗效相似(疾病控制率:28.56%vs 41.27%,P=0.185),肝转移患者预后更差(中位无进展生存期:1.40个月vs 1.93个月,P=0.042)。结论在晚期非小细胞肺癌患者三线及以上抗肿瘤治疗中,替吉奥具有一定疗效,联合用药不能进一步提高疗效,替吉奥单药可作为多程治疗后患者的选择之一。 展开更多

硒是重要的生命健康微量元素之一,土壤硒的空间异质性是造成各种病害和环境问题的主要原因。全球土壤硒分布不均匀,大部分属于低硒土壤,土壤硒含量平均值为0.4mg/kg,典型高硒地区土壤硒含量为346~2018mg/kg。准确分析土壤硒含量是开展... 硒是重要的生命健康微量元素之一,土壤硒的空间异质性是造成各种病害和环境问题的主要原因。全球土壤硒分布不均匀,大部分属于低硒土壤,土壤硒含量平均值为0.4mg/kg,典型高硒地区土壤硒含量为346~2018mg/kg。准确分析土壤硒含量是开展土壤硒研究的基础,土壤样品来源特征和硒存在形式是土壤硒分析测试方法的选择依据,合理使用标准物质能够有效监控分析质量。本文阐述了土壤硒的主要来源、分布特征和存在形式,总结了近年来土壤硒形态提取方法、硒含量分析技术研究进展和土壤硒标准物质研制现状。指出当前对硒迁移转化机理研究尚不完善,分步提取态的提出为研究土壤硒形态分布和迁移转化提供了新途径,但因未能完全解决提取专一性和提取过程中硒形态转化的问题,该方法仍在进一步发展。光谱技术尤其是原子荧光光谱是中国分析土壤硒含量的主流方法;高精密度、低检出限的质谱技术,以及具备原位形态分析能力的同步辐射X射线技术,在超痕量分析和形态分析领域具有显著优势。针对当前具有硒含量定值的土壤标准物质能覆盖的土壤基体和硒含量的范围有限,本文提出有待加强研制具备硒梯度含量变化和硒形态含量定值的系列标准物质,以满足分析质量监控需求。 展开更多

Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously.Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians,pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. Moreover, it has prepared NGS criteria, the sequencing standard operation procedure(SOP), data analysis, report, and NGS platform certification and validation. 展开更多

Patterns of human-wildlife conflict and compensation practices around Daxueshan Nature Reserve, China 被引量:6

Understanding the spatial patterns of human-wildlife conflict is essential to inform management decisions to encourage coexistence, but it is constrained by the lack of spatially-explicit data. We collected spatially-implicit data of human-wildlife conflicts from 2009-2015 around Daxueshan Nature Reserve, Yunnan, China, and investigated the patterns and drivers of these conflicts. A questionnaire was also designed to capture local resident attitudes toward insurance-based compensation for the losses caused by targeted wildlife. We found that the Asiatic black bear (Ursus thibetanus) was the most conflict-prone animal around the reserve, followed by the rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) and Southeast Asian sambar (Cervus equinus). Conflicts were unevenly distributed among seasons, villages, and communities, with several grids identified as conflict hotspots. Poisson models revealed that human-bear conflicts were negatively related to distance to the reserve and proportion of forest, but positively correlated to the proportion of cropland. Binomial models showed that communities affected by crop depredation were positively correlated with the proportion of cropland and negatively correlated with distance to the reserve, whereas communities affected by livestock depredation were negatively correlated with the proportion of cropland. The insurance-based scheme has compensated over 90% of losses, to the satisfaction of 90.6% of respondents. Our results suggest that human-bear conflict could be potentially reduced by eliminating food crops near the reserve boundary and livestock grazing at conflict hotspots.In addition, the insurance-based scheme could be replicated at a broader scale with improvement in loss assessment. 展开更多

The effect of cold rolling reduction(50%-90%)on the grain structures of solutionized 1445 Al-Li alloy sheet at525-575 ℃ was investigated through electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD).Although the solutionization temperature is elevated to 575 ℃,the sheet is not completely recrystallized.The main recrystallization model is subgrain coalescence and growth,and the non-recrystallization is due to the formed nano-sized Al3(Sc,Zr)dispersoids,which pin the grain boundaries,subgrain boundaries and dislocations.With increasing the cold rolling reduction,the fraction and size of the recrystallized grains in the sheet solutionized at525 ℃ are decreased,but the fraction of the subgrains is increased,leading to a decrease in the fraction of the deformed structures.Meanwhile,the number fraction of high-angle boundaries(HABs)is increased.Due to the decreased fraction of the deformed structures and increased fraction of the HABs,the T8-aged 1445 Al-Li alloy sheet displays a decrease trend in the strength and heterogeneity with increasing the cold rolling reduction.At higher solutionization temperature of 575 ℃,the fraction of the recrystallized grains and their size are obviously increased. 展开更多

Hybrid membranes combining the merits of both polymer matrices and fillers have drawn extensive attention. The rational design of polymer–filler interface in hybrid membranes is vitally important for reducing the occurrence of void defects. Herein, imine-type covalent organic frameworks(COFs) were selected as the fillers due to their totally organic nature and multi-functionalities. Mussel-inspired dopamine-modified sodium alginate(Alg DA) was synthesized as the polymer matrix. The dopamine modification significantly improves the Alg DA–COF compatibility,which enhances the COF content up to 50 wt% in the hybrid membranes. The improved interfacial compatibility enhances the membrane separation selectivity. Accordingly, when utilized for dehydration of ethanol/water mixed solution(water concentration of 10 wt%), the hybrid membrane reveals high water concentration of ~98.7 wt% in permeate, and stable permeation flux larger than 1500 g·m-2·h-1. This work might afford useful insights for fabricating hybrid membranes with high separation selectivity by optimizing the polymer–filler interface. 展开更多

AIM: To find out potential serum hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)-associated proteins with low molecular weight and low abundance 13y SELDI-based serum protein spectra analysis, that will have much application in the diagnosis or differentiated diagnosis of HCC, as well as giving a better understanding of the mechanism of hepato-card nogenesis.METHODS: Total serum samples were collected with informed consent from 81 HCC patients with HBV(+)/ cirrhosis(+), 36 cirrhosis patients and 43 chronic hepatitis B patients. Serum protein fingerprint profiles were first generated by selected WCX2 protein chip capture integrating with SELDI-TOF-MS, then normalized and aligned by Ciphergen SELDI Software 3.1.1 with Biomarker Wizard..Comparative analysis of the intensity of corresponding protein fingerprint peaks in normalized protein spectra, some protein peaks with significant difference between H.CC and cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B were found.RESULTS: One hundred and twenty-eight serum protein peaks betweeri.2000 and 30000Da were identified under the condition of signal-to-noise 〉 5 and minimum threshold for cluster 〉 20%. Eighty-seven of these proteins were showed significant differences in intensity between HCC and cirrhosis (P 〈 0.05). Of the above differential proteins, 45 proteins had changes greater than two-fold, including 15 upregulated proteins and 30 downregulated proteins i.n HCC serum. Between HCC and chronic hepatitis B, 9 of 52 differential proteins (P 〈 0.05) had intensities of more than two-fold, including 2 upregulated proteins and 7 downregulated proteins in HCC serum. Between cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis B, 28 of 79 significant differential proteins (P 〈 0.05) changes greater than two-fold in intensity, including 17 upregulated proteins and 11 downregulated proteins in cirrhosis serum. For the analysis of these leading differential proteins in subtraction difference mode among three diseases, the five common downregulated proteins in HCC serum (M/Z 2870, 3941, 2688, 3165, 5483) and two common upregulated proteins (M/Z 3588, 2017) in HCC and cirrhosis serum were screened.CONCLUSION: Because the interference of unspecific secreted proteins from hepatitis B and cirrhosis could be eliminated partly in HCC serum under subtraction difference analysis, these seven common differential proteins have the obvious advantage of specificity for evaluating the pathological state of HCC and might become novel candidate biomarkers in the diagnosis of HCC. 展开更多
