含醚键双二氮杂萘酮结构聚芳醚腈砜的合成与性能

文中以含醚键双二氮杂萘酮结构化合物4,4’-双(氧基(1,4-苯撑))-双二氮杂萘-1(2H)酮-二苯醚(OBDHPZ)为类双酚单体,与4,4’-二氟二苯砜(DFS)和2,6’-二氟苯腈(DFBN)进行高温溶液缩聚反应,通过调节聚合物分子主链中砜基和氰基等的含量,合... 文中以含醚键双二氮杂萘酮结构化合物4,4’-双(氧基(1,4-苯撑))-双二氮杂萘-1(2H)酮-二苯醚(OBDHPZ)为类双酚单体,与4,4’-二氟二苯砜(DFS)和2,6’-二氟苯腈(DFBN)进行高温溶液缩聚反应,通过调节聚合物分子主链中砜基和氰基等的含量,合成了一系列不同腈砜比的含醚键双二氮杂萘酮联苯结构聚芳醚腈砜树脂(PBPENS),其N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶液在25℃的特性黏度为0.63~0.90 dL/g。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和广角X射线衍射仪表征了所合成聚芳醚腈砜的结构;通过差示扫描量热仪和热失重分析仪分析了该类聚芳醚腈砜的热性能,聚合物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)在322~325℃,5%热失重温度(Td5%)在485~500℃。该类聚合物在常温时可溶解于NMP、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、氯仿等极性非质子有机溶剂;采用溶液浇筑法制备了含醚键双二氮杂萘酮结构聚芳醚腈砜薄膜,薄膜的拉伸强度可以达到56~65 MPa。 展开更多

Understanding the vertical distribution of ozone is crucial when assessing both its horizontal and vertical transport,as well as when analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the atmosphere.One of the most effective ways to obtain high spatial resolution ozone profiles is through satellite observations.The Environmental Trace Gases Monitoring Instrument(EMI)deployed on the Gaofen-5 satellite is the first Chinese ultraviolet-visible hyperspectral spectrometer.However,retrieving ozone profiles using backscattered radiance values measured by the EMI is challenging due to unavailable measurement errors and a low signal-to-noise ratio.The algorithm developed for the Tropospheric Monitoring Instrument did not allow us to retrieve 87%of the EMI pixels.Therefore,we developed an algorithm specific to the characteristics of the EMI.The fitting residuals are smaller than 0.3%in most regions.The retrieved ozone profiles were in good agreement with ozonesonde data,with maximum mean biases of 20%at five latitude bands.By applying EMI averaging kernels to the ozonesonde profiles,the integrated stratospheric column ozone and tropospheric column ozone also showed excellent agreement with ozonesonde data,The lower layers(0-7.5 km)of the EMI ozone profiles reflected the seasonal variation in surface ozone derived from the China National Environmental Monitoring Center(CNEMC).However,the upper layers(9.7-16.7 km)of the ozone profiles show different trends,with the ozone peak occurring at an altitude of 9.7-16.7 km in March,2019.A stratospheric intrusion event in central China from August 11 to 15,2019,is captured using the EMI ozone profiles,potential vorticity data,and relative humidity data.The increase in the CNEMC ozone co ncentration showed that downward transport enhanced surface ozone pollution. 展开更多

The effects of various factors on spontaneous imbibition in tight oil reservoirs

Slickwater fracturing fluids have gained widespread application in the development of tight oil reservoirs. After the fracturing process, the active components present in slickwater can directly induce spontaneous imbibition within the reservoir. Several variables influence the eventual recovery rate within this procedure, including slickwater composition, formation temperature, degree of reservoir fracture development, and the reservoir characteristics. Nonetheless, the underlying mechanisms governing these influences remain relatively understudied. In this investigation, using the Chang-7 block of the Changqing Oilfield as the study site, we employ EM-30 slickwater fracturing fluid to explore the effects of the drag-reducing agent concentration, imbibition temperature, core permeability, and core fracture development on spontaneous imbibition. An elevated drag-reducing agent concentration is observed to diminish the degree of medium and small pore utilization. Furthermore, higher temperatures and an augmented permeability enhance the fluid flow properties, thereby contributing to an increased utilization rate across all pore sizes. Reduced fracture development results in a lower fluid utilization across diverse pore types. This study deepens our understanding of the pivotal factors affecting spontaneous imbibition in tight reservoirs following fracturing. The findings act as theoretical, technical, and scientific foundations for optimizing fracturing strategies in tight oil reservoir transformations. 展开更多

Preventive effects of Bifidobacterium lactis Probio-M8 on ovalbumin-induced food allergy in mice

Food allergy is a significant public health concern globally.Certain probiotics have been found to enhance food allergy by regulating immune-microbe interactions in animal models and patients.However,the effects of Bifidobacterium lactis Probio-M8 on food allergy have not been thoroughly investigated.The present study examined the anti-allergic properties of Probio-M8,particularly in relation to immune response and gut microbiota composition.Results demonstrate that oral administration of Probio-M8 effectively mitigated the allergy symptoms triggered by ovalbumin(OVA)by ameliorating the morphological damage in the jejunum,reducing OVA-specific IgE and histamine levels in the serum,and suppressing Th2 cytokines(interleukin(IL)4 and IL-13)while increasing Th1 cytokines(interferon(IFN)γ)and regulatory T(Treg)cytokines(IL-10 and transforming growth factor(TGF)β1)in the culture supernatants of splenic cells.Furthermore,Probio-M8 effectively altered the diversity and composition of gut microbiota,particularly the relative abundances of Akkermansia_muciniphila in OVA-induced mice.Compared to the OVA group,the Probio-M8 group showed a decrease in the relative abundance of Akkermansia_muciniphila.In conclusion,Probio-M8 demonstrates the potential to alleviate food allergy by regulating the Th1/Th2 response and modulating gut microbiota,thereby offering a novel therapeutic strategy for patients with food allergy. 展开更多

Ground-based arrays of imaging atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes(IACTs)are the most sensitiveγ-ray detectors for energies of approximately 100 Ge V and above.One such IACT is the High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation(HADAR)experiment,which uses a large aperture refractive water lens system to capture atmospheric Cherenkov photons(i.e.,the imaging atmospheric Cherenkov technique).The telescope array has a low threshold energy and large field of view,and can continuously scan the area of the sky being observed,which is conducive to monitoring and promptly responding to transient phenomena.The process ofγ-hadron separation is essential in very-high-energy(>30 Ge V)γ-ray astronomy and is a key factor for the successful utilization of IACTs.In this study,Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to model the response of cosmic rays within the HADAR detectors.By analyzing the Hillas parameters and the distance between the event core and the telescope,the distinction between air showers initiated byγ-rays and those initiated by cosmic rays was determined.Additionally,a Quality Factor was introduced to assess the telescope’s ability to suppress the background and to provide a more effective characterization of its performance. 展开更多

目的探讨Fas相关死亡结构域(FADD)基因对宫颈癌细胞凋亡和侵袭及NF-κB信号通路的影响。方法qRT-PCR检测60例宫颈鳞癌患者的癌组织及配对癌旁组织,人宫颈鳞癌细胞系SiHa及人宫颈上皮永生化细胞系H8中FADD mRNA水平。将SiHa细胞分为对照... 目的探讨Fas相关死亡结构域(FADD)基因对宫颈癌细胞凋亡和侵袭及NF-κB信号通路的影响。方法qRT-PCR检测60例宫颈鳞癌患者的癌组织及配对癌旁组织,人宫颈鳞癌细胞系SiHa及人宫颈上皮永生化细胞系H8中FADD mRNA水平。将SiHa细胞分为对照组、NC-sh组、FADD-sh组、NC-OE组和FADD-OE组。对照组SiHa细胞正常培养,不进行转染;NC-sh组、FADD-sh组、NC-OE组和FADD-OE组SiHa细胞分别使用Lipofectamine 2000试剂转染shRNA慢病毒阴性对照(NC-sh)、FADD shRNA慢病毒(FADD-sh)、过表达慢病毒阴性对照(NC-OE)和FADD过表达慢病毒(FADD-OE)。通过MTT法和集落形成实验检测细胞增殖。通过AnnexinⅤ-FITC/PI双染色法检测细胞凋亡。通过Transwell检测细胞侵袭。通过qRT-PCR检测FADD mRNA水平。通过Western blot检测cleaved Caspase-3、cleaved Caspase-8、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)2、MMP9、核因子(NF)-κB p65和p-NF-κB p65的表达水平。结果与配对癌旁组织相比,宫颈鳞癌组织中FADD mRNA水平降低(t=29.333,P<0.001)。与H8细胞相比,SiHa细胞中FADD mRNA水平降低(t=27.219,P<0.001)。与Ⅰ-Ⅱ期相比,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者癌组织中FADD mRNA水平降低(t=7.727,P<0.001)。与淋巴结未转移患者相比,淋巴结转移患者癌组织中FADD mRNA水平降低(t=7.618,P<0.001)。与NC-sh组比较,FADD-sh组细胞的FADD mRNA和蛋白相对表达量降低(P<0.05),相对细胞活力和集落数量升高(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率、cleaved Caspase-3和cleaved Caspase-8蛋白相对表达量降低(P<0.05),侵袭细胞数量、MMP2和MMP9蛋白相对表达量升高(P<0.05),NF-κB p65相对磷酸化水平升高(P<0.05)。与NC-OE组比较,FADD-OE组细胞的FADD mRNA和蛋白相对表达量升高(P<0.05),相对细胞活力和集落数量降低(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率、cleaved Caspase-3和cleaved Caspase-8蛋白相对表达量升高(P<0.05),侵袭细胞数量、MMP2和MMP9蛋白相对表达量降低(P<0.05),NF-κB p65相对磷酸化水平降低(P<0.05)。对照组、NC-sh组和NC-OE组上述指标均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FADD在宫颈癌中下调,并且与TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,宫颈癌中FADD的表达缺失可能通过激活NF-κB信号通路抑制癌细胞的凋亡并促进侵袭。 展开更多

面对全球能源短缺和环境污染等问题,发展绿色、可持续的能源来替代传统的化石能源成为迫切需求.太阳能作为一种清洁可再生能源,其有效转化与利用受到了广泛关注.光催化将太阳能转化为化学能,其核心是新型高效的光催化材料.金属有机框架... 面对全球能源短缺和环境污染等问题,发展绿色、可持续的能源来替代传统的化石能源成为迫切需求.太阳能作为一种清洁可再生能源,其有效转化与利用受到了广泛关注.光催化将太阳能转化为化学能,其核心是新型高效的光催化材料.金属有机框架材料(MOFs),是一类由金属或金属节点与多齿有机配体相互连接而成的微介孔材料,具有独特的组成结构和特性,有望成为有应用前景的光催化材料.目前已有一些关于MOFs基光催化的综述,但考虑到该领域在过去几年迅速发展,为了研发高效的MOFs基光催化材料,非常有必要对已经报道的用于提高MOFs基光催化剂性能的策略进行总结.本综述重点总结了已报道的通过调控MOFs基材料的组成和结构的策略来提升其光催化性能的最新研究进展.首先,简要介绍了MOFs基材料的结构特点及其在光催化领域应用的优势,阐述了MOFs基材料光催化的基本原理,提出了影响其光催化性能的关键因素,包括光吸收能力、光生载流子的分离和迁移以及催化活性位点.其次,阐明不同结构调控策略通过优化关键因素进而提高光催化性能的原理,具体包括MOFs基材料中金属掺杂、配体功能化、超薄二维材料构筑以及缺陷工程策略.然后,通过总结典型案例,详细讨论了上述策略如何通过调控MOFs基材料的组成和结构来优化关键因素,从而提高MOFs基材料的光催化性能.最后,针对MOFs基材料光催化所面临的机遇、挑战及其发展趋势提出展望:(1)影响MOFs基光催化剂效率的因素是多方面的,因此将不同策略相结合有利于更好地提高MOFs基光催化剂的性能.除了本文总结的四种构筑策略,最近其它一些关于提升MOFs基材料光催化性能的结构调控策略也有零星报道,如微环境调控、晶面工程等,也值得进一步关注.(2)与无机半导体光催化剂相比,MOFs基材料的结构稳定性较差,因此应特别注意其在光催化条件下的稳定性,特别是MOFs基材料在水中的反应体系.(3)先进原位表征技术的发展和理论研究的深化对于高效MOF基光催化系统的设计及机理研究至关重要.(4)MOFs基材料的多功能性可以使其作为光诱导一锅多步反应的多功能催化材料,应大力开展研究.综上,本文系统地总结了通过调控MOFs基材料的组成和结构从而达到提升其光催化性能的不同策略,并就MOFs基材料光催化所面临的机遇、挑战及其发展趋势提出展望.希望本文能够为深入了解MOFs基光催化体系中组成-结构-性能关系以及从原子水平来设计研发高效的MOFs基光催化剂提供参考. 展开更多

为深入了解该城市不同功能区道路灰尘中重金属的污染行为和污染源,该研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定了焦作市住宅区、文教区、商业区和工业区4个功能区道路灰尘中重金属Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Pb的含量,并用直接测汞仪(D... 为深入了解该城市不同功能区道路灰尘中重金属的污染行为和污染源,该研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定了焦作市住宅区、文教区、商业区和工业区4个功能区道路灰尘中重金属Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Pb的含量,并用直接测汞仪(DMA-80)测定4个功能区道路灰尘中Hg的含量。采用地累积指数法和潜在生态风险指数法评价重金属污染水平和潜在风险,进一步用正定矩阵因子分解法研究其污染源。结果表明,灰尘中不同重金属的平均含量分别为142.96、60.32、63.02、288.48、45.71、3.89、129.68和1.84mg/kg,分别是河南省土壤背景值的2.26、2.20、3.15、4.62、4.66、59.85、5.82、73.60倍。各功能区的重金属含量存在显著差异性,工业区明显高于住宅区、文教区和商业区。根据地累积指数I_(geo)值大小,焦作市道路灰尘中重金属的整体污染水平为Hg>Cd>Pb>Zn>As>Cu>Ni>Cr,Cd和Hg的污染程度远高于其他元素,达到极强污染程度。不同功能区灰尘中重金属综合潜在生态风险指数RI依次为工业区>商业区>文教区>住宅区,均已达到极强生态风险。PMF模型解析道路灰尘有4个污染源:工业生产、交通运输、复杂生活源和干湿沉降,其贡献率分别为33.61%、23.48%、27.80%和15.11%。 展开更多

目的探究安神补脑胶囊结合针刺对原发性失眠(心神不宁型)的临床研究。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月收治的124例原发性失眠患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法分为观察组(n=64)与对照组(n=60),对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上结合安神... 目的探究安神补脑胶囊结合针刺对原发性失眠(心神不宁型)的临床研究。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月收治的124例原发性失眠患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法分为观察组(n=64)与对照组(n=60),对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上结合安神补脑胶囊治疗。采用阿森斯量表(Athens Insomnia Scale,AIS)、生活质量评分(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)量表、失眠严重指数量表(The insomnia severity index,ISI)记录两组患者治疗前后水平。观察组两组患者治疗前后血清指标肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、γ-氨基丁酸(γaminobutyric acid,GABA)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)、核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)含量水平变化。观察两组患者临床疗效和中医症候积分。结果两组患者治疗前入睡时间、白天情绪、白天身体功能、夜间苏醒、总睡眠时间、总睡眠质量、白天思睡评分、比期望的时间早醒评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组入睡时间、白天情绪、白天身体功能、夜间苏醒、总睡眠时间、总睡眠质量、白天思睡评分、比期望的时间早醒评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前生理功能、身体疼痛、角色限制、总体健康、社会功能、活力、精神健康、情感职能无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组生理功能、身体疼痛、角色限制、总体健康、社会功能、活力、精神健康、情感职能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前ISI、中医症候积分无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组ISI、中医症候积分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前TNF-α、NF-κB、GABA和5-HT水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组TNF-α、NF-κB水平较对照组显著降低,且GABA和5-HT水平较对照组显著升高(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.75%显著高于对照组81.67%(χ^(2)=4.252,P=0.039)。结论安神补脑胶囊结合针刺能有效改善血清因子水平,提升睡眠质量、提高临床疗效和生活质量。 展开更多

半导体光催化作为一种绿色可持续方法受到研究者的广泛关注.由于理论模型与实际催化剂存在较大差异,探究活性位点与光催化性能之间的关系一直是一个悬而未决的问题,需要寻找一种合适的材料深入了解该关系.超薄二维纳米材料因其活性位点... 半导体光催化作为一种绿色可持续方法受到研究者的广泛关注.由于理论模型与实际催化剂存在较大差异,探究活性位点与光催化性能之间的关系一直是一个悬而未决的问题,需要寻找一种合适的材料深入了解该关系.超薄二维纳米材料因其活性位点占比较高,且活性位点种类相对简单而被认为是一种理想的模型.串联催化反应可以在单一体系中进行多步反应,避免了相对复杂的中间体分离和纯化,具有较大的经济和环保效益.在该过程中,独立的活性位点在不同的催化反应中起着重要的作用.目前已有一些关于光催化串联反应的研究报道,基于光催化过程,一般通过电子空穴分离效率或基于半导体价带理论来揭示,而活性位点与光催化性能之间的相互作用仍有待进一步研究.本文制备了两种不同厚度(1.4和4.0 nm)的超薄ZnTi-LDH纳米片用于光催化串联反应合成N-亚苄基苯胺,研究了该体系中的活性位点-催化性能的相互关系.X射线光电子能谱、红外光谱(FTIR)和电子自旋共振结果表明,减小ZnTi-LDH纳米片的厚度,可以暴露出更多的表面羟基和氧空位缺陷,形成配位不饱和Ti位点.紫外-可见光漫反射光谱和原位吸附FTIR光谱结果表明,在ZnTi-LDH纳米片上两种反应物(苯甲醇和硝基苯)能有效地化学吸附并活化.其中苯甲醇分子通过C-O···Ti的配位方式吸附并活化在配位不饱和Ti位点(L酸位点)上,而硝基苯分子以N-O···H-O的配位方式吸附并活化表面羟基的氢位点(B酸位点)上.在该体系中,光生空穴和光生电子能被有效利用,分别促进了苯甲醇选择性氧化为苯甲醛和硝基苯选择性还原为苯胺.阻抗和光电流实验结果表明,ZnTi-LDH纳米片厚度越薄,越有利于提高光生电子-空穴对的分离效率.由于其厚度的减小形成了氧空位,而氧空位作为电子的捕获中心,促进了光生电子-空穴对的分离.更薄的ZnTi-LDH纳米片具有更多的活性位点,不仅有利于反应物的活化,也有利于光生载流子的分离.因此,较薄的ZnTi-LDH纳米片实现了100%的高转化率和96%的高选择性.从分子水平上提出了该串联反应体系中分子活化协同光催化的机理.本文不仅为串联反应开发了具有独立活性位点的双功能催化剂,而且通过从分子水平上研究活性位点与催化性能之间的相互作用,对光催化机理提供了深入的认识. 展开更多

Atmospheric chemistry research has been growing rapidly in China in the last 25 years since the concept of the“air pollution complex”was first proposed by Professor Xiaoyan TANG in 1997.For papers published in 2021 ... Atmospheric chemistry research has been growing rapidly in China in the last 25 years since the concept of the“air pollution complex”was first proposed by Professor Xiaoyan TANG in 1997.For papers published in 2021 on air pollution(only papers included in the Web of Science Core Collection database were considered),more than 24000 papers were authored or co-authored by scientists working in China.In this paper,we review a limited number of representative and significant studies on atmospheric chemistry in China in the last few years,including studies on(1)sources and emission inventories,(2)atmospheric chemical processes,(3)interactions of air pollution with meteorology,weather and climate,(4)interactions between the biosphere and atmosphere,and(5)data assimilation.The intention was not to provide a complete review of all progress made in the last few years,but rather to serve as a starting point for learning more about atmospheric chemistry research in China.The advances reviewed in this paper have enabled a theoretical framework for the air pollution complex to be established,provided robust scientific support to highly successful air pollution control policies in China,and created great opportunities in education,training,and career development for many graduate students and young scientists.This paper further highlights that developing and low-income countries that are heavily affected by air pollution can benefit from these research advances,whilst at the same time acknowledging that many challenges and opportunities still remain in atmospheric chemistry research in China,to hopefully be addressed over the next few decades. 展开更多

Perovskite crystal facets greatly impact the performance and stability of their corresponding photovoltaic devices.Compared to the(001)facet,the(011)facet yields better photoelectric properties,including higher conductivity and enhanced charge carrier mobility.Thus,achieving(011)facet-exposed films is a promising way to improve device performance.However,the growth of(011)facets is energetically unfavorable in FAPbI_(3) perovskites due to the influence of methylammonium chloride additive.Here,1-butyl-4-methylpyridinium chloride([4MBP]Cl)was used to expose(011)facets.The[4MBP]^(+)cation selectively decreases the surface energy of the(011)facet enabling the growth of the(011)plane.The[4MBP]^(+)cation causes the perovskite nuclei to rotate by 45°such that(011)crystal facets stack along the out-of-plane direction.The(011)facet has excellent charge transport properties and can achieve better-matched energy level alignment.In addition,[4MBP]Cl increases the activation energy barrier for ion migration,suppressing decomposition of the perovskite.As a result,a small-size device(0.06 cm2)and a module(29.0 cm2)based on exposure of the(011)facet achieved power conversion efficiencies of 25.24%and 21.12%,respectively. 展开更多

Hypoxia has become an unfavorable factor affecting the sustainable development of the large yellow croaker Larimichthys crocea,an economically important mariculture fish in China.Apoptosis is a consequence of hypoxia on fish.However,the effects of hypoxia stress on apoptosis in L.crocea remain largely unknown.We investigated the effect of environmental hypoxia on apoptosis in L.crocea.Results show that hypoxia induced apoptosis in L.crocea both in vivo and in vitro.The mitochondrial membrane potential was significantly reduced in large yellow croaker fry(LYCF)cells.The expression levels of Bcell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2)m RNA and protein were also significantly decreased in the liver and LYCF cells during 96 h and 48 h of hypoxia stress,respectively,whereas the expression level of Bcl-2 associated X(Bax)mRNA,Casp3 mRNA,and activity of caspase-3/7/9 were significantly increased,indicating that hypoxia induced caspase-dependent intrinsic apoptosis in L.crocea.The expression level of the apoptosis-inducing factor(AIF)protein was significantly increased in the liver and LYCF cells.The level of AIF protein was significantly decreased in the cytoplasm but increased in the nuclei of L.crocea,demonstrating that hypoxia induced the AIF-mediated caspase-independent intrinsic apoptosis.In addition,the activity of caspase-8 was significantly increased,indicating that hypoxia stress induced extrinsic apoptosis in L.crocea.Therefore,hypoxia induced apoptosis in L.crocea through both the intrinsic and extrinsic pathways.The present study accumulated basic biological information to help elucidate the mechanism of hypoxia response in marine fish. 展开更多

Berry texture is a noteworthy economic trait for grape;however,the genetic bases and the complex gene expression and regulatory mechanism for the diverse changes in berry texture are still poorly understood.In this study,the results suggest that it is difficult to obtain high-mesocarp firmness(MesF)and high-pericarp puncture hardness(PPH)grape cultivars with high pericarp brittleness(PerB).The high-density linkage map was constructed using whole-genome resequencing based on 151 F1 individuals originating from intraspecific hybridization between the firm-flesh cultivar‘Red Globe’and soft-flesh cultivar‘Muscat Hamburg’.The total length of the consensus map was 1613.17 cM,with a mean genetic distance between adjacent bin markers of 0.59 cM.Twenty-seven quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for berry MesF,PPH,and PerB were identified in linkage groups(LGs)1,3,4,6,8,9,10,11,14,16,and 17,including twelve QTLs that were firstly detected in LGs 6,11,and 14.Fourteen promising candidate genes were identified from the stable QTL regions in LGs 10,11,14,and 17.In particular,VvWARK2 and VvWARK8 refer to chromosome 17 and are two promising candidate genes for MesF and PPH,as the VvWARK8 gene may increase pectin residue binding with WARK for high berry firmness maintenance and the allele for VvWARK2 carrying the‘CC’and‘GA’genotypes at Chr17:1836764 and Chr17:1836770 may be associated with non-hard texture grape cultivars.In addition,real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)verification revealed that the promising candidate transcription factor genes VvMYB4-like,VvERF113,VvWRKY31,VvWRKY1,and VvNAC83 may regulate cell wall metabolism candidate gene expression for grape berry texture changes. 展开更多
