Research Progress of Case Management and Evaluation of Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetes by Out-Patient Nurses

Diabetes is the world’s third largest threat to people’s health. In China, the incidence of diabetes is on the rise, the cure rate of diabetes is low, patients with complications are more, and diabetes patients bring a heavy economic burden to the family and society. Compared with developed countries, China still has a big gap in terms of diabetes care, education and management, and even less long-term follow-up of diabetes education and management results. Therefore, the management of diabetic patients should not only stay in the intervention during hospitalization, but also extend to the outside of the hospital. Only by implementing the whole-process nursing case management integrating hospitalization-family/community-outpatient, can diabetic patients better control blood glucose, delay or prevent the occurrence of chronic complications, and improve their quality of life. The nursing work method of case management is adopted to carry out personalized assessment for diabetes patients, design the process of initial outpatient consultation, content and process of follow-up consultation for nurses, and implement personalized guidance. The diabetic complications should be screened regularly, diabetes management should be standardized, self-care ability and behavior compliance of treatment and nursing of diabetic patients should be improved, and comprehensive whole-process nursing management should be provided for every diabetic patient, so as to improve the quality of life of patients and truly benefit diabetic patients.

Research Progress on Self-Care Ability of Hemodialysis Patients

Good self-management can help hemodialysis patients improve their quality of life and survival rate. This article reviews the status quo of self-care ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients, the influencing factors of self-care ability and the intervention measures. To improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients, coordinated nursing intervention, self-efficacy intervention, psychological intervention and health education were proposed. To provide a reference for the self-management of hemodialysis patients.

Correlation of BDNF Gene Polymorphism and Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective: To investigate the correlation between recurrent spontaneous abortion patients and brain derived neurotrophic factor BDNF gene polymorphism and the mechanism of BDNF and recurrent spontaneous abortion under stress state in order to provide theoretical basis for nursing psychological intervention of patients with recurrent abortion. Methods: Medical coping Questionnaire (MCMO) and post-traumatic stress Diagnostic Scale (POST-traumatic stress Scale) were adopted Dissorder (PTSD) (PCL-c) scale was used to diagnose the psychological stress of recurrent spontaneous abortion in our hospital, and the BDNF gene polymorphism and the correlation factors of METHYLation in BDNF promoter region were studied in 30 cases (control group) and normal control group. Results: The MCMQ score of the case group and the control group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P Conclusion: There are significant differences in PTSD between the case group and the control group, which are related to methylation in the PROMOTER region of BDNF and SNP g-712A of BDNF gene. AG patients in the case group are more susceptible to anxiety and depression, and GG PTSD is more severe in the case group. BDNF promoter methylation and G-712A were independent risk factors for PTSD in the case group.

Discussion of Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and Psychological Health of Tourism Area Residents

In the ongoing construction of an international tourism island in Hainan, China, the research on the mental health of the residents in the tourism destination is one of the main contents of the research on tourism development. Tourism area is the cell of Hainan International Tourism Island. The mental health service of the residents in the tourism area is an important part of the health work construction of the international tourism island and the basic way to realize the health care for everyone. Nowadays, people’s demand for mental health services is far greater than the current supply. In view of the current situation of the limited mental health services provided, we put forward higher requirements and directions for the future development of mental health services in tourist areas. It is planned to carry out the first large-scale publicity and education on mental health of residents in Hainan tourism area in China, and evaluate the effect;carry out a large-scale investigation on mental health of residents in the tourism area, and carry out professional intervention and treatment for patients with mental diseases. Finally, the mental health service network and service institutions covering the tourism areas of Hainan Province were established to provide scientific support for the harmonious and healthy development of the international tourism island in Hainan Province.

Review: Psychological Problems of Pregnant Women and Progress of Psychological Guidance in Recurrent Miscarriage

In order to understand the psychological problems of pregnant women, this article explores the psychological problems and the sources of psychological stress of pregnant women who have a history of recurrent miscarriage after pregnancy. The analysis shows that the psychological stress of pregnant women may be one of the reasons for recurrent miscarriage. Strengthening mental health education during pregnancy can avoid the stimulation of bad emotions and environment, prevent the spontaneous abortion caused by psychological reasons, and improve the quality of pregnancy. It is particularly important to grasp the mental state of pregnant women with recurrent abortion timely and carry out corresponding psychological counseling and psychological nursing.
