Arg.) have been commercially cultivated for a century and a half in Asia, particularly in China, and they constitute a common element of plantation ecosystems in tropical regions. Soil health is fundamental to the sustainable development of rubber plantations. The objective of the study is to explore the influence of different complex ecological cultivation modes on the stability of soil aggregates in rubber based agroforestry systems. In this study, the ecological cultivation mode of rubber—Alpinia oxyphylla plantation, the ecological cultivation mode of rubber—Phrynium hainanense plantations, the ecological cultivation mode of rubber—Homalium ceylanicum plantations and monoculture rubber plantations were selected, and the particle size distribution of soil aggregates and their water stability characteristics were analyzed. The soil depth of 0 - 20 cm and 20 - 40 cm was collected for four cultivation modes. Soil was divided into 6 particle levels > 20 cm. soil was divided into 6 particle levels > 5 mm, 2 - 5 mm, 1 - 2 mm, 0.5 - 1 mm, 0.25 - 0.5 mm, and 0.053 - 0.25 mm according to the wet sieve method. The particle size proportion and water stability of soil aggregates were determined by the wet sieve method. The particle size proportion and water stability of soil aggregates under different ecological cultivation modes were analyzed. The results showed that under different ecological cultivation modes in the shallow soil layer (0 - 20 cm), the rubber—Alpinia oxyphylla plantation and the rubber—Phrynium hainanense plantation promoted the development of dominant soil aggregates towards larger size classes, whereas the situation is the opposite for rubber—Homalium ceylanicum plantation. In soil layer (20 - 40 cm), the ecological cultivation mode of rubber—Phrynium hainanense plantation developed the dominant radial level of soil aggregates to the diameter level of large aggregates. Rubber—Alpinia oxyphylla plantation and rubber—Homalium ceylanicum plantation, three indicators, including the water-stable aggregate content R0.25 (>0.25 mm water-stable aggregates), mean weight diameter (MWD), and geometric mean diameter (GMD), were all lower than those in the rubber monoculture mode. However, in the rubber—Phrynium hainanense plantation, the water-stable aggregate content R0.25, mean weight diameter, and geometric mean diameter were higher than in the rubber monoculture mode, although these differences did not reach statistical significance.展开更多

The study on growth simulation model of rubber tree will lay the foundation for the application of rubber tree cultivation intelligent decision system. A Richards equation was formulated to describe the height and stem diameter growth dynamics of the annual rubber seedlings. An area correlation analysis was done according to the closeness of the observed parameters to the dynamic curve on the gray system composed of the seedling growth increment and the meteorological factors including aerial temperature, precipitation and solar radiation hours that influence upon the seedling growth. The results showed that rubber seedling response fitted the Richards equation quite well. The growth increment displayed a distinct alternation of 'slow—fast—slow— fast—slow' rhythm. The growth course of the seedlings might be partitioned into three periods of time by the sequential clustering analysis, namely pre-growing, fast-growing, late-growing stage. The tray correlation analysis revealed that air temperature had the most significant influence while precipitation had the least impact on height growth of the rubber seedlings. In conclusion, the air temperature had the most significant influence while solar radiation hours had the least impact on stem diameter growth of the rubber seedlings.展开更多

Whether it can influence the biological behaviors of skin fi broblasts and affect wound healing is still unclear. The present study aimed to observe changes in the biological behaviors of rat dermal fi broblasts induced by high expression of MMP9 and to clarify the possible mechanisms of wound healing for diabetic foot.METHODS: A cell model of skin f ibroblast with high expression of MMP9 was established by coculture of high glucose(22.0 mmol/L) and homocysteine(100 μmol/L). A control group was incubated with normal glucose(5.5 mmol/L). Realtime PCR, ELISA and gelatin zymography were used to detect the MMP9 mRNA, protein expression and activity of MMP9. Flow cytometry, CCK-8, ELISA assay, scratch test and transwell were used to detect cell proliferation, viability, collagen(hydroxyproline) secretion, horizontal migration and vertical migration of cells. The data were expressed as mean±SD. P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically signif icant.RESULTS: The expression of MMP9 mRNA, protein levels and the activity of MMP9 were much higher in the high MMP9 group than in the control group(7.05±1.02 vs. 1.00±0.00, 206.9±33.6 pg/mL vs. 40.4±5.9 pg/mL, and 1.47±0.13 vs. 0.57±0.12, respectively, P<0.01). The proportion of S-phase cells, proliferation index, cell viability, collagen(hydroxyproline) secretion, horizontal migration rate and the number of vertical migration cells were lower in the high MMP9 group than in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Fibroblasts with a high expression of MMP9 decreased proliferation, activity, secretion and migration of collagens, suggesting that MMP9 may inhibit the biological behaviors of fi broblasts.展开更多

XRD and FT-IR are employed to characterize its structure and show that ammonium is successfully incorporated into HT. Meanwhile, the HT still retains the typical structure of hydrotalcite-like compounds. NOx storage activity tests indicate Mg/Al/Cu-NH3·H2O HT shows the significant NOx removal activity at 156℃ with a little Oxygen existence. TGA and DTG reveal the reaction of the released ammonium with NOx and storage NOx as nitrates will be responsible for the high NOx storage activity. Additionally, the temperature programmed desorption test of NOx adsorbed sample under 175℃ proves NOx is stored successfully into Mg/Al/Cu-NH3·H2O HT further.展开更多

Reliable palaeogeographic reconstructions at the cores of the two supercontinents are critical for understanding the evolution and geodynamics of the supercontinent cycles. In addition, there are fundamental aspects of the Nuna-Rodinia transition that remain poorly understood, including the ways in which Nuna broke up and Rodinia assembled, either through introversion [1] or extroversion [2].展开更多

文摘AIM:To investigate the mechanisms by which Cskbinding protein(CBP)inhibits tumor progression in esophageal carcinoma.METHODS:A CBP overexpressing esophageal carcinoma cell line(TE-1)was established. The growth, invasion, and migration of CBP-TE-1 cells,as well as the expression of Src were then determined and compared with those in normal TE-1 cells.RESULTS:The expression of Src was decreased by the overexpression of CBP in TE-1 cells. The growth, invasion, and migration of TE-1 cells were decreased by the overexpression of CBP.CONCLUSION:This study indicates that CBP may decrease the metastasis of esophageal carcinoma by inhibiting the activation of Src.CBP may be a potential tumor suppressor and targeting the CBP gene may be an alternative strategy for the development of therapies for esophageal carcinoma.
文摘The rubber tree physiological and ecological process quantitatively described by using mathematical method is an important means to the analysis of rubber tree growth process and mechanism. In conclusion, the air temperature had the most significant influence while solar radiation hours had the least impact on stem diameter growth of the rubber seedlings.

文摘The continuous eddy current pulse treatment(ECPT)combined with heat treatment was employed to heal the microcracks in spin formed Mg alloy tubes and improve their mechanical properties in this study. The results show that all the microcracks in different tube specimens were almost healed after different continuous ECPT schemes up to 15 cycles. The schemes with less cooling intervals exhibited better healing effect and increased the strength and elongation of Mg alloy tubes more obviously. After aging treatment, the strength improvement of the specimens with ECPT was more remarkable than that of the specimens without ECPT,and the elongation decrease of the specimens with ECPT was less evident than that of specimens without ECPT due to the segregation of RE elements on the crack surface.Besides, after solution treatment, the strength reduction and ductility improvement of the specimens with ECPT were more pronounced than that of the specimens without ECPT owing to the notable decrease of dislocation density of the specimens with ECPT.Both narrowed cracks induced by ECPT and the segregation of precipitates in the vicinity of microcrack surface during aging treatment contributed to the maximum strength in the as-spun specimens with ECPT followed by aging treatment.
文摘BACKGROUND Lumbar artery bleeding is an uncommon complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).This report presents a rare complication where two lumbar arteries were injured by a single puncture following PCNL.Only scarce reports of this complication have been reported.CASE SUMMARY A 24-year-old man presented with a 2.2 cm right renal calculus, which was managed by PCNL.During nephrostomy tube removal on the 6th postoperative day, intense bleeding was observed in the fistula and the catheter.Renal angiography was undertaken immediately;however,an initial selective renal angiogram revealed no evidence of renal vascular injury. One of these injuries involved a pseudoaneurysm from a peripheral branch in the first right lumbar artery, while the other involved an arteriovenous fistula from a peripheral branch in the second right lumbar artery.Subsequently, coil embolization was performed successfully.CONCLUSION This case is being reported to inform clinicians that lumbar artery damage is one of the causes of severe bleeding after PCNL and could involve damage of more than one artery.

文摘BACKGROUND: The high level of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9) is thought to slow down the healing of diabetic foot ulcers. The proportion of S-phase cells, proliferation index, cell viability, collagen(hydroxyproline) secretion, horizontal migration rate and the number of vertical migration cells were lower in the high MMP9 group than in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Fibroblasts with a high expression of MMP9 decreased proliferation, activity, secretion and migration of collagens, suggesting that MMP9 may inhibit the biological behaviors of fi broblasts.
文摘Ammonium containing catalyst Mg/Al/Cu-NH3·H2O hydrotalcite (HT) is prepared via co-precipitation, which is effective for NOx storage under 160℃. Additionally, the temperature programmed desorption test of NOx adsorbed sample under 175℃ proves NOx is stored successfully into Mg/Al/Cu-NH3·H2O HT further.

文摘The basalts within the greenstone belt worldwide serve as an ideal target to decipher the nature of Archean mantle sources and further to extend the understanding of the early stages of Earth's evolution. To provide important insights into the issues,we carried out a detailed investigation of whole-rock geochemistry and Sm-Nd isotopes, and zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopes for the Late Neoarchean metamorphosed basalts in eastern Hebei,North China Craton.U-Pb isotopic dating using the LA-ICPMS on zircons reveals that the basalts in eastern Hebei erupted at ca.2.48-2.51 Ga and subsequently experienced multiple regional metamorphic events at 2477 and 1798 Ma,respectively. The metamorphosed basalts are featured by low SiO_(2),MgO,K_(2)O+Na_(2)O,and high Fe O contents, endowed with the subalkaline and high-Fe tholeiitic affinities. The radiogenic initial Nd and Hf isotope values and correlations among V,Ni and Cr contents strongly imply that the basalts experienced significant clinopyroxene and olivine fractionation and minor crustal contamination during magma evolution. They are also characterized by the relatively low total REE contents and exhibit significant depletions to moderate enrichments in the LREE contents, indicating the derivation from a deep mantle source in an Archean proto-mantle plume setting.

文摘The accurate prediction of displacement is crucial for landslide deformation monitoring and early warning. This study focuses on a landslide in Wenzhou Belt Highway and proposes a novel multivariate landslide displacement prediction method that relies on graph deep learning and Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)positioning.First model the graph structure of the monitoring system based on the engineering positions of the GNSS monitoring points and build the adjacent matrix of graph nodes. Then construct the historical and predicted time series feature matrixes using the processed temporal data including GNSS displacement, rainfall, groundwater table and soil moisture content and the graph structure.Last introduce the state-of-the-art graph deep learning GTS(Graph for Time Series)model to improve the accuracy and reliability of landslide displacement prediction which utilizes the temporal-spatial dependency of the monitoring system. This approach outperforms previous studies that only learned temporal features from a single monitoring point and maximally weighs the prediction performance and the priori graph of the monitoring system. The proposed method performs better than SVM,XGBoost,LSTM and DCRNN models in terms of RMSE(1.35 mm),MAE(1.14 mm)and MAPE(0.25)evaluation metrics, which is provided to be effective in future landslide failure early warning.

文摘The complex evolutionary history of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas, including the continental blocks(Indian,Lhasa,South Qiangtang,Tarim,Olongbuluk,Central Qilian,Alxa,North China,Yangtze,Central Iran and Oman)and the orogenic belts between them, has long been the frontier in Earth science research. The Cryogenian and Ediacaran strata are extensively distributed in these blocks.Specifically, relatively complete Cryogenian and Ediacaran successions have been discovered in Oman,Indian,Yangtze, and Tarim blocks, while only the Ediacaran successions have been reported in Iran, the South Qiangtang,Central Qilian,Alxa, and North China blocks.Based on previous studies together with the integration of new materials and advancement obtained through the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research, this review aims to synthesize a correlative stratigraphic framework of the representative Cryogenian and Ediacaran sequences from the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas.Furthermore, the Cryogenian and Ediacaran biotas and major geological events in these areas are comprehensively discussed in aspects of current research status. The results indicate that,in general,Ediacaran fossils of each area exhibit distinct features in preservation and assemblage composition, but the typical late Ediacaran fossils Cloudina and Shaanxilithes have been reported from most of these areas. In addition to the two global Cryogenian glaciations, late Ediacaran glaciogenic deposits are extensively recorded in the areas within and around the northern QinghaiTibetan Plateau(including the North China,Alxa,Central Qilian,Olongbuluk, and Tarim blocks, and the North Qilian Accretionary Belt),as well as central and southern Iran. However, further research is required to determine the age, distribution, and origin of these late Ediacaran glaciogenic deposits.Meanwhile, the middle Ediacaran DOUNCE/Shuram Excursion is widely documented in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas. The available data show that, after the break-up of the Rodinia supercontinent, most of the continental blocks in the areas were located along the northern margin of East Gondwana and a few(such as North China)were located between the Gondwana and Laurentia. In general, the paleogeographic evolution of most of these blocks during the Cryogenian and Ediacaran remains disputatious, necessitating further research to resolve the controversies surrounding their paleogeographic reconstruction models during this critical time interval.

文摘The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas have a long and complex tectonic evolutionary history.Cratons and blocks, such as northern India,Lhasa,Qiangtang,Qaidam and Central Qilian, and their in-between orogenic belts constitute the main part of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.During the Cambrian Period, most of these cratons and blocks were on the northwestern periphery of Gondwana, and were associated with the surrounding blocks,e.g.Arabian,Central Iran,Afghanistan,Tarim,Alxa,North China,South China and Sibumasu through the Proto-Tethys Ocean. The Cambrian stratigraphic sequences on these stable blocks are composed of mixed siliciclastic and carbonate rocks deposited in the shallow-water marine environments, and contain the trilobite assemblages of shelf facies. The Cambrian stratigraphic sequences in the Qilian tectonic belts, however, are characterized by the intermediate-basic igneous rocks and silicates formed in the Proto-Tethys Ocean, and contain the trilobite assemblages of deep-water slope facies.Combining with previous data, field observations and newly discovered fossils through funding by the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research, the general characteristics of the Cambrian strata in different tectonic units of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas have been summarized in this paper.Furthermore, efforts have been made to subdivide and correlate the Cambrian strata across these areas by utilizing available biostratigraphic and geochronological data.As a result,a comprehensive litho-and biostratigraphy chart has been compiled. Finally, from the biogeographic perspective, this paper also provides a brief overview of the Cambrian paleogeographical reconstruction of the major tectonic blocks, and discusses the problems associated with the evolution of the ProtoTethys tectonic belt.

文摘The assembly and breakup of Nuna and Rodinia, two successive supercontinents in the Proterozoic, provide key evidence for the establishment of supercontinent cycles. Reliable palaeogeographic reconstructions at the cores of the two supercontinents are critical for understanding the evolution and geodynamics of the supercontinent cycles. In addition, there are fundamental aspects of the Nuna-Rodinia transition that remain poorly understood, including the ways in which Nuna broke up and Rodinia assembled, either through introversion [1] or extroversion [2].

文摘Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are precursors of distant metastasis in a subset of cancer patients.A better understanding of CTCs heterogeneity and how these CTCs survive during hematogenous dissemination could lay the foundation for therapeutic prevention of cancer metastasis. It remains elusive how CTCs evade immune surveillance and elimination by immune cells. In this study,we unequivocally identified a subpopulation of CTCs shielded with extracellular vesicle(EVs)-derived CD45(termed as CD45^(+)CTCs)that resisted T cell attack.A higher percentage of CD45^(+)CTCs was found to be closely correlated with higher incidence of metastasis and worse prognosis in cancer patients.Moreover,CD45^(+)tumor cells orchestrated an immunosuppressive milieu and CD45^(+)CTCs exhibited remarkably stronger metastatic potential than CD45−CTCs in vivo.Mechanistically,CD45 expressing on tumor surfaces was shown to form intercellular CD45-CD45 homophilic interactions with CD45 on T cells, thereby preventing CD45 exclusion from TCR-pMHC synapse and leading to diminished TCR signaling transduction and suppressed immune response.Together, these results pointed to an underappreciated capability of EVs-derived CD45-dressed CTCs in immune evasion and metastasis, providing a rationale for targeting EVs-derived CD45 internalization by CTCs to prevent cancer metastasis.
